本发明公开了一种保温内墙板,包括:两层基板,该两层基板上下间隔设置;保温隔热层,其设置在所述两层基板之间;硅晶发热片,其铺设在所述保温隔热层和上层的基板之间;以及装饰面层,其贴覆在上层的基板的外表面形成墙面。该保温内墙板,节约空间,安装方便,采暖效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及保温,特别涉及一种保温内墙板。
背景技术
地暖是地板辐射采暖的简称,是以整个地面为散热器,通过地板辐射层中的热媒,均匀加热整个地面,利用地面自身的蓄热和热量向上辐射的规律由下至上进行传导,来达到取暖的目的。从热媒介质上分为水地暖和电地暖两大类,水地暖是指把水加热到一定温度,输送到地板下的水管散热网络,通过地板发热而实现采暖目的的一种取暖方式。但是,水地暖占用空间大、不美观、不易打理、维修困难。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温内墙板,节约空间,安装方便,采暖效率高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种保温内墙板,包括:两层基板,该两层基板上下间隔设置;保温隔热层,其设置在所述两层基板之间;硅晶发热片,其铺设在所述保温隔热层和上层的基板之间;以及装饰面层,其贴覆在上层的基板的外表面形成墙面。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:采用硅晶发热片代替传统水暖,节约了大量空间,安装打理更方便,添加保温隔热层,提高了采暖效率,节约能源,装饰面层使得墙表面复合装饰面更美观。

如图1所示,根据本发明具体实施方式的一种保温内墙板,包括两层基板1、保温隔热层2、硅晶发热片3、装饰面层4。其中该两层基板1上下间隔设置,保温隔热层2设置在两层基板1之间,硅晶发热片3铺设在所述保温隔热层和上层的基板之间,保温隔热层2的作用是阻止热量向下辐射,硅晶发热片3的热量向上辐射至上层的基板1,下层的基板1防潮耐火等级高,物理性能稳定,装饰面层4贴覆在上层的基板1的外表面形成墙面。
综上,本实施例的保温内墙板,采用硅晶发热片3代替传统水暖,节约了大量空间,安装打理更方便,添加保温隔热层2,提高了采暖效率,节约能源,装饰面层4使得墙表面复合装饰面更美观。

1.一种保温内墙板,其特征在于,包括:
两层基板,该两层基板上下间隔设置;
保温隔热层,其设置在所述两层基板之间;
硅晶发热片,其铺设在所述保温隔热层和上层的基板之间;以及
装饰面层,其贴覆在上层的基板的外表面形成墙面。
