技术领域
本发明属于轮毂加工生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种轮毂直线输送装置。
背景技术
随着电动车技术的不断发展成熟,电动自行车、电动摩托车和电动三轮车越来越多地被人们所使用。
轮毂是电动自行车、电动摩托车和电动三轮车的主要部件。现有技术中,轮毂加工生产的过程中,轮毂通过传送带或者吊挂传送装置进行输送,输送方式单一,且输送过程不稳定。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术中轮毂输送不稳定的技术问题而提供一种送过程稳定的轮毂直线输送装置。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种轮毂直线输送装置,其特征在于:包括传动架、传动电机、传动链轮、传动链条、拨块、挂架、托板、导向凸脊;所述传动电机、传动链轮安装在所述传动架上,所述传动电机的输出轴与所述传动链轮联接;所述传动链条配装在所述传动链轮上;所述传动链条上通过连接块均匀安装有若干所述拨块;所述托板位于所述传动链条的下方,所述托板通过所述挂架安装在所述传动架上;所述导向凸脊固定在所述托板上,所述导向凸脊与所述传动链条平行;所述连接块包括第一分体块和第二分体块,所述第一分体块和第二分体块通过横向的插槽连接,所述第一分体块通过横向销轴安装在所述传动链条上,所述第二分体块通过紧固件安装所述拨块;所述托板的两侧固定有横板,所述挂架的下部设有纵向长孔,所述挂架的下部通过贯通所述纵向长孔的紧固件安装挂板,所述挂板与所述横板之间通过弹簧连接。

请参阅图1-图3,一种轮毂直线输送装置,包括传动架1、传动电机、传动链轮2、传动链条3、拨块4、挂架5、托板6、导向凸脊7。所述传动电机、传动链轮2安装在所述传动架1上,所述传动电机的输出轴与所述传动链轮2联接。两个所述传动链轮2为一组,其一为主动传动链轮,其二为被动传动链轮。所述传动链条3配装在所述传动链轮2上。所述传动电机驱动主动传动链轮转动,以驱动所述传动链条3绕转。所述传动链条3上通过连接块8均匀安装有若干所述拨块4。
所述托板6位于所述传动链条3的下方,所述托板6通过所述挂架5安装在所述传动架1上。所述导向凸脊7固定在所述托板6上,所述导向凸脊7与所述传动链条3平行。
被输送的轮毂位于拨块4与导向凸脊7之间,拨块4与轮毂上部接触,导向凸脊7与轮毂下部接触,轮毂被卡在导向凸脊7与拨块4之间,拨块4向前移动的过程中通过摩擦力带动轮毂向前滚动,以此实现轮毂的输送,且轮毂被拨块4和导向凸脊7的限制下不会倾倒。
所述拨块4和导向凸脊7为橡胶材质。保证轮毂在输送的过程中不会产生磕碰。且保证拨块4与轮毂之间具有可靠摩擦力,实现轮毂滚动输送。
所述连接块8包括第一分体块8-1和第二分体块8-2,所述第一分体块8-1和第二分体块8-2通过横向的插槽连接,所述第一分体块8-1通过横向销轴安装在所述传动链条3上,所述第二分体块8-2通过紧固件安装所述拨块4。每个拨块4均可以实现单独拆卸,便于更换拨块4。且输送过程中的轮毂可以随时从直线输送装置1中取下。
所述托板6的两侧固定有横板9,所述挂架5的下部设有纵向长孔10,所述挂架5的下部通过贯通所述纵向长孔10的紧固件安装挂板11,所述挂板11与所述横板9之间通过弹簧12连接。此结构令导向凸脊7与拨块4之间的距离可调节,令装置适用于不同尺寸的轮毂输送。另外,弹簧12可保证拨块4与轮毂可靠挤压,保证拨块4对轮毂的驱动力。

1.一种轮毂直线输送装置,其特征在于:包括传动架(1)、传动电机、传动链轮(2)、传动链条(3)、拨块(4)、挂架(5)、托板(6)、导向凸脊(7);
所述传动电机、传动链轮(2)安装在所述传动架(1)上,所述传动电机的输出轴与所述传动链轮(2)联接;
所述传动链条(3)配装在所述传动链轮(2)上;
所述传动链条(3)上通过连接块(8)均匀安装有若干所述拨块(4);
所述托板(6)位于所述传动链条(3)的下方,所述托板(6)通过所述挂架(5)安装在所述传动架(1)上;
所述导向凸脊(7)固定在所述托板(6)上,所述导向凸脊(7)与所述传动链条(3)平行;所述连接块(8)包括第一分体块(8-1)和第二分体块(8-2),所述第一分体块(8-1)和第二分体块(8-2)通过横向的插槽连接,所述第一分体块(8-1)通过横向销轴安装在所述传动链条(3)上,所述第二分体块(8-2)通过紧固件安装所述拨块(4);所述托板(6)的两侧固定有横板(9),所述挂架(5)的下部设有纵向长孔(10),所述挂架(5)的下部通过贯通所述纵向长孔的紧固件安装挂板(11),所述挂板(11)与所述横板(9)之间通过弹簧(12)连接。
