Abstract
本发明涉及内燃机冷却水泵的改造,是一种内燃机冷却水泵透空三角槽皮带轮,它具有圆柱轮幅,圆柱轮幅左端设有法兰盘,法兰盘中心设有一个轴孔,所述轴孔外侧平面上均布4个螺孔,圆柱轮幅右端设有环形三角皮带槽,三角皮带槽左右两侧设有左圆盘和右圆盘,三角皮带槽底部设有多个加强肋,加强肋沿圆周均匀分布并将所述三角皮带槽底部间隔成多个均匀分布的方形散热孔,所述左圆盘、右圆盘和加强肋与所述的圆柱轮幅浇铸为一体。本发明的有益效果在于:多个加强肋组成风扇循环及三角皮带槽底部的方形散热孔将三角皮带和三角皮带槽高速转动产生的热量散发出去,使三角皮带工作温度相对降低,减少三角皮带变形打滑,水泵转速不稳定,延长三角皮带使用寿命。

本发明涉及内燃机冷却水泵的改造,是一种内燃机冷却水泵透空三角槽皮带轮 。
背景技术
目前内燃机冷却水泵三角槽皮带轮的三角皮带槽是封闭的,水泵转动是通过三角皮带两侧面与三角皮带槽两侧面摩擦力的作用进行,内燃机冷却水泵工作环境温度较高,一般在80℃左右,三角槽皮带轮高速运转时,三角皮带和三角皮带槽两侧斜面摩擦产生热量,三角皮带长期处于高温状态,容易变形打滑,造成水泵转速不稳定和三角皮带易损坏,使用寿命不长问题。
发明内容
为解决水泵转速不稳定和三角皮带易损坏,使用寿命不长问题,本发明提供一种内燃机冷却水泵透空三角槽皮带轮。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种内燃机冷却水泵透空三角槽皮带轮,它具有圆柱轮幅,所述圆柱轮幅左端设有法兰盘,所述法兰盘中心设有一个轴孔,所述轴孔外侧平面上均布4个螺孔,所述圆柱轮幅右端设有环形三角皮带槽,所述三角皮带槽左右两侧设有左圆盘和右圆盘,其特征在于:所述三角皮带槽底部设有多个加强肋,所述加强肋沿圆周均匀分布并将所述三角皮带槽底部间隔成多个均匀分布的方形散热孔,所述左圆盘、右圆盘和加强肋与所述的圆柱轮幅浇铸为一体。
本发明的有益效果在于:多个加强肋组成风扇循环及三角皮带槽底部的方形散热孔将三角皮带和三角皮带槽高速转动产生的热量散发出去,使三角皮带工作温度相对降低,减少三角皮带变形打滑,水泵转速不稳定,延长三角皮带使用寿命。

请参阅图1-3所示,本发明关于一种内燃机冷却水泵透空三角槽皮带轮,它具有圆柱轮幅7,所述圆柱轮幅7左端设有法兰盘6,所述法兰盘6中心设有一个轴孔5,所述轴孔5外侧平面上均布4个螺孔4,所述圆柱轮幅7右端设有环形三角皮带槽1,所述三角皮带槽1左右两侧设有左圆盘8和右圆盘9,其特征在于:所述三角皮带槽1底部设有多个加强肋2,所述加强肋2沿圆周均匀分布并将所述三角皮带槽1底部间隔成多个均匀分布的方形散热孔3,所述左圆盘8、右圆盘9和加强肋2与所述的圆柱轮幅7浇铸为一体。
