Abstract

钢筋混凝土预制构件及构件连接方法。由于预制构件外伸钢筋的存在,模具上需要开设出筋孔,然而制作预制构件时,浇筑混凝土避免漏浆还需要将钢筋与模具出筋孔的缝隙封堵,避免跑、冒、漏浆,造成构件观感缺陷;模具开孔必然造成模具强度的下降和周转次数的减少,造成成本提高。本发明组成包括两层预制层,所述的两层预制层通过钢筋骨架连接在一起,两层预制层中间区域形成用来现浇混凝土的中空结构,所述的预制层是预制混凝土层(1)或预制装饰层(2),所述的两层预制层都是预制混凝土层,或所述的两层预制层中的一层是预制装饰层。本发明应用于钢筋混凝土预制构件。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种钢筋混凝土预制构件及构件连接方法。
背景技术:
目前,我国住宅产业化预制构件耗费模板量大,对模板要求较高,由于预制构件外伸钢筋的存在,模具上需要开设出筋孔,然而制作预制构件时,浇筑混凝土避免漏浆还需要将钢筋与模具出筋孔的缝隙封堵,避免跑、冒、漏浆,造成构件观感缺陷;模具开孔必然造成模具强度的下降和周转次数的减少,造成成本提高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种钢筋混凝土预制构件及构件连接方法。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种钢筋混凝土预制构件,其组成包括:两层预制层,所述的两层预制层通过钢筋骨架连接在一起,两层预制层中间区域形成用来现浇混凝土的中空结构,所述的预制层是预制混凝土层或预制装饰层,所述的两层预制层都是预制混凝土层,或所述的两层预制层中的一层是预制装饰层。
所述的钢筋混凝土预制构件,所述的钢筋骨架包括两个平行设置的由纵向钢筋和水平钢筋构成钢筋网,两个所述的钢筋网之间通过格构钢筋连接在一起,所述的纵向钢筋和水平钢筋均不长于所述的预制混凝土层,所述的纵向钢筋和水平钢筋的两端头分别包裹有螺旋钢筋,所述的钢筋网预埋在所述的预制混凝土层内,所述的螺旋钢筋部分预埋在所述的预制混凝土层内。
所述的钢筋混凝土预制构件,所述的预制装饰层内含有钢筋网片,所述的钢筋网片与所述的格构钢筋连接,或者所述的钢筋网片与连接件连接,所述的连接件的另一端预埋在所述的预制混凝土层内,所述的纵向钢筋、所述的水平钢筋与所述的螺旋钢筋三者交汇处搭接在一起。
所述的钢筋混凝土预制构件,所述的预制装饰层内侧是保温层,所述的钢筋骨架内还设置一定数量用来连接两个所述的钢筋网的拉结筋,所述的预制层上设置有水电预埋盒、预埋管、门窗洞口。
上述钢筋混凝土预制构件的构件连接方法,钢筋混凝土预制构件预制完成后,在施工现场安装过程中,安装钢筋混凝土预制构件,在预制构件上部安装叠合板,叠合板安装完成后,在预制构件螺旋钢筋内部分别插入后插纵向钢筋、后插水平钢筋,后插钢筋的外露长度满足设计要求,两相邻预制构件间纵向钢筋、水平钢筋搭接长度满足设计要求,在预制混凝土构件中空位置及叠合板上部浇筑现浇混凝土,待混凝土墙体满足设计要求后,安装上层预制混凝土构件,使本层后插纵向钢筋伸入上层预制混凝土构件螺旋钢筋内,重复以上工作直至完成上层混凝土浇筑工作,实现预制混凝土构件的上下层安装。
本发明的有益效果:
1. 本发明预制构件外边缘不伸出钢筋,制作过程中不需要在模具上开孔,最大限度的保持模板刚度,增加循环次数,节省成本。无外露钢筋,无需封堵钢筋与模板缝隙,预制构件观感质量好。
本发明预制构件两侧混凝土面生产过程中接触平台,无需抹面工序,观感质量好,节省人工成本。
本发明预制构件生产过程中两侧预制混凝土厚度较小,利用角钢制作模具节省钢材,节约材料成本。
本发明预制构件每次蒸养的混凝土厚度都较小,强度提高较快,蒸养时间短,缩短制作时间。

