Abstract

本发明公开了一种集成液位传感器的高压车用尿素液供给模块,属于汽车尾气后处理领域。针对目前尿素供给模块结构不合理,在有气压拆卸时容易伤害到拆卸者、外置滤清器管路复杂的问题,本发明的车用尿素供给模块集成尿素液换热水管、进气接口、排气接口、供液管、滤清器,集成尿素液位和尿素温度传感信号,可耐整车底盘压缩气体气压。尿素液供液管进液端集成安装高精度可更换尿素液滤清器。供液管入口设置阻尼孔,防止尿素高速射流,具有很高安全性。

Description

一种集成液位传感器的高压车用尿素液供给模块
技术领域
本发明属于汽车尾气后处理领域。
背景技术
随着商用车国Ⅳ排放法规的实施,整车必须加装氮氧化物(NOx)排放后处理装置。
中国中重型柴油机普遍采用选择性催化转化(SCR)技术路线,即将标准车用尿素水溶液喷射到排气中,使用其分解产生的氨气(NH3)对NOx进行选择性催化还原,生成无害的氮气(N2)和水(H2O)。
气驱尿素喷射系统是一种尿素罐蓄气压提供喷射压力的系统。
尿素供给模块安装在气驱系统尿素罐上,提供尿素液位、温度信号,并集成气路、液路接口,需要有良好的气密性。在尿素罐内有气压时拆卸时,不合理的固定结构很可能伤害到拆卸者。
系统需要尿素滤清器对尿素液进行过滤,但外置滤清器管路复杂。同时尿素液冬季结冰,需要加热解冻,导致管路及滤清器成本昂贵。
产品在使用过程中,若尿素管路突然被破坏,由于尿素罐内有较高气压,会造成尿素液高速喷出,导致尿素快速流失甚至造成人身伤害。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种集成液位传感器的高压车用尿素液供给模块,包括进水口1、电气接口2、出水口3、进气口4,尿素出液口5,排气口6,换热水管7,液位及温度传感器8,尿素供液管9,滤清器夹箍10,滤清器11,法兰盘12,密封圈13,阻尼孔14。
进水口1、电气接口2、出水口3、进气口4、尿素出液口5和排气口6均设置于法兰盘12上;法兰盘12可封住尿素罐罐口,并通过密封圈13实现轴向密封;
其中,尿素出液口5与尿素供液管9相连,尿素供液管9另一端与设置尿素罐底部位置的滤清器11通过滤清器夹箍10固定连接;滤清器11周围环绕换热水管7,换热水管7的两端分别与进水口1和出水口3相连,尿素供液管9与滤清器11连接的管口处为阻尼孔14;液位及温度传感器8位于尿素罐内,其通过电气接口2输出尿素液位和温度信号。
优选地,尿素供液管9有至少一个折弯,以降低从断裂口流出的尿素流速和流量,这样就既不会导致尿素迅速流失更不会造成人员伤害。
为了避免阻尼孔17孔径过小,导致阻力过大、尿素喷嘴端尿素压力降过大,进而使尿素喷射量不准确的问题,阻尼孔14的孔径d存在关系式,
25Q2/(32π2P)≤d4≤D4/4P2
式中,P为尿素喷射压力,Q为尿素喷嘴流量,D为尿素出液口5孔径。
本发明的有益效果:
1、尿素罐采用轴向密封,采用多螺栓固定,拆卸掉相邻两个螺栓后密封失效自动放气,无伤人风险。
2、尿素供液管进液端集成安装高精度可更换滤清器,无需使用外置滤清器。
3、供液管进液端设置阻尼孔,防止尿素高速射流,具有较高安全性。
4、通过换热水管的设置解决了尿素液冬季结冰的问题。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例中的尿素供给模块,包括进水口1、电气接口2、出水口3、进气口4、尿素出液口5、排气口6、冷却水管7、液位及温度传感器8、尿素供液管9、滤清器夹箍10、滤清器11、法兰盘12,O型密封圈13,阻尼孔14。进水口1、电气接口2、出水口3、进气口4、尿素出液口5和排气口6均设置于法兰盘12上;法兰盘12可封住尿素罐罐口,并通过密封圈13实现轴向密封;
其中,尿素出液口5与尿素供液管9相连,尿素供液管9另一端与设置尿素罐底部位置的滤清器11通过滤清器夹箍10固定连接;滤清器11周围环绕换热水管7,换热水管7的两端分别与进水口1和出水口3相连,尿素供液管9与滤清器11连接的管口处为阻尼孔14;液位及温度传感器8位于尿素罐内,液位及温度传感器8通过电气接口2向ECU输出尿素罐内的尿素液位和温度信号。
集成了滤清器11,无需使用外置滤清器;在供液管9进液口处加工有阻尼孔14,可以限制进入供液管9的尿素流量;尿素罐和安装法兰12之间通过O型密封圈13密封,可以满足密封性要求,带压拆卸无危险。
法兰盘12通过6个径向均布的螺栓固定在尿素罐上,尿素罐和法兰盘12之间通过O型密封圈13轴向密封,保证罐内气压稳定。带压拆卸模块时,拆卸掉相邻的2个螺栓后,密封结构就会失效泄压,不会对拆卸者造成伤害。
尿素出液口5和尿素供液管9焊接在安装法兰12上,滤清器11通过夹箍10安装在尿素供液管进液端。进行尿素供给时,尿素罐内尿素通过气压驱动由尿素滤清器11过滤后,经尿素供液管9下端的阻尼孔14进入管内,并通过尿素出液口5经尿素管路传输到尿素喷嘴。滤清器11可采用高精度可更换滤芯,采用正压滤清技术,从而具有较高的使用寿命。
当尿素罐建压时,气体通过进气口4进入尿素罐。尿素罐泄压时,气体通过排气口6排出。尿素罐内有气压时,如果连接尿素出液口5与尿素喷嘴的尿素管路泄漏,由于阻尼孔14限制了尿素流量,从断裂口流出的尿素流速和流量都很低,既不会导致尿素迅速流失更不会造成人员伤害。
进水口1,出水口3,换热水管7焊接在法兰盘12上构成换热水路,循环水用于对尿素罐内尿素解冻。当尿素溶液结冰时,冷却水通过进水口1,出水口2,换热水管7循环,加热尿素罐内尿素,冷却水管在滤清器11周围采取包围结构,保证滤清器11附近尿素率先解冻。
阻尼孔14为加工有一个小孔的部件,尿素罐内有气压时,如果连接尿素出液口5与尿素喷嘴的尿素管路泄漏,需要通过阻尼孔14限制尿素流量,同时尿素供液管9设计有至少一个折弯,以降低从断裂口流出的尿素流速和流量,这样就既不会导致尿素迅速流失更不会造成人员伤害。
因此阻尼孔14孔径d需要根据尿素出液口5孔径D和尿素喷射压力P进行优化,以保证出液口5处尿素压力小于一定压力,一般应小于0.5bar,优化算法如下:

