本发明涉及管路防腐技术领域,特别涉及一种冷缠防腐胶带组合,包括防腐胶带和封闭剂,防腐胶带是由胶黏剂层和基材层组成,基材层为聚乙烯片层,胶黏剂层:聚异丁烯橡胶、丁基橡胶、SBS橡胶、增塑剂、抗氧剂、防老剂、无机填料、超支化聚合物;封闭剂:双酚A型环氧树脂、硅烷偶联剂、溶剂。无需底漆,只需要在施工时,将封闭剂稀释后涂刷一层,很快干燥,封闭效果好,解决了现有技术施工中受底漆限制影响大的问题;很好的封闭粘结效果,防腐效果更佳,而且使用时间长,不易发生脱落或断裂;防腐效果好、具有穿刺融合性、耐化学性好和应用范围广等特性,不受管径和管件形状限制。

本发明涉及管路防腐技术领域,特别涉及一种冷缠防腐胶带组合。
背景技术
在市政及石油、燃气等运输领域,很多管路需要埋于地下,由于地下环境的潮湿及土壤中金属离子、空气等成分的存在,管路容易被腐蚀,出现泄漏,造成隐患,维修时需要掘地,维修成本及周期长,因此,管道防腐工作进行的好坏,影响着其使用寿命。
用防腐带缠绕包覆钢制管道是达到防腐目的常用防腐技术之一。目前所采用的防腐胶带主要包括聚乙烯防腐胶粘带和环氧煤沥青胶粘带,这两类胶粘带又俗称为冷缠带。这两类冷缠带的防腐结构都是复合防腐体系,其中聚乙烯防腐胶粘带的防腐体系为:底漆+防腐带+保护带;环氧煤沥青胶粘带的防腐体系为:底漆(定型胶)+防腐带+定型胶。在实际的施工过程中,该技术存在施工工序烦琐、防腐质量受底漆施工影响大、施工可行性受底漆性能限制等缺陷。
发明内容
为克服现有管道防腐中存在的施工工序烦琐、防腐质量受底漆施工影响大、施工可行性受底漆性能限制等缺陷,本申请公开了一种施工简单、防腐性能优异、无需使用底漆的冷缠防腐胶带组合。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
一种冷缠防腐胶带组合,其特征在于包括防腐胶带和封闭剂,
其中防腐胶带是由胶黏剂层和基材层组成,
基材层为聚乙烯片层,
胶黏剂层由以下重量配比的原料组成:
聚异丁烯橡胶 30-35 份,丁基橡胶20-25 份,SBS橡胶8-10份,增塑剂1-3份,抗氧剂1-3份,防老剂 1-3 份,无机填料15-30份,超支化聚合物5-8份;
封闭剂由以下重量配比的原料组成:
双酚A型环氧树脂20-35份,硅烷偶联剂1-3份,溶剂10-15份;
所述超支化聚合物是通过以下步骤得到的:
(1)AB2型单体的合成
将二乙醇胺与邻苯二甲酸酐反应,得到AB2型单体;
(2)芳香型超支化聚酰胺酯的合成
AB2型单体与三羟甲基丙烷核分子反应,得到芳香型超支化聚酰胺酯;
(3)十八烷基胺封端
将芳香型超支化聚酰胺酯使用十八烷基胺封端,得到超支化聚合物。
所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合, 优选封闭剂是通过以下步骤得到的:
将双酚A型环氧树脂和溶剂混合,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂搅拌均匀。
所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合,优选防腐胶带是通过以下步骤得到的:
(1)按照胶黏剂层材料配方称取各组分,将各组分原料投入捏合机中,加热至140-180℃,捏合50-90分钟,得到胶泥;
(2)将步骤(1)中制备的胶泥投入到挤出机中熔融挤出,制得胶黏剂;
(3)将步骤(2)中制备的胶黏剂在熔融状态下,通过自动涂布机涂布在高密度聚乙烯片材的基材上,涂胶量为400~500g/m3;
(4)将步骤(3)中涂过胶的基材分切成一定宽度的条带状,卷盘,即得。
所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合, 优选超支化聚合物制备中AB2型单体与三羟甲基丙烷核分子的摩尔比为21: 1。
所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合, 优选超支化聚合物制备中十八烷基胺与三羟甲基丙烷核分子的摩尔比大于30:1。
所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合, 优选所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂。
所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合, 优选所述抗氧剂为四 [β-(3,5-二叔丁基 -4羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯。
所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合, 优选防老剂为N-苯基-N`-异丙基-对苯二胺。
所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合, 优选无机填料为滑石粉或轻质碳酸钙。
本发明的有益效果:
1、无需底漆,只需要在施工时,将封闭剂稀释后涂刷一层,很快干燥,封闭效果好,解决了现有技术施工中受底漆限制影响大的问题;
2、由胶黏剂层和基材层组成的防腐胶带,同封闭层粘结强度大,达到很好的封闭粘结效果,防腐效果更佳,而且使用时间长,不易发生脱落或断裂;
3、施工方便,对管体表面处理要求低,操作安全环保,此外还具有防腐效果好、具有穿刺融合性、耐化学性好和应用范围广等特性,不受管径和管件形状限制。

胶黏剂层由以下重量配比的原料组成:
聚异丁烯橡胶 30份,丁基橡胶25 份,SBS橡胶8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂3份,四 [β-(3,5-二叔丁基 -4羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯1份,N-苯基-N`-异丙基-对苯二胺3 份,滑石粉15份,超支化聚合物8份;
防腐胶带制备方法:
(1)按照胶黏剂层材料配方称取各组分,将各组分原料投入捏合机中,加热至140-180℃,捏合50-90分钟,得到胶泥;
