本发明涉及一种玉米收割机消声器与消声器尾管连接结构,包括消声器与消声器尾管,其特征在于:所述消声器上垂直设有出气管,所述消声器尾管的一端为排气口,消声器尾管的另一端通过卡箍连接出气管,所述消声器尾管和消声器出气管连接端设有变径管接头,所述变径管接头的外径大于消声器尾管的外径,所述变径管接头的内径大于消声器尾管的内径,在变径管接头和消声器尾管内壁形成定位台。采用上述技术方案,消声器尾管插入消声器出气管的深度一致,从而提高了装配的一致性;固定可靠,长时间作业后尾管紧固相比普通插接式方案要好;另外,本发明还具有结构简单、设计合理,提高装配效率等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于玉米收割机技术领域,特别是涉及一种玉米收割机消声器与消声器尾管连接结构。
背景技术
目前,玉米收割机消声器与消声器尾管连接多数情况下采用普通插接式方案,消声器出气管外径与尾管内径一样,采用卡箍固定;但在实际装配中受人工装配因素影响较大,导致尾管插入消声器长度长短不易控制;且工作长时间工作后易晃动。现针对此问题进行设计优化改进,目的为方便固定消声器尾管。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构简单、安装使用方便、提高工作效率的。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种玉米收割机消声器与消声器尾管连接结构,包括消声器与消声器尾管,其特征在于:所述消声器上垂直设有出气管,所述消声器尾管的一端为排气口,消声器尾管的另一端通过卡箍连接出气管,所述消声器尾管和消声器出气管连接端设有变径管接头,所述变径管接头的外径大于消声器尾管的外径,所述变径管接头的内径大于消声器尾管的内径,在变径管接头和消声器尾管内壁形成定位台。
本发明还可以采用如下技术措施:
所述变径管接头的沿圆周方向设有预紧槽口。
所述变径管接头的高度为65mm。
所述变径管接头与消声器尾管一体冲压而成;
所述变径管接头与消声器尾管采用焊接结构。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于本发明采用上述技术方案,即在消声器尾管的端部增设变径管接头,在变径管接头和消声器尾管内壁形成定位台,这样消声器尾管插入消声器出气管的深度一致,从而提高了装配的一致性;固定可靠,长时间作业后尾管紧固相比普通插接式方案要好。另外,本发明还具有结构简单、设计合理,提高装配效率等优点。

请参阅图1至图3,一种玉米收割机消声器与消声器尾管连接结构,包括消声器1与消声器尾管2,所述消声器1上垂直设有出气管1-1,所述消声器尾管2的一端为排气口2-1,消声器尾管的另一端通过卡箍3连接出气管1-1,所述消声器尾管2和消声器出气管1-1连接端设有变径管接头4,所述变径管接头的外径大于消声器尾管的外径,所述变径管接头的内径大于消声器尾管的内径,在变径管接头和消声器尾管内壁形成定位台4-1。
为了提高卡箍的预紧强度,增加消声器尾管和消声器出气管的连接强度,所述变径管接头的沿圆周方向设有预紧槽口4-2。
为了提高装配的一致性,所述变径管接头的高度为65mm。
为了提高的变径管接头与消声器尾管的连接强度,所述变径管接头与消声器尾管一体冲压而成;所述变径管接头与消声器尾管也可采用焊接结构。
采用上述技术方案,即在消声器尾管的端部增设变径管接头,在变径管接头和消声器尾管内壁形成定位台,这样消声器尾管插入消声器出气管的深度一致,从而提高了装配的一致性;固定可靠,长时间作业后尾管紧固相比普通插接式方案要好。另外,本发明还具有结构简单、设计合理,提高装配效率等优点。
