Abstract
本发明公开一种棚车用墙板,为层状复合材料,在铝蜂窝基板的外表面喷涂设置有金属陶瓷复合涂层,在所述金属陶瓷复合涂层的外表面设置有高分子涂层。金属陶瓷复合粉末中的铁粉和ZrO2粉末产生非晶相,一方面能够增加与铝蜂窝板的粘结性能,另一方面提高了涂层的强度和硬度;在金属陶瓷复合涂层的外表面通过浸渍或者涂刷的方式设置有高分子涂层,高分子涂层中包含防腐成分和防晒成分,与其他的组成部分协同作用,提高涂层的防腐蚀性能;添加的次磷酸铝粉末在高分子涂料中作为无机相被各种组分包裹住,起到协同增效的作用;防晒成分采用复合包裹的方式增加到高分子涂层中,协同增效;防止剥落,延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轨道交通运输工具用附件,尤其涉及一种棚车用墙板。
背景技术
棚车是由侧墙、端墙、地板和车顶组成,在侧墙上开有滑门和通风窗的铁路货车。用以装运贵重和怕日晒雨淋的货物。有的在车内安装火炉、烟囱、床板等,必要时可以运送人员和牲畜。侧墙墙板作为棚车的重要组成结构之一,不但要求其具有良好的承重,同时由于长期处于使用状态,有要求其应该具有良好的防雨、防晒、耐腐蚀等性能。
目前棚车墙板防晒防雨的措施主要采用在外层涂抹涂料的方式,但是随着使用时间的延长,涂料剥落,其防雨防晒效果明显受到影响,如果不加以维修,将造成内部材料的腐蚀破坏,缩短其使用寿命,增加了较多的维护成本。
有鉴于上述现有的棚车材料存在的缺陷,本发明人基于从事此类产品设计制造多年丰富的实务经验及专业知识,并配合学理的运用,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型棚车用墙板,使其更具有实用性。经过不断的研究、设计,并经反复试作样品及改进后,终于创设出确具实用价值的本发明。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于,克服现有的棚车材料存在的缺陷,而提供一种新型棚车用墙板,提高其防腐蚀性能,从而更加适于实用,且具有产业上的利用价值。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提出的棚车用墙板,为层状复合材料,在铝蜂窝基板的外表面喷涂设置有金属陶瓷复合涂层,在所述金属陶瓷复合涂层的外表面设置有高分子涂层。
更进一步的,前述的棚车用墙板,所述金属陶瓷复合涂层采用等离子喷涂、超音速火焰喷涂、自蔓延或者电弧喷涂的方式设置在所述铝蜂窝基板的外表面。

更进一步的,前述的棚车用墙板,所述阴离子表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基醚磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、饱和或是不饱和脂肪酸、烷基醚羧酸盐或者氨基酸表面活性剂;非离子表面活性剂为环氧乙烷聚醚多元醇、山梨聚糖脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、烷基糖苷、烷基胺氧化物、高级脂肪酸烷醇酰胺、或者烯醚。

在本发明中使用的防腐剂为氯丁醇、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯或羟甲基甘氨酸钠;消泡剂主要采用乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚和聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚或聚二甲基硅氧烷;PH调节剂主要有硝酸钾、硝酸钠、硫酸钠等。

