Abstract

本发明公开了一种集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵,其包括尿素液位温度传感器和空气辅助尿素泵,所述空气辅助尿素泵包括泵体和设置于泵体上的电气接口、尿素喷射口、冷却水进水口、冷却水出水口和压缩空气进气端,所述冷却水进水口和冷却水出水口与整车的冷却水循环管路连接,所述压缩空气进气端与整车压缩空气连接,所述尿素液位温度传感器包括传感器座,所述传感器座上集成设置有冷却水管和尿素进液管,所述冷却水管的两端分别与冷却水进水口和冷却水出水口相连通,所述尿素进液管与所述尿素喷射口相连通。上述集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵不仅结构紧凑,集成度高,体积小;而且设计巧妙,成本低,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种尿素泵,尤其是涉及一种集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵。
背景技术
现有柴油发动机技术无法达到法规规定的尾气排放标准,故必须新增一套尾气处理系统,使尿素溶液和尾气中的氮氧化合物进行充分反应,以达到法规规定的尾气排放标准。但是尿素溶液喷射到排气管内需要稳压可靠的空气辅助尿素泵的尿素液位温度传感器,而目前技术较难实现此要求,限制了柴油汽车产业的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵,以解决现有技术中空气辅助尿素泵存在的上述问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵,其包括尿素液位温度传感器和固定连接于尿素液位温度传感器上的空气辅助尿素泵,其中,所述空气辅助尿素泵包括泵体和设置于泵体上的电气接口、尿素喷射口、冷却水进水口、冷却水出水口和压缩空气进气端,所述冷却水进水口和冷却水出水口与整车的冷却水循环管路连接,所述压缩空气进气端与整车压缩空气连接,所述尿素液位温度传感器包括传感器座,所述传感器座上集成设置有冷却水管和尿素进液管,所述冷却水管的两端分别与冷却水进水口和冷却水出水口相连通,所述尿素进液管与所述尿素喷射口相连通。
特别地,所述空气辅助尿素泵固定连接于传感器座的端面上,所述冷却水管设置于传感器座的底面且向下延伸。
特别地,所述传感器座向下延伸有尿素液位浮子支杆,所述尿素液位浮子支杆上安装有尿素液位浮子。
特别地,所述尿素溶液进液管的底部安装有尿素溶液过滤网,以过滤尿素罐中尿素溶液,为尿素泵提供洁净的尿素溶液。
特别地,所述尿素溶液进液管与所述冷却水管捆扎为一体结构。
特别地,所述冷却水管的底部弯折形成螺旋段,所述尿素液位浮子支杆和尿素溶液进液管位于所述螺旋段内。
特别地,所述传感器座的底部设置有用于将传感器座安装于尿素罐上的传感器座齿环。
本发明的有益效果为,与现有技术相比所述集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵同时拥有空气辅助尿素泵和尿素液位温度传感器的功能。不仅结构紧凑,集成度高,体积小;而且设计巧妙,便于装配,成本低,空气辅助尿素泵固定连接在尿素液位温度传感器上,节省了中间连接的尿素管路及尿素泵支架,同时缩短了尿素溶液从尿素罐到尿素泵的距离,降低了尿素进液管路与尿素回液管路堵塞或结晶的风险。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
请参阅图1所示,图1是本发明具体实施方式提供的集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵的立体结构示意图。
本实施例中,一种集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵包括尿素液位温度传感器1和空气辅助尿素泵2,空气辅助尿素泵2包括泵体3和设置于泵体3上的电气接口4、尿素喷射口5、冷却水进水口6、冷却水出水口7和压缩空气进气端8,电气接口4提供电源接线、can通讯等功能,压缩空气进气端8与整车压缩空气连接,为空气辅助尿素泵提供所需的压缩空气,尿素喷射口5与整车喷射管连接,为空气辅助尿素泵输送尿素溶液,冷却水进水口6和冷却水出水口7与整车的冷却水循环管路连接。
尿素液位温度传感器1包括传感器座9,泵体3固定于传感器座9的端面上,能够节省了中间连接的尿素管路及尿素泵支架;传感器座9的底面上集成设置有整体向下延伸的冷却水管10和尿素进液管11,冷却水管10的两端分别与冷却水进水口6和冷却水出水口7相连通,尿素进液管11与尿素喷射口5相连通,为空气辅助尿素泵提供吸液流道,尿素进液管11与冷却水管10捆扎为一体结构,尿素进液管11的底部安装有尿素溶液过滤网12,以过滤尿素罐中尿素溶液,为尿素泵提供洁净的尿素溶液。
传感器座9向下延伸有尿素液位浮子支杆13,尿素液位浮子支杆13上安装有尿素液位浮子14,尿素液位浮子支杆13为尿素液位浮子14提供支撑及保护内部感应元器件,尿素液位浮子14定位尿素罐溶液的高度。
冷却水管10的底部弯折形成螺旋段15,尿素液位浮子支杆13和尿素进液管11位于螺旋段15内。传感器座9的底部设置有用于将传感器座9安装于尿素罐上的传感器座齿环16,传感器座9安装于尿素罐上后冷却水管10、尿素进液管11、过滤网12、尿素液位浮子支杆13和尿素液位浮子14均位于尿素罐内。

1.一种集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵,其特征在于,其包括尿素液位温度传感器和固定连接于尿素液位温度传感器上的空气辅助尿素泵,所述空气辅助尿素泵包括泵体和设置于泵体上的电气接口、尿素喷射口、冷却水进水口、冷却水出水口和压缩空气进气端,所述冷却水进水口和冷却水出水口与整车的冷却水循环管路连接,所述压缩空气进气端与整车压缩空气连接,所述尿素液位温度传感器包括传感器座,所述传感器座上集成设置有冷却水管和尿素进液管,所述冷却水管的两端分别与冷却水进水口和冷却水出水口相连通,所述尿素进液管与所述尿素喷射口相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵,其特征在于,所述空气辅助尿素泵固定连接于传感器座的端面上,所述冷却水管设置于传感器座的底面且向下延伸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵,其特征在于,所述传感器座向下延伸有尿素液位浮子支杆,所述尿素液位浮子支杆上安装有尿素液位浮子。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵,其特征在于,所述尿素溶液进液管的底部安装有尿素溶液过滤网。
5.根据权利要求1所述的集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵,其特征在于,所述尿素溶液进液管与所述冷却水管捆扎为一体结构。
6.根据权利要求3所述的集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵,其特征在于,所述冷却水管的底部弯折形成螺旋段,所述尿素液位浮子支杆和尿素溶液进液管位于所述螺旋段内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的集成尿素液位温度传感器的空气辅助尿素泵,其特征在于,所述传感器座的底部设置有用于将传感器座安装于尿素罐上的传感器座齿环。
