本发明公开了一种高抗拉性的万能胶,该万能胶的主要成分的重量配比为:N‑甲基吡咯烷酮3‑12份、偏苯三酸正己酯10‑20份、正向聚氯乙烯5‑12份、水质稳定剂5‑10份、聚甲基丙烯腈5‑10份、丙烯酸酯胶5‑12份、悬浮法聚氯乙烯8‑18份、对苯二甲酸10‑20份。通过上述方式,本发明一种高抗拉性的万能胶,粘性强,高抗拉性,稳定安全,使用牢靠,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶水领域,特别是涉及一种高抗拉性的万能胶。
背景技术
万能胶具有良好的耐油、耐溶剂和耐化学试剂的性能。由于氯丁橡胶胶粘剂,是一种胶粘能力强,应用面很广的粘合剂,如进行橡胶,皮革,织物,纸板,人造板,木材,泡沫塑料,陶瓷,混凝土,金属等自粘或互粘,所以又称为万能胶。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高抗拉性的万能胶,该万能胶的主要成分的重量配比为 :N-甲基吡咯烷酮3-12份、偏苯三酸正己酯10-20份、正向聚氯乙烯5-12份、水质稳定剂5-10份、聚甲基丙烯腈5-10份、丙烯酸酯胶5-12份、悬浮法聚氯乙烯8-18 份、对苯二甲酸10-20 份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述万能胶的主要成分的重量配比为 :N-甲基吡咯烷酮9-12份、偏苯三酸正己酯13-20份、正向聚氯乙烯10-12份、水质稳定剂8-10份、聚甲基丙烯腈8-10份、丙烯酸酯胶8-12份、悬浮法聚氯乙烯10-18 份、对苯二甲酸13-20份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述万能胶的主要成分的重量配比为:N-甲基吡咯烷酮10份、偏苯三酸正己酯18份、正向聚氯乙烯11份、水质稳定剂9份、聚甲基丙烯腈9份、丙烯酸酯胶10份、悬浮法聚氯乙烯15 份、对苯二甲酸16份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种高抗拉性的万能胶,粘性强,高抗拉性,稳定安全,使用牢靠,使用寿命长。

另外,所述万能胶的主要成分的重量配比为 :N-甲基吡咯烷酮9-12份、偏苯三酸正己酯13-20份、正向聚氯乙烯10-12份、水质稳定剂8-10份、聚甲基丙烯腈8-10份、丙烯酸酯胶8-12份、悬浮法聚氯乙烯10-18 份、对苯二甲酸13-20份。
另外,所述万能胶的主要成分的重量配比为:N-甲基吡咯烷酮10份、偏苯三酸正己酯18份、正向聚氯乙烯11份、水质稳定剂9份、聚甲基丙烯腈9份、丙烯酸酯胶10份、悬浮法聚氯乙烯15 份、对苯二甲酸16份。
本发明一种高抗拉性的万能胶,粘性强,高抗拉性,稳定安全,使用牢靠,使用寿命长。