本发明的棚车用墙板在传统的铝蜂窝板外表面分别设置金属陶瓷复合涂层和高分子涂层,其中金属陶瓷复合涂层采用金属与纳米陶瓷粉末的复合材料,采用喷涂工艺设置在铝蜂窝板的表面,在喷涂过程中,金属陶瓷复合粉末中的铁粉和ZrO2粉末产生非晶相,一方面能够增加与铝蜂窝板的粘结性能,另一方面提高了涂层的强度和硬度;在金属陶瓷复合涂层的外表面通过浸渍或者涂刷的方式设置有高分子涂层,高分子涂层中包含防腐成分和防晒成分,与其他的组成部分协同作用,提高涂层的防腐蚀性能;添加的次磷酸铝粉末在高分子涂料中作为无机相被各种组分包裹住,起到协同增效的作用;防晒成分采用复合包裹的方式增加到高分子涂层中,协同增效;防止剥落,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,对依据本发明提出的棚车用墙板其具体实施方式、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
实施例1
本发明的棚车用墙板,为层状复合结构,选用铝蜂窝板为基板材料,在外表面喷涂设置有金属陶瓷复合涂层,在金属陶瓷复合涂层的外表面设置有高分子涂层。
其中金属陶瓷复合涂层由如下质量份的各组分组成:粒径为100~200 nm的Al2O3α相粉末35;金红石相TiO2粉末20;纳米ZrO2粉末13;Cr3C2粉末7;铁粉6;硼粉4;钼粉2;镍粉13。复合制备的金属陶瓷复合粉末通过超音速火焰喷涂技术喷涂在铝蜂窝板的外表面。
高分子涂层由如下质量份的各组分组成:α-烯烃磺酸盐活性剂8;防晒剂4;邻氨基二芳醚抗氧剂12;氯丁醇防腐剂25;乳化硅油消泡剂7;硝酸钾PH调节剂1;次磷酸铝粉末23;甲醇溶剂20。
其中防晒剂是由包覆膜包覆无机防晒剂和有机防晒剂的混合物组成的,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯乳化剂和蛋黄卵磷脂混合组成包覆膜,纳米氧化锌无机防晒剂和二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯有机防晒剂混合物被包覆膜包覆形成复合型防晒剂。
实施例2
本发明的棚车用墙板,为层状复合结构,选用铝蜂窝板为基板材料,在外表面喷涂设置有金属陶瓷复合涂层,在金属陶瓷复合涂层的外表面设置有高分子涂层。
其中金属陶瓷复合涂层由如下质量份的各组分组成:粒径为100~200 nm的Al2O3α相粉末28;金红石相TiO2粉末22;纳米ZrO2粉末17;Cr3C2粉末 9;铁粉6;硼粉3;钼粉 12;镍粉3。复合制备的金属陶瓷复合粉末通过等离子喷涂技术喷涂在铝蜂窝板的外表面。
高分子涂层由如下质量份的各组分组成:蔗糖脂肪酸酯活性剂6;防晒剂2;邻氨基二芳醚抗氧剂13;对羟基苯甲酸甲酯防腐剂25;乳化硅油消泡剂6;硝酸钠PH调节剂1;次磷酸铝粉末27;乙醇溶剂20。防晒剂是由包覆膜包覆无机防晒剂和有机防晒剂的混合物组成的,其中失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯乳化剂和大豆卵磷脂混合制备成包覆膜,纳米二氧化钛无机防晒剂和肉桂酸酯有机防晒剂混合,被包覆膜包覆形成复合型防晒剂。
实施例3
本发明的棚车用墙板,为层状复合结构,选用铝蜂窝板为基板材料,在外表面喷涂设置有金属陶瓷复合涂层,在金属陶瓷复合涂层的外表面设置有高分子涂层。
其中金属陶瓷复合涂层由如下质量份的各组分组成:粒径为100~200 nm的Al2O3α相粉末20;金红石相TiO2粉末30;纳米ZrO2粉末12;Cr3C2粉末 8;铁粉6;硼粉4;钼粉 7;镍粉13。复合制备的金属陶瓷复合粉末通过等离子喷涂技术喷涂在铝蜂窝板的外表面。
高分子涂层由如下质量份的各组分组成:山梨聚糖脂肪酸酯活性剂2;防晒剂5;邻氨基二芳醚抗氧剂13;对羟基苯甲酸甲酯防腐剂22;乳化硅油消泡剂8;硫酸钠PH调节剂3;次磷酸铝粉末24;乙醇溶剂23。防晒剂由包覆膜包覆无机防晒剂和有机防晒剂的混合物组成,其中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚乳化剂和大豆卵磷脂混合制备成包覆膜,包覆
纳米二氧化钛无机防晒剂和二苯甲酮有机防晒剂,形成复合型的防晒剂。
高分子涂料在制备时,首先在溶剂中依次添加活性剂、防晒剂、防腐剂和次磷酸铝粉末搅拌均匀后,在混合物中继续添加PH调节剂、抗氧剂和消泡剂搅拌均匀后,制得高分子涂料,通过表面涂刷的方式设置在金属陶瓷复合涂层的外表面。
采用复合性防晒剂,一方面由于包覆膜的亲油性,可以均匀的分散在高分子涂料中,保证制备的涂层均由均匀的防晒效果;另一方面能够与金属陶瓷复合涂层良好的结合,延长使用寿命。

Claims (8)
1.一种棚车用墙板,其特征在于:为层状复合材料,在铝蜂窝基板的外表面喷涂设置有金属陶瓷复合涂层,在所述金属陶瓷复合涂层的外表面设置有高分子涂层;
所述金属陶瓷复合涂层采用等离子喷涂、超音速火焰喷涂、自蔓延或者电弧喷涂的方式设置在所述铝蜂窝基板的外表面;
所述金属陶瓷复合涂层由如下质量分的各组分组成,
Al2O3粉末 20~40
TiO2粉末 10~40
ZrO2粉末 10~30
Cr3C2粉末 1~20
铁粉 1~10
硼粉 1~5
钼粉 2~12
镍粉 1~15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棚车用墙板,其特征在于:所述Al2O3粉末的粒径为100~200nm,TiO2粉末的粒径为50~300 nm,Al2O3 以α相存在,TiO2 以金红石相存在。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棚车用墙板,其特征在于:所述高分子涂层由如下质量份的各组分组成,
活性剂 1~10
防晒剂 1~5
抗氧剂 2~15
防腐剂 10~35
消泡剂 1~10
PH调节剂 1~3
次磷酸铝粉末 20~40
溶剂 10~40。
4.根据权利要求3所述的棚车用墙板,其特征在于:所述防晒剂由包覆膜包覆无机防晒剂和有机防晒剂的混合物组成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的棚车用墙板,其特征在于:所述活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂或者非离子表面活性剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的棚车用墙板,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基醚磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、饱和或是不饱和脂肪酸、烷基醚羧酸盐或者氨基酸表面活性剂;非离子表面活性剂为环氧乙烷聚醚多元醇、山梨聚糖脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、烷基糖苷、烷基胺氧化物、高级脂肪酸烷醇酰胺、或者烯醚。
7.根据权利要求1所述的棚车用墙板,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为邻氨基二芳醚或者邻氨基二芳硫醚。
8.根据权利要求3所述的棚车用墙板,其特征在于:所述溶剂为甲醇、乙醇或者丙酮。
