Abstract

本发明公开了一种多层复合墙纸，从上到下依次包括油墨层、亚光膜层、底涂剂层、珍珠棉层、聚乙烯层、可移胶层和基板层。本发明在珍珠棉层底面覆盖一层聚乙烯，使得墙纸在多次撕掉后重复黏贴的情况下，珍珠棉不会受到损坏；珍珠棉具有保温、防紫外线、防潮的作用，同时，珍珠棉具有一定厚度，存在着一定的支撑力，这样，墙纸能够很轻松地拉平，黏贴时只需单人操作即可，撕掉基板层，墙纸贴在墙壁上，用手压平；若再在聚乙烯层底面涂一层聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯可移胶，可使得墙纸能够再利用，能在墙面上多次黏贴后撕掉再重复利用，而在墙面上不会残留粘合剂。本发明的多层复合墙纸结构还可适用于窗贴、防潮垫和自制（DIY）贴纸等，用途广泛。

多层复合墙纸
技术领域
本发明涉及一种墙纸，尤其涉及一种多层复合墙纸。
背景技术
现有的墙纸，通常分为两种，一种是由无纺布等制成，在黏贴时，需要在墙壁上涂上粘合剂，再进行平贴，操作麻烦，工艺复杂；另一种是简易型墙纸，由亚光膜、油墨、黏贴层与基板组成，油墨覆盖在亚光膜外表面形成多种花色，黏贴层在亚光膜的底层，基板覆盖在黏贴层上，使用时，撕掉基板，将墙纸覆盖在墙面上即可，黏贴层使墙纸粘在墙面上。
上述两种墙纸在平贴时，通常存在着如下问题：需要至少两个工人操作，黏贴前需将墙纸拉平拉直，再贴在墙面上，贴上墙后还需通过刮板对墙纸进行刮平，对工人的技术要求较高，即使手艺较好的工人，也会经常出现失误，造成贴在墙面上的墙纸出现褶皱，影响美观，严重时需要返工，撕下来的墙纸大多报废，无法重复使用，造成浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决目前的墙纸黏贴要求高，容易出现褶皱，影响美观，黏贴合格率低，且返工时撕下来的墙纸无法重复使用的技术问题。
为实现以上发明目的，本发明提供一种多层复合墙纸，从上到下依次包括油墨层、亚光膜层、底涂剂层、珍珠棉层、聚乙烯层和基板层。
进一步地，所述聚乙烯层和所述基板层之间还设有可移胶层。
进一步地，所述可移胶为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明在珍珠棉层底面覆盖一层聚乙烯，使得墙纸在多次撕掉后重复黏贴的情况下，珍珠棉不会受到损坏；珍珠棉具有保温、防紫外线、防潮的作用，同时，珍珠棉具有一定厚度，存在着一定的支撑力，这样，墙纸能够很轻松地拉平，黏贴时只需单人操作即可，撕掉基板层，墙纸贴在墙壁上，用手压平；若再在聚乙烯层底面涂一层聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯可移胶，可使得墙纸能够再利用，能在墙面上多次黏贴后撕掉再重复利用，而在墙面上不会残留粘合剂。本发明的多层复合墙纸结构还可适用于窗贴、防潮垫和自制（DIY）贴纸等，用途广泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
如图1所示，本发明的多层复合墙纸，从上到下依次包括油墨层1、亚光膜层2、底涂剂层3（或称AC剂层）、珍珠棉层4、聚乙烯层5（或称PE层）和基板层6。
在珍珠棉层4底面覆盖聚乙烯层5，使得墙纸在多次撕掉后重复黏贴的情况下，珍珠棉不会受到损坏；珍珠棉具有保温、防紫外线、防潮的作用，同时，珍珠棉具有一定厚度，存在着一定的支撑力，这样，墙纸能够很轻松地拉平，黏贴时只需单人操作即可，撕掉基板层，墙纸贴在墙壁上，用手压平。
实施例2
如图2所示，本发明的多层复合墙纸，从上到下依次包括油墨层1、亚光膜层2、底涂剂层3、珍珠棉层4、聚乙烯层5、可移胶层7和基板层6；优选地，可移胶层7中的可移胶为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（即PET）。
在实施例1的基础上，再在聚乙烯层5底面涂聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯可移胶层7，可使得墙纸能够再利用，能在墙面上多次黏贴后撕掉再重复利用，而在墙面上不会残留粘合剂。

1.多层复合墙纸，其特征在于，从上到下依次包括油墨层、亚光膜层、底涂剂层、珍珠棉层、聚乙烯层和基板层。
2.如权利要求1所述的多层复合墙纸，其特征在于，所述聚乙烯层和所述基板层之间还设有可移胶层。
3.如权利要求2所述的多层复合墙纸，其特征在于，所述可移胶为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
