Abstract

一种熔点不同的共挤塑料薄膜的制作方法,其要点在于将模头分层,成为若干个子模头,按成型膜的顺序排列,每个子模头具有加热棒及温控系统,高熔点材料通过降温,使不同材料进入主动冷却辊和从动胶辊时温度相同。并由此设计了不同熔点材料制作共挤膜的专用模头,不同温度的子模头层之间具有隔热层。本发明对现有设备整体改动小,创造性地通过子模头的设计使不同材料的加热温度进行分开控制,同时对高熔点材料通过降温,使不同材料进入主动冷却辊和从动胶辊挤压时温度相同,消除高温材料对低温材料的不利影响,从而保证形状稳定,提高产品质量。

Description

熔点不同的共挤塑料薄膜的制作方法及专用模头
技术领域
本发明属于薄膜的制作,尤其涉及制作共挤膜的模头。
背景技术
共挤膜所有层都是在同一时间一起挤出成型的,层与层之间是靠热熔结合,所以拉伸性能好、表面亮度好,符合涂胶膜、食品膜及高级包装膜的多项标准,目前得到广泛的应用。如图1所示,为三层共挤膜的制作成型示意图,模头1中具有加热棒12,对模头加热,使模唇中的塑料成熔融状态由模唇口11挤出,由下方的主动冷却辊5与从动胶辊2(主动冷却辊和从动胶辊为一对挤压辊)压实成型,共挤膜6由收卷辊3收卷成捆。EVA薄膜是新型环保食品级材料,无气味,手感好,与PVC相比燃烧时无气味,生产过程不添加增塑剂。尤其是中间层是EVA,里外两层PP的复合共挤膜,即改善了对薄膜硬度有要求的产品需要,同时又保持了膜的透明度及光泽度。EVA及PP材料密度与PVC相比降低了50%,即同样的薄膜厚度,使用EVA及PP共挤膜材料节省50%。但是,EVA及PP熔化温度不同,温度相差较大,EVA的熔点在60℃—100℃之间,而PP的熔点在150℃—170℃之间。在EVA与PP共挤时,同一个模头加工时,PP加工温度需要200℃,而EVA在200℃时接近分解,造成在挤出模头时形状不稳定,共挤膜不平整,这是EVA与PP共挤膜生产过程中的最大的困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有不同熔点材料在共挤过程中低温材料受高温影响形状不稳定而影响产品质量的缺陷,提供一种成型稳定,质量高的熔点不同的共挤塑料薄膜的制作方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案为一种熔点不同的共挤塑料薄膜的制作方法,其要点在于将模头分层,成为若干个子模头,按成型膜的顺序排列,每个子模头具有加热棒及温控系统,高熔点材料通过降温,使不同材料进入主动冷却辊和从动胶辊时温度相同。
本发明通过子模头的设计使不同材料的加热温度分别控制,低温材料的熔融温度不受高温材料影响,同时对高熔点材料通过降温,使不同材料进入主动冷却辊和从动胶辊时温度相同,消除高温材料对低温材料的不利影响,从而保证形状稳定,提高产品质量。
对于具体的EVA和PP共挤膜的制作方法:一种熔点不同的共挤塑料薄膜的制作方法,其要点在于,所用的材料为EVA和PP,中间为EVA,外层为PP, PP-EVA-PP共三层,其中EVA占50-85%,PP占15-50%,将模头分三层,成为三个子模头,按成型膜的顺序排列,每个子模头具有加热棒及温控系统,中间为EVA的子模头,加热温度为120℃,两侧为PP的子模头加热温度为200℃,通过出口降温,使EVA和PP进入主动冷却辊和从动胶辊时温度相同。
一种熔点不同的共挤塑料薄膜的专用模头,它将模头分层,成为若干个子模头,按成型膜的顺序排列,每个子模头具有加热棒及温控系统,不同温度的子模头层之间具有隔热层。
本发明通过对模头的特别设计来达到不同的加热温度,由多个具有独立加热及温控系统子模头相互间用隔热层隔开,组合成一个模头整体,以保证不同的子模头有不同的加热温度满足不同材料。
隔热层由耐高温四氟乙烯或其他耐高温绝缘材料制成。
本发明通过以下设计来达到不同材料进入主动冷却辊和从动胶辊时温度相同的目的,除高温材料对低温材料的不利影响。
高熔点材料的模头的模唇口与主动冷却辊和从动胶辊之间的距离大于低温材料的模唇口与主动冷却辊和从动胶辊之间的距离。高熔点材料先挤出先降温,从而保证到达主动冷却辊和从动胶辊时温度相同或相近。
当先挤出还不能达到温度相同或相近时,高熔点材料的模头的模唇口下方的两侧具有降温装置。通过强制降温来保证各种材料到达主动冷却辊和从动胶辊时温度相同或相近。

