本发明提出的一种塑料薄膜生产装置,包括模头,模头的出料侧设有轧辊组,轧辊组包括多个呈上下位布置的轧辊,轧辊能由第一驱动装置驱动上下运动,轧辊组出料侧设有印花辊组,所述轧辊组与印花辊组之间设有第一导向辊,所述印花辊组包括相互配合的支撑辊和印花辊,所述印花辊组出料侧设有冷却辊,所述印花辊与冷却辊之间设有第二导向辊,冷却辊出料侧设有切割辊组,冷却辊与所述切割辊组之间设有第三导向辊,所述切割辊组包括相互配合的上切辊和下切辊,所述切割辊组出料侧设有收卷辊。本发明提出的塑料薄膜生产装置,劳动强度低,生产效率高,生产出来的塑料薄膜宽度均一、质地均匀光滑,成膜效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品领域,尤其涉及一种塑料薄膜生产装置。
背景技术
塑料薄膜是用聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯以及其他树脂制成的薄膜,广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,给人们生活带来了极大的便利。传统的塑料薄膜生产装置操作不便,劳动强度大,成膜效果差,精度以及加工效率均有待提高。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种塑料薄膜生产装置,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明提出的一种塑料薄膜生产装置,包括与挤出机连接的模头,模头的出料侧设有轧辊组,所述轧辊组包括多个呈上下位布置的轧辊,轧辊能由第一驱动装置驱动上下运动,使得相邻轧辊之间的距离可调,轧辊组出料侧设有印花辊组,所述轧辊组与印花辊组之间设有第一导向辊,所述印花辊组包括相互配合的支撑辊和印花辊,所述印花辊组出料侧设有冷却辊,所述印花辊与冷却辊之间设有第二导向辊,冷却辊出料侧设有切割辊组,冷却辊与所述切割辊组之间设有第三导向辊,所述切割辊组包括相互配合的上切辊和下切辊,所述切割辊组出料侧设有收卷辊,收卷辊由第二驱动装置驱动转动。
优选地,印花辊与切割辊之间的距离可调。
优选地,上切辊周向设有两列环形凸起,下切辊上设有与所述环形凸起配合的环形凹槽。
优选地,冷却辊与所述切割辊组之间设有辅助冷却装置。
优选地,辅助冷却装置包括吹风嘴。
本发明提出的一种塑料薄膜生产装置,熔化状态下的塑料原料由挤出机输出,通过模头挤压成预定形状后进入轧辊组,受轧辊的作用被挤压成薄膜后,通过第一导向辊水平进入由支撑辊和印花辊组成的印花辊组内,受印花辊组作用被涂抹上预定图案后,通过第二导向辊缠绕在冷却辊上,受冷却辊冷却成型后,通过第三导向辊水平进入由上切辊和下切辊组成的切割辊组内,受切割辊组作用被切割成预定宽度后,缠绕在由第二驱动装置驱动转动的收卷辊内。本发明提出的塑料薄膜生产装置,劳动强度低,生产效率高,生产出来的塑料薄膜宽度均一、质地均匀光滑,成膜效果好。

参照图1,本发明提出的一种塑料薄膜生产装置,包括与挤出机连接的模头1,模头1的出料侧设有轧辊组,所述轧辊组包括多个呈上下位布置的轧辊2,轧辊2能由第一驱动装置驱动上下运动,使得相邻轧辊2之间的距离可调,轧辊组出料侧设有印花辊组,所述轧辊组与印花辊组之间设有第一导向辊3,所述印花辊组包括相互配合的支撑辊4和印花辊5,所述印花辊组出料侧设有冷却辊7,所述印花辊与冷却辊7之间设有第二导向辊6,冷却辊7出料侧设有切割辊组,冷却辊7与所述切割辊组之间设有第三导向辊8,所述切割辊组包括相互配合的上切辊9和下切辊10,所述切割辊组出料侧设有收卷辊11,收卷辊11由第二驱动装置12驱动转动。
本方案原理如下:熔化状态下的塑料原料由挤出机输出,通过模头1挤压成预定形状后进入轧辊组,受轧辊2的作用被挤压成薄膜后,通过第一导向辊3水平进入由支撑辊4和印花辊5组成的印花辊组内,受印花辊组作用被涂抹上预定图案后,通过第二导向辊6缠绕在冷却辊7上,受冷却辊7冷却成型后,通过第三导向辊8水平进入由上切辊9和下切辊10组成的切割辊组内,受切割辊组作用被切割成预定宽度后,缠绕在由第二驱动装置12驱动转动的收卷辊11内。
本方案在所述轧辊组和印花辊组之间设有切割装置,具体地,所述切割装置包括相互配合的上切刀13和下切刀14,上切刀13和下切刀14由第三驱动装置驱动上下运动。当缠绕在收卷辊11上的塑料薄膜达到预定厚度后,可通过所述切割装置将塑料薄膜切断。
印花辊5与切割辊4之间的距离可调,可实现对不同厚度塑料薄膜的印花操作。
为保证生产出来的塑料薄膜宽度均一、稳定,上切辊9周向设有两列环形凸起,下切辊10上设有与所述环形凸起配合的环形凹槽。
冷却辊6与所述切割辊组之间设有辅助冷却装置,具体地,所述辅助冷却装置包括吹风嘴15,通过所述辅助冷却装置可强化对塑料薄膜的冷却效果,保证了成膜质量。
本发明提出的塑料薄膜生产装置,劳动强度低,生产效率高,生产出来的塑料薄膜宽度均一、质地均匀光滑,成膜效果好。

1.一种塑料薄膜生产装置,其特征在于,包括与挤出机连接的模头(1),模头(1)的出料侧设有轧辊组,所述轧辊组包括多个呈上下位布置的轧辊(2),轧辊(2)能由第一驱动装置驱动上下运动,使得相邻轧辊(2)之间的距离可调,轧辊组出料侧设有印花辊组,所述轧辊组与印花辊组之间设有第一导向辊(3),所述印花辊组包括相互配合的支撑辊(4)和印花辊(5),所述印花辊组出料侧设有冷却辊(7),所述印花辊与冷却辊(7)之间设有第二导向辊(6),冷却辊(7)出料侧设有切割辊组,冷却辊(7)与所述切割辊组之间设有第三导向辊(8),所述切割辊组包括相互配合的上切辊(9)和下切辊(10),所述切割辊组出料侧设有收卷辊(11),收卷辊(11)由第二驱动装置(12)驱动转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜生产装置,其特征在于,印花辊(5)与支撑辊(4)之间的距离可调。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜生产装置,其特征在于,上切辊(9)周向设有两列环形凸起,下切辊(10)上设有与所述环形凸起配合的环形凹槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜生产装置,其特征在于,冷却辊(6)与所述切割辊组之间设有辅助冷却装置。