(2)将步骤(1)中制备的胶泥投入到挤出机中熔融挤出,制得胶黏剂;
(3)将步骤(2)中制备的胶黏剂在熔融状态下,通过自动涂布机涂布在高密度聚乙烯片材的基材上,涂胶量为400~500g/m3;
(4)将步骤(3)中涂过胶的基材分切成一定宽度的条带状,卷盘,即得。
封闭剂组成:
双酚A型环氧树脂20份,硅烷偶联剂3份,溶剂10份;将双酚A型环氧树脂和溶剂混合,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂搅拌均匀;
超支化聚合物是通过以下步骤得到的:
(1)AB2型单体的合成
将二乙醇胺与邻苯二甲酸酐反应,得到AB2型单体;
(2)芳香型超支化聚酰胺酯的合成
AB2型单体与三羟甲基丙烷核分子按照摩尔比21:1反应,得到芳香型超支化聚酰胺酯;
(3)十八烷基胺封端
将芳香型超支化聚酰胺酯使用十八烷基胺封端,十八烷基胺与三羟甲基丙烷核分子的摩尔比32:1,得到超支化聚合物。具体的工艺参数已经是现有技术中非常常见的操作,在此不一一赘述。
施工方法:
(1)管道表面处理,对管道表面进行手工打磨处理,将松动或翘起的氧化皮、失效的旧涂层及其它污物彻底地除掉,将封闭剂稀释至施工粘度,涂刷在管道表面,干后,封闭剂膜厚度为0.5mm;
(2)沿管道缠绕防腐胶带,胶带至少搭界5mm,缠绕过程中,用手压紧搭接部位和边缘部位,胶带不能出现褶皱,两根防腐胶带的接头部位的搭接长度不得小于5cm; (3)在缠绕的起始端和结束端垂直管道缠绕一圈防腐胶带,并同两端的防腐胶带至少搭接 2cm。 实施例2
同实施例1相比,胶黏剂层由以下重量配比的原料组成:
聚异丁烯橡胶 35 份,丁基橡胶20份,SBS橡胶10份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂1份,四 [β-(3,5-二叔丁基 -4羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯3份,N-苯基-N`-异丙基-对苯二胺1份,滑石粉30份,超支化聚合物5份;
封闭剂组成:
双酚A型环氧树脂35份,硅烷偶联剂1份,溶剂15份。
其余同实施例1操作相同。
对比例1
同实施例1相比,将封闭剂中的硅烷偶联剂去掉,用溶剂补齐,其余操作同实施例1相同。
对比例2
同实施例1相比,将胶黏剂层中的超支化聚合物去掉,用滑石粉补齐,其余操作同实施例1相同。
性能测试
按照表格中的标准中规定的方法测定实施例1、2和对比例1、2中的剥离强度(底材选择各个实施例中的封闭层)、体积电阻率、耐热老化性能、吸水率等性能,结果如下表。
。
从上表中的数据可以看出,在本申请的胶黏剂层中添加超支化聚合物,同时在封闭剂中添加硅烷偶联剂,对防腐胶带的剥离强度、耐热老化保持率都有很明显的提升效果,远远好于单独使用其中一种的效果。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受实施例的限制,其它任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所做的改变、修饰、组合、替代、简化均应为等效替换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种冷缠防腐胶带组合,其特征在于包括防腐胶带和封闭剂,
其中防腐胶带是由胶黏剂层和基材层组成,
基材层为聚乙烯片层,
胶黏剂层由以下重量配比的原料组成:
聚异丁烯橡胶 30-35 份,丁基橡胶20-25 份,SBS橡胶8-10份,增塑剂1-3份,抗氧剂1-3份,防老剂 1-3 份,无机填料15-30份,超支化聚合物5-8份;
封闭剂由以下重量配比的原料组成:
双酚A型环氧树脂20-35份,硅烷偶联剂1-3份,溶剂10-15份;
所述超支化聚合物是通过以下步骤得到的:
(1)AB2型单体的合成
将二乙醇胺与邻苯二甲酸酐反应,得到AB2型单体;
(2)芳香型超支化聚酰胺酯的合成
AB2型单体与三羟甲基丙烷核分子反应,得到芳香型超支化聚酰胺酯;
(3)十八烷基胺封端
将芳香型超支化聚酰胺酯使用十八烷基胺封端,得到超支化聚合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合,其特征在于封闭剂是通过以下步骤得到的:
将双酚A型环氧树脂和溶剂混合,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂搅拌均匀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合,其特征在于防腐胶带是通过以下步骤得到的:
(1)按照胶黏剂层材料配方称取各组分,将各组分原料投入捏合机中,加热至140-180℃,捏合50-90分钟,得到胶泥;
(2)将步骤(1)中制备的胶泥投入到挤出机中熔融挤出,制得胶黏剂;
(3)将步骤(2)中制备的胶黏剂在熔融状态下,通过自动涂布机涂布在高密度聚乙烯片材的基材上,涂胶量为400~500g/m3;
(4)将步骤(3)中涂过胶的基材分切成一定宽度的条带状,卷盘,即得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合,其特征在于超支化聚合物制备中AB2型单体与三羟甲基丙烷核分子的摩尔比为21: 1。
5.根据权利要求4所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合,其特征在于超支化聚合物制备中十八烷基胺与三羟甲基丙烷核分子的摩尔比大于30:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合,其特征在于所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合,其特征在于所述抗氧剂为四 [β-(3,5-二叔丁基 -4羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合,其特征在于防老剂为N-苯基-N`-异丙基-对苯二胺。
9.根据权利要求1所述的冷缠防腐胶带组合,其特征在于无机填料为滑石粉或轻质碳酸钙。