下面结合视图对本发明进行详细的描述,所列举的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。
一种熔点不同的共挤塑料薄膜的制作方法,将模头分层,成为若干个子模头,按成型膜的顺序排列,每层子模头具有加热棒及温控系统,高熔点材料通过降温,使不同材料进入主动冷却辊和从动胶辊挤压时温度相同。
一种EVA和PP共挤膜的制作方法,所用的材料为EVA和PP,中间为EVA,外层为PP,PP-EVA-PP共三层,其中EVA占50-85%,PP占15-50%。它的制作设备是在现有三层共挤膜的设备基础上对模头进行改进,成为专用模头。下面对专用模头进行详细说明
实施例1,如图2所示,将模头分三层,成为三个子模头,按成型膜的顺序排列,每个子模头具有加热棒12、温控系统和一个模唇、送料装置等,使EVA与PP的温度单独控制,中间为EVA的子模头,加热温度为120℃,两侧为PP的子模头加热温度为200℃,不同温度的子模头层之间具有隔热层13。隔热层13由耐高温四氟乙烯制成或其他耐高温绝缘材料制成。高熔点材料(PP)的模头的模唇口与从动胶辊之间的距离大于低温材料(EVA)的模唇口11与从动胶辊之间的距离,高熔点材料先挤出先降温,从而保证到达主动冷却辊和从动胶辊时温度相同或相近。即PP先挤出,后将EVA挤出,通过出口降温,使EVA和PP进入主动冷却辊5和从动胶辊2时温度相同,在主动冷却辊和从动胶辊中间进行挤压拉伸定型,制作出高质量的共挤膜6。加热棒及温控系统为成熟技术,不赘述,其余未述部分与现有技术相同。
实施例2,如图3所示,在实施例1中,当先挤出的设计还不能达到挤压时温度相同或相近,高熔点材料的模头的模唇口下方的两侧具有降温装置4。通过强制降温来保证各种材料到达主动冷却辊和从动胶辊挤压时温度相同或相近。其余未述部分与在实施例1相同。
实施例3,如图4所示,各模头的出口相同,高熔点材料的模头的模唇口下方的两侧具有降温装置4。通过强制降温来保证各种材料到达主动冷却辊和从动胶辊挤压时温度相同或相近。其余未述部分与在实施例1相同。

1.一种熔点不同的共挤塑料薄膜的制作方法,其特征在于,将模头分层,成为若干个子模头,按成型膜的顺序排列,每个子模头具有加热棒(12)及温控系统,高熔点材料通过降温,使不同材料进入主动冷却辊(5)和从动胶辊(2)时温度相同。
2.一种熔点不同的共挤塑料薄膜的制作方法,其特征在于,所用的材料为EVA和PP,中间为EVA,外层为PP, PP-EVA-PP共三层,其中EVA占50-85%,PP占15-50%,将模头分三层,成为三个子模头,按成型膜的顺序排列,每个子模头具有加热棒(12)及温控系统,中间为EVA的子模头,加热温度为120℃,两侧为PP的子模头加热温度为200℃,通过出口降温,使EVA和PP进入主动冷却辊(5)和从动胶辊(2)时温度相同。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种熔点不同的共挤塑料薄膜的专用模头,其特征在于,高熔点材料的模头的模唇口下方的两侧具有降温装置(4)。
