本发明揭示了一种改性可发性聚苯乙烯橡胶,由可发性聚苯乙烯塑料、阻燃剂、增韧剂、填充剂、抗冲击改质剂以及分散剂组成,所述阻燃剂为硼酸,所述增韧剂为液体硅橡胶,所述填充剂为滑石粉,所述抗冲击改质剂为氯化聚乙烯,所述分散剂为乙撑基双硬脂酰胺,所述改性可发性聚苯乙烯橡胶各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述可发性聚苯乙烯塑料占70‑75份,所述硼酸占6‑10份,所述液体硅橡胶占18‑22份,所述滑石粉占29‑33份,所述氯化聚乙烯占14‑18份,所述乙撑基双硬脂酰胺占9‑13份。该产品具有阻燃性好、强度高、抗冲击强度大、硬度高、成本低、质量好的特点。

一种改性可发性聚苯乙烯橡胶
技术领域
本发明涉及橡塑领域,具体涉及一种改性可发性聚苯乙烯橡胶。
背景技术
聚苯乙烯泡沫板是常见的三种内墙保温材料之一。又名泡沫板、EPS板,是由含有挥发性液体发泡剂的可发性聚苯乙烯珠粒经加热预发后,在模具中加热而成型的白色物体。其据有微细闭孔的结构特点,主要用于建筑墙体、屋面保温、复合板保温等。分为膨胀性EPS板(苯板)和连续性挤出型XPS板(挤塑板)。
但是聚苯乙烯泡沫板存在很大的不足,如阻燃性差,强度不高,质量不稳定,导致使用效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有阻燃性好、强度高、抗冲击强度大、硬度高、成本低、质量好的特点的改性可发性聚苯乙烯橡胶。
本发明的技术方案是,一种改性可发性聚苯乙烯橡胶,由可发性聚苯乙烯塑料、阻燃剂、增韧剂、填充剂、抗冲击改质剂以及分散剂组成,所述阻燃剂为硼酸,所述增韧剂为液体硅橡胶,所述填充剂为滑石粉,所述抗冲击改质剂为氯化聚乙烯,所述分散剂为乙撑基双硬脂酰胺,所述改性可发性聚苯乙烯橡胶各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述可发性聚苯乙烯塑料占70-75份,所述硼酸占6-10份,所述液体硅橡胶占18-22份,所述滑石粉占29-33份,所述氯化聚乙烯占14-18份,所述乙撑基双硬脂酰胺占9-13份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述改性可发性聚苯乙烯橡胶各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述可发性聚苯乙烯塑料占71份,所述硼酸占7份,所述液体硅橡胶占19份,所述滑石粉占30份,所述氯化聚乙烯占15份,所述乙撑基双硬脂酰胺占10份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述改性可发性聚苯乙烯橡胶各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述可发性聚苯乙烯塑料占74份,所述硼酸占9份,所述液体硅橡胶占21份,所述滑石粉占32份,所述氯化聚乙烯占17份,所述乙撑基双硬脂酰胺占12份。
本发明所述为一种改性可发性聚苯乙烯橡胶,该产品具有阻燃性好、强度高、抗冲击强度大、硬度高、成本低、质量好的特点。

通过各成分不同重量份数进行配比,使得得到的产品性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种改性可发性聚苯乙烯橡胶,该产品具有阻燃性好、强度高、抗冲击强度大、硬度高、成本低、质量好的特点。