实施例1:
一种钢筋混凝土预制构件,其组成包括:两层预制层,所述的两层预制层通过钢筋骨架连接在一起,两层预制层中间区域形成用来现浇混凝土的中空结构,所述的预制层是预制混凝土层1或预制装饰层2,所述的两层预制层都是预制混凝土层,或所述的两层预制层中的一层是预制装饰层。
实施例2:
根据实施例1所述的钢筋混凝土预制构件,所述的钢筋骨架包括两个平行设置的由纵向钢筋和水平钢筋构成钢筋网,两个所述的钢筋网之间通过格构钢筋连接在一起,所述的纵向钢筋和水平钢筋均不长于所述的预制混凝土层,所述的纵向钢筋和水平钢筋的两端头分别包裹有螺旋钢筋,所述的钢筋网预埋在所述的预制混凝土层内,所述的螺旋钢筋部分预埋在所述的预制混凝土层内。
实施例3:
根据实施例1或2所述的钢筋混凝土预制构件,所述的预制装饰层内含有钢筋网片,所述的钢筋网片与所述的格构钢筋连接,或者所述的钢筋网片与连接件连接,所述的连接件的另一端预埋在所述的预制混凝土层内,所述的纵向钢筋、所述的水平钢筋与所述的螺旋钢筋三者交汇处搭接在一起。
实施例4:
根据实施例1或2或3所述的钢筋混凝土预制构件,所述的预制装饰层内侧是保温层,所述的钢筋骨架内还设置一定数量用来连接两个所述的钢筋网的拉结筋,所述的预制层上设置有水电预埋盒、预埋管、门窗洞口。
实施例5:
上述钢筋混凝土预制构件的构件连接方法,钢筋混凝土预制构件预制完成后,在施工现场安装过程中,安装钢筋混凝土预制构件,在预制构件上部安装叠合板,叠合板12安装完成后,在预制构件螺旋钢筋内部分别插入后插纵向钢筋、后插水平钢筋,后插钢筋的外露长度满足设计要求,两相邻预制构件间纵向钢筋、水平钢筋搭接长度满足设计要求,在预制混凝土构件中空位置及叠合板上部浇筑现浇混凝土,待混凝土墙体满足设计要求后,安装上层预制混凝土构件,使本层后插纵向钢筋伸入上层预制混凝土构件螺旋钢筋内,重复以上工作直至完成上层混凝土浇筑工作,实现预制混凝土构件的上下层安装。
实施例6:
根据实施例1或2或3或4所述的钢筋混凝土预制构件,一种钢筋混凝土预制构件及构件连接方法,其组成包括:钢筋混凝土预制构件。其特征是:所述的钢筋混凝土预制构件包括预制混凝土层,钢筋骨架,螺旋钢筋。
所述的预制混凝土层为预制构件预制结构层部分、预制装饰层部分。预制结构层与预制结构层、预制装饰层间通过格构钢筋3、连接件4等形式连接。
所述的钢筋骨架由预制构件纵向钢筋5、水平钢筋6、格构钢筋及螺旋钢筋7绑扎、焊接等形式连接形成整体。所述的螺旋钢筋用于纵向钢筋、水平钢筋的连接。所述的螺旋钢筋包裹预制构件纵向钢筋、水平钢筋,通过预制构件外部纵向钢筋8、外部水平钢筋9伸入螺旋钢筋,进行钢筋搭接。
所述的钢筋混凝土预制构件,水平钢筋可为直钢筋、环状钢筋等形式。
所述的两层预制结构层间为中空结构,中部为现浇混凝土结构层10。当钢筋混凝土预制构件有装饰层时,装饰层内侧为保温层11,保温层与预制结构层间为中空结构,中部为现浇混凝土结构层。所述的装饰层内含有钢筋网片,钢筋网片与格构钢筋、连接件连接牢靠。
所述的钢筋骨架内设置一定数量拉结筋。
所述的预制构件上设置水电预埋盒、预埋管、门窗洞口及各类预埋件。

Claims (5)

1.一种钢筋混凝土预制构件,其组成包括:两层预制层,其特征是:所述的两层预制层通过钢筋骨架连接在一起,两层预制层中间区域形成用来现浇混凝土的中空结构,所述的预制层是预制混凝土层或预制装饰层,所述的两层预制层都是预制混凝土层,或所述的两层预制层中的一层是预制装饰层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢筋混凝土预制构件,其特征是:所述的钢筋骨架包括两个平行设置的由纵向钢筋和水平钢筋构成钢筋网,两个所述的钢筋网之间通过格构钢筋连接在一起,所述的纵向钢筋和水平钢筋均不长于所述的预制混凝土层,所述的纵向钢筋和水平钢筋的两端头分别包裹有螺旋钢筋,所述的钢筋网预埋在所述的预制混凝土层内,所述的螺旋钢筋部分预埋在所述的预制混凝土层内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的钢筋混凝土预制构件,其特征是:所述的预制装饰层内含有钢筋网片,所述的钢筋网片与所述的格构钢筋连接,或者所述的钢筋网片与连接件连接,所述的连接件的另一端预埋在所述的预制混凝土层内,所述的纵向钢筋、所述的水平钢筋与所述的螺旋钢筋三者交汇处搭接在一起。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的钢筋混凝土预制构件,其特征是:所述的预制装饰层内侧是保温层,所述的钢筋骨架内还设置一定数量用来连接两个所述的钢筋网的拉结筋,所述的预制层上设置有水电预埋盒、预埋管、门窗洞口。
5.一种权利要求1-4之一所述的钢筋混凝土预制构件的构件连接方法,其特征是:钢筋混凝土预制构件预制完成后,在施工现场安装过程中,安装钢筋混凝土预制构件,在预制构件上部安装叠合板,叠合板安装完成后,在预制构件螺旋钢筋内部分别插入后插纵向钢筋、后插水平钢筋,后插钢筋的外露长度满足设计要求,两相邻预制构件间纵向钢筋、水平钢筋搭接长度满足设计要求,在预制混凝土构件中空位置及叠合板上部浇筑现浇混凝土,待混凝土墙体满足设计要求后,安装上层预制混凝土构件,使本层后插纵向钢筋伸入上层预制混凝土构件螺旋钢筋内,重复以上工作直至完成上层混凝土浇筑工作,实现预制混凝土构件的上下层安装。
