背景技术
除尘袋是指袋式除尘器中配套的布袋,由无纺布和机织布制作而成。在火力发电、钢铁、水泥、化工等行业生产过程中,会产生大量的灰尘和烟气,从而对大气和人体造成严重的污染,所以,国家对这类企业的大气排放制定了严格的要求,而袋式除尘是广泛使用的一种理想除尘方式,除尘袋被称为袋式除尘器的心脏,对于除尘效果起到非常重要的作用。
除尘袋的工作环境温度较高,高温条件下基布的抗拉强度变化大小对除尘袋的过滤性能和稳定性具有重要影响。

一种除尘袋用耐高温过滤基布,制备方法为:将碳纤维和玻璃纤维混合织造成基布,再经化学溶液浸渍后烘干即得;所述化学溶液通过如下重量份的成分混合而成:水,50~60份;改性纳米二氧化硅,25~35份;硅酸钠,15~25份;硅溶胶,5~15份;固含量为46~50wt%的苯丙乳液,7~9份;聚乙二醇,7~9份;纳米氧化镁,6~8份;所述改性纳米二氧化硅的制备方法为:按重量份将25~35份纳米二氧化硅加入到85~95份甲苯中,搅拌30~40min后加入35~45份水杨酸甲酯、1~3份对甲苯磺酸和0.5~1.5份对叔丁基邻苯二酚,回流反应3~5h,降温后过滤,经洗涤、干燥得到所述改性纳米二氧化硅。

实施例4:过滤基布的制备
化学溶液的制备:通过如下重量份的成分混合而成:水,55份;改性纳米二氧化硅,28份;硅酸钠,20份;硅溶胶,10份;固含量为46~50wt%的苯丙乳液,8份;聚乙二醇,8份;纳米氧化镁,7份。
改性纳米二氧化硅的制备方法为:按重量份将30份纳米二氧化硅加入到90份甲苯中,搅拌35min后加入40份水杨酸甲酯、2份对甲苯磺酸和1份对叔丁基邻苯二酚,回流反应4h,降温后过滤,经洗涤、干燥得到所述改性纳米二氧化硅。
耐高温过滤基布的制备方法:
将碳纤维和玻璃纤维混合织造成基布,再经化学溶液浸渍后烘干即得;所述碳纤维和玻璃纤维的重量份之比为7:1;所述过滤基布在化学溶液中的浸渍速度为2m/min;浸渍后烘干采用的温度为220℃,时间为30分钟。
实施例5:过滤基布的制备
化学溶液的制备:通过如下重量份的成分混合而成:水,55份;改性纳米二氧化硅,32份;硅酸钠,20份;硅溶胶,10份;固含量为46~50wt%的苯丙乳液,8份;聚乙二醇,8份;纳米氧化镁,7份。
改性纳米二氧化硅的制备方法为:按重量份将30份纳米二氧化硅加入到90份甲苯中,搅拌35min后加入40份水杨酸甲酯、2份对甲苯磺酸和1份对叔丁基邻苯二酚,回流反应4h,降温后过滤,经洗涤、干燥得到所述改性纳米二氧化硅。