同时,也要避免阻尼孔17孔径过小,导致阻力过大、尿素喷嘴端尿素压力降过大,进而使尿素喷射量不准确。
因此阻尼孔14孔径d还需要根据尿素喷嘴流量Q进行优化设计,一般应保证,尿素喷嘴端压力降不大4%,优化算法如下:
d4=25Q2/(32π2P) (2)
所以应保证阻尼孔17直径d存在关系式,
25Q2/(32π2P)≤d4≤D4/4P2 (3)。

1.一种集成液位传感器的高压车用尿素液供给模块,其特征在于,其包括进水口(1)、电气接口(2)、出水口(3)、进气口(4)、尿素出液口(5)、排气口(6)、液位及温度传感器(8)、尿素供液管(9)、滤清器夹箍(10)、滤清器(11)、法兰盘(12)和密封圈(13);电气接口(2)、进气口(4)、尿素出液口(5)和排气口(6)均设置于法兰盘(12)上;法兰盘(12)可封住尿素罐罐口,并通过密封圈(13)实现轴向密封;
其中,尿素出液口(5)与尿素供液管(9)相连,尿素供液管(9)另一端与设置尿素罐底部位置的滤清器(11)通过滤清器夹箍(10)固定连接;液位及温度传感器(8)位于尿素罐内,其通过电气接口(2)输出尿素液位和温度信号;尿素供液管(9)与滤清器(11)连接的管口处为阻尼孔(14);尿素供液管(9)有至少一个折弯;
所述的尿素液供给模块还包括换热水管(7)、换热水管(7)的两端分别与进水口(1)和出水口(3)相连,换热水管(7)环绕于滤清器(11)周围,进水口(1)和出水口(3)均安装于法兰盘(12)上;
