背景技术
纤维(美:Fiber;英:Fibre)是指由连续或不连续的细丝组成的物质。纤维的种类和应用很多,其中纺织纤维是用来纺织布的纤维,是纺织领域必备的原材料。
但现有纺织纤维的功能相对单一,不能满足市场多样化的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种透气拒水纤维的制备方法,其制备的纤维具有透气、拒水的功能,且具有较好的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、耐磨性能。

1)配制处理液;
2)在现有的纺丝设备上,采用聚酯切片作为原料,利用步骤1) 所配制的处理液代替纺丝油剂并采用FDY纺丝工艺制备FDY纤维,且所用喷丝孔为十字形,对应制备出纤维的横截面为十字形;