耐高温过滤基布的制备方法:
将碳纤维和玻璃纤维混合织造成基布,再经化学溶液浸渍后烘干即得;所述碳纤维和玻璃纤维的重量份之比为7:1;所述过滤基布在化学溶液中的浸渍速度为2m/min;浸渍后烘干采用的温度为220℃,时间为30分钟。
实施例7:对比实施例,制备改性纳米二氧化硅时不添加对甲苯磺酸
化学溶液的制备:通过如下重量份的成分混合而成:水,55份;改性纳米二氧化硅,30份;硅酸钠,20份;硅溶胶,10份;固含量为46~50wt%的苯丙乳液,8份;聚乙二醇,8份;纳米氧化镁,7份。
改性纳米二氧化硅的制备方法为:按重量份将30份纳米二氧化硅加入到90份甲苯中,搅拌35min后加入40份水杨酸甲酯和1份对叔丁基邻苯二酚,回流反应4h,降温后过滤,经洗涤、干燥得到所述改性纳米二氧化硅。
耐高温过滤基布的制备方法:
将碳纤维和玻璃纤维混合织造成基布,再经化学溶液浸渍后烘干即得;所述碳纤维和玻璃纤维的重量份之比为7:1;所述过滤基布在化学溶液中的浸渍速度为2m/min;浸渍后烘干采用的温度为220℃,时间为30分钟。
实施例8:效果实施例
实施例1~7中,将45支长碳纤维经并线工序制成纱线作为纬纱,45支长玻璃纤维制成的纱作为经纱,通过普通织布工艺,用无梭织机织成350g/M2的滤布。初始抗拉强度约为2450N/5cm。测定700℃环境下试验48小时后其抗拉强度保持率(%)。
结果如下表:

实施例2~5测试结果与实施例1基本一致。
结果表明,本发明提供的过滤基布耐高温性能优异,高温条件下抗拉强度变化小,700℃环境下试验48小时后其抗拉强度仍大于初始抗拉强度的95%,适合用于制备除尘袋,与现有技术相比具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。

Claims (8)
1.一种除尘袋用耐高温过滤基布,制备方法为:将碳纤维和玻璃纤维混合织造成基布,再经化学溶液浸渍后烘干即得;其特征在于,所述化学溶液通过如下重量份的成分混合而成:水,50~60份;改性纳米二氧化硅,25~35份;硅酸钠,15~25份;硅溶胶,5~15份;固含量为46~50wt%的苯丙乳液,7~9份;聚乙二醇,7~9份;纳米氧化镁,6~8份;所述改性纳米二氧化硅的制备方法为:按重量份将25~35份纳米二氧化硅加入到85~95份甲苯中,搅拌30~40min后加入35~45份水杨酸甲酯、1~3份对甲苯磺酸和0.5~1.5份对叔丁基邻苯二酚,回流反应3~5h,降温后过滤,经洗涤、干燥得到所述改性纳米二氧化硅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除尘袋用耐高温过滤基布,其特征在于,所述化学溶液通过如下重量份的成分混合而成:水,55份;改性纳米二氧化硅,30份;硅酸钠,20份;硅溶胶,10份;固含量为46~50wt%的苯丙乳液,8份;聚乙二醇,8份;纳米氧化镁,7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除尘袋用耐高温过滤基布,其特征在于,所述化学溶液通过如下重量份的成分混合而成:水,50份;改性纳米二氧化硅,25份;硅酸钠,15份;硅溶胶,5份;固含量为46~50wt%的苯丙乳液,7份;聚乙二醇,7份;纳米氧化镁,6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的除尘袋用耐高温过滤基布,其特征在于,所述化学溶液通过如下重量份的成分混合而成:水,60份;改性纳米二氧化硅,35份;硅酸钠,25份;硅溶胶,15份;固含量为46~50wt%的苯丙乳液,9份;聚乙二醇,9份;纳米氧化镁,8份。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的除尘袋用耐高温过滤基布,其特征在于,所述改性纳米二氧化硅的制备方法为:按重量份将30份纳米二氧化硅加入到90份甲苯中,搅拌35min后加入40份水杨酸甲酯、2份对甲苯磺酸和1份对叔丁基邻苯二酚,回流反应4h,降温后过滤,经洗涤、干燥得到所述改性纳米二氧化硅。
6.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的除尘袋用耐高温过滤基布,其特征在于:所述碳纤维和玻璃纤维的重量份之比为6~8:1。
7.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的除尘袋用耐高温过滤基布,其特征在于:所述过滤基布在化学溶液中的浸渍速度为1~3m/min。
8.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的除尘袋用耐高温过滤基布,其特征在于:浸渍后烘干采用的温度为200~240℃,时间为20~40分钟。
