本发明公开了一种竹纤维织物纱线的浆纱工艺,包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份丙烯酸、1.8重量份水解聚丙烯腈、1.3重量份碳酸二乙酯、2.8重量份聚乙二醇、15重量份变性淀粉依次投入30重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再依次投入1.8重量份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、1.9重量份异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.7重量份1,3戊二酸吗啉、1.1重量份四氯间苯二甲腈,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得浆液;3)将纱线浸入浆液上浆,压去余液,烘干。本发明上浆后纱线毛羽贴伏、强力显着提高,耐磨好,纱线的保伸性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及竹纤维织物纱线的浆纱工艺。
背景技术
棉、粘胶以及合成纤维等织物的经纱,在织造前大都先经过浆纱;而现有浆纱用浆液的性能有待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种竹纤维织物纱线的浆纱工艺,其上浆后纱线毛羽贴伏、强力显着提高,耐磨好,纱线的保伸性能好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种竹纤维织物纱线的浆纱工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份丙烯酸、1.8重量份水解聚丙烯腈、1.3重量份碳酸二乙酯、2.8重量份聚乙二醇、15重量份变性淀粉依次投入30重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入1.8重量份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、1.9重量份异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.7重量份1,3戊二酸吗啉、1.1重量份四氯间苯二甲腈,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得浆液;
3)将纱线浸入浆液上浆,压去余液,烘干。
优选的,竹纤维织物纱线的浆纱工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1重量份丙烯酸、1.8重量份水解聚丙烯腈、1.3重量份碳酸二乙酯、2.8重量份聚乙二醇、15重量份变性淀粉依次投入30重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种竹纤维织物纱线的浆纱工艺,其上浆后纱线毛羽贴伏、强力显着提高,耐磨好,纱线的保伸性能好。
“退浆液”的性能和用途是由其组分及配比所决定的,且“退浆液”中的不同组分会相互影响,组分及其配比会决定“退浆液”的最终性能,如果组分及其配比不相互协调,单个组分所带来的有益效果,会被其他组分消减甚至消除,严重的时候,不同组分相互抵触,起不到整体综合作用,产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证,得到“退浆液”的最优组分及配比,使得多个组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。

竹纤维织物纱线的浆纱工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份丙烯酸、1.8重量份水解聚丙烯腈、1.3重量份碳酸二乙酯、2.8重量份聚乙二醇、15重量份变性淀粉依次投入30重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入1.8重量份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、1.9重量份异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.7重量份1,3戊二酸吗啉、1.1重量份四氯间苯二甲腈,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得浆液;
3)将纱线浸入浆液上浆,压去余液,烘干。
实施例2
竹纤维织物纱线的浆纱工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1重量份丙烯酸、1.8重量份水解聚丙烯腈、1.3重量份碳酸二乙酯、2.8重量份聚乙二醇、15重量份变性淀粉依次投入30重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;

2)再依次投入1.8重量份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、1.9重量份异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.7重量份1,3戊二酸吗啉、1.1重量份四氯间苯二甲腈,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得浆液;
3)将纱线浸入浆液上浆,压去余液,烘干。
上述各实施例上浆后纱线毛羽贴伏、强力显着提高,耐磨好,纱线的保伸性能好。

2)再依次投入1.8重量份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、1.9重量份异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.7重量份1,3戊二酸吗啉、1.1重量份四氯间苯二甲腈,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得浆液;
3)将纱线浸入浆液上浆,压去余液,烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹纤维织物纱线的浆纱工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将1重量份丙烯酸、1.8重量份水解聚丙烯腈、1.3重量份碳酸二乙酯、2.8重量份聚乙二醇、15重量份变性淀粉依次投入30重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
