Abstract

本发明公开了一种轻质外墙板的安装结构。该安装结构,包括:外墙结构板;轻钢龙骨;多块轻质外墙板,其布设在所述外墙结构板的另一侧;该多块轻质外墙板的相邻板边间设置有背衬条并在该相邻板边的中部分别开设有半圆挂件槽,使得相邻设置的轻质外墙板形成圆形挂件槽;以及条形挂件,其截面成半圆形,该条形挂件设置在所述相邻轻质外墙板形成的圆形挂件槽内,所述条形挂件和背衬条通过穿钉穿过外墙结构板与其一侧的轻钢龙骨固定连接;所述条形挂件的内部填充有聚氨酯,所述条形挂件的开口侧填充有结构胶。该安装结构安装更牢固更便利,而且采用聚氨酯和结构胶填充,使得多块轻质外墙板的板缝密封严密,可实现工厂一体化安装。

轻质外墙板的安装结构
技术领域
本发明涉及外墙板安装领域,特别涉及一种轻质外墙板的安装结构。
背景技术
现有多块轻质外墙板需要固定到外墙结构板上以形成外墙板的安装结构,轻质外墙板的板边开槽工序较多,安装不便利不牢固;而且多块轻质外墙板的板缝密封不严密,而且不能实现工厂一体化安装。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单合理的轻质外墙板的安装结构,该轻质外墙板的安装结构的挂件与板材接触面积大,安装更牢固更便利,而且采用聚氨酯和结构胶填充,使得多块轻质外墙板的板缝密封严密,可实现工厂一体化安装。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种轻质外墙板的安装结构,包括:外墙结构板;轻钢龙骨,其为C型轻钢,背向布设在所述外墙结构板的一侧;多块轻质外墙板,其布设在所述外墙结构板的另一侧;该多块轻质外墙板的相邻板边间设置有背衬条并在该相邻板边的中部分别开设有半圆挂件槽,使得相邻设置的轻质外墙板形成圆形挂件槽;以及条形挂件,其截面成半圆形,该条形挂件设置在所述相邻轻质外墙板形成的圆形挂件槽内,通过条形挂件的两侧边分别压紧相邻设置的轻质外墙板,所述条形挂件和背衬条通过穿钉穿过外墙结构板与其一侧的轻钢龙骨固定连接;所述条形挂件的内部填充有聚氨酯,所述条形挂件的开口侧填充有结构胶。
优选地,上述技术方案中,背衬条为PVC支撑件。
优选地,上述技术方案中,结构胶为耐候结构胶。
优选地,上述技术方案中,外墙结构板和多块轻质外墙板之间还布设有防水透气膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该轻质外墙板的安装结构的挂件与板材接触面积大,安装更牢固更便利,而且采用聚氨酯和结构胶填充,使得多块轻质外墙板的板缝密封严密,可实现工厂一体化安装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。

如图1和图2所示,根据本发明具体实施方式的轻质外墙板的安装结构的具体结构包括:外墙结构板1、以及分别布设在该外墙结构板1两侧的轻钢龙骨2和多块轻质外墙板3。多块轻质外墙板3的相邻板边中部分别开设有半圆挂件槽,用于设置条形挂件5。条形挂件5的背面设置有背衬条6,条形挂件5和背衬条6通过穿钉7穿过外墙结构板1与其另一侧的轻钢龙骨2固定连接,从而将轻质外墙板3固定到外墙结构板1的一侧,该轻质外墙板的安装结构的挂件与板材接触面积大,安装更牢固更便利。条形挂件5的内部及其开口侧分别填充有聚氨酯和结构胶,使得多块轻质外墙板的板缝密封严密,可实现工厂一体化安装。
具体来讲,轻钢龙骨2为C型轻钢,背向布设在外墙结构板1的一侧。
多块轻质外墙板3布设在外墙结构板1的另一侧。多块轻质外墙板3的相邻板边留有间隙,用于设置背衬条6;多块轻质外墙板3的相邻板边中部分别开设有半圆挂件槽,使得相邻设置的轻质外墙板3形成圆形挂件槽,用于设置条形挂件5。背衬条6为PVC支撑件。
条形挂件5的截面成半圆形,条形挂件5的底部沿轴向间隔开设有多个钉孔。条形挂件5设置在相邻轻质外墙板3形成的圆形挂件槽内,通过条形挂件5的两侧边分别压紧相邻设置的轻质外墙板3,背衬条6设置在条形挂件5的背面,条形挂件5和背衬条6通过穿钉7穿过外墙结构板1与其一侧的轻钢龙骨2固定连接,从而将轻质外墙板3固定到外墙结构板1的一侧,该轻质外墙板的安装结构的挂件与板材接触面积大,安装更牢固更便利。
条形挂件5的内部填充有聚氨酯8,条形挂件5的开口侧填充有结构胶9,使得多块轻质外墙板的板缝密封严密,可实现工厂一体化安装。结构胶9为耐候结构胶。
优选的,外墙结构板1和多块轻质外墙板3之间还布设有防水透气膜4。
综上,该轻质外墙板的安装结构的挂件与板材接触面积大,安装更牢固更便利,而且采用聚氨酯和结构胶填充,使得多块轻质外墙板的板缝密封严密,可实现工厂一体化安装。

Claims (4)

1.一种轻质外墙板的安装结构,其特征在于,包括:
外墙结构板;
轻钢龙骨,其为C型轻钢,背向布设在所述外墙结构板的一侧;
多块轻质外墙板,其布设在所述外墙结构板的另一侧;该多块轻质外墙板的相邻板边间设置有背衬条并在该相邻板边的中部分别开设有半圆挂件槽,使得相邻设置的轻质外墙板形成圆形挂件槽;以及
条形挂件,其截面成半圆形,该条形挂件设置在所述相邻轻质外墙板形成的圆形挂件槽内,通过条形挂件的两侧边分别压紧相邻设置的轻质外墙板,所述条形挂件和背衬条通过穿钉穿过外墙结构板与其一侧的轻钢龙骨固定连接;所述条形挂件的内部填充有聚氨酯,所述条形挂件的开口侧填充有结构胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质外墙板的安装结构,其特征在于,所述背衬条为PVC支撑件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻质外墙板的安装结构,其特征在于,所述结构胶为耐候结构胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻质外墙板的安装结构,其特征在于,所述外墙结构板和多块轻质外墙板之间还布设有防水透气膜。
