Abstract

本发明涉及木材表面改性技术领域,具体涉及一种改性家具木材表面硬度的方法,将家具木材表面用砂纸打磨,再在表面涂刷含2‑6wt%CaSiO3的改性环氧树脂涂料,至少涂刷四次,每次涂刷厚度为0.01‑0.02mm,每次涂刷后在室温下放置20‑30min后再进行下次涂刷,最后一次涂刷完成后,在30‑38℃温度下放置5‑8天。多次涂刷后经过长时间的放置,使涂料能进入到木材表层0.1‑0.2mm中,最终显著提高了表面硬度,具有良好的抗划性。

技术领域
本发明涉及木材表面改性技术领域,具体涉及一种改性家具木材表面硬度的方法。
背景技术
为了保护木材的原有特性、提高木制品的装饰作用和使用寿命,需采用一定的表面处理技术来提高其美观特性、力学性能、耐磨性、耐久性,改善木材加工性能及赋予木材表面隔热、耐燃、防蛀、绝缘、导电等新功能,从而提高木材的使用价值,拓宽木材的应用领域。到目前为止,木材表面功能性改良方法主要有木材染色、木材漂白、木材涂饰、防腐处理、表面强化、无电解电镀、表面化学装饰、等离子体聚合、表面活化和珍贵木质超薄贴面装饰等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改性家具木材表面硬度的方法,该方法具备生产工艺简单、操作方便、家具木材表面硬度高的优点。
本发明以如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种改性家具木材表面硬度的方法,将家具木材表面用砂纸打磨,再在表面涂刷含2-6wt%CaSiO3的改性环氧树脂涂料,至少涂刷四次,每次涂刷厚度为0.01-0.02mm,每次涂刷后在室温下放置20-30min后再进行下次涂刷,最后一次涂刷完成后,在30-38℃温度下放置5-8天。
优选的,砂纸型号为200-400#。
优选的,CaSiO3粒度为300-500目。
优选的,所述改性环氧树脂涂料为水性环氧树脂涂料。
优选的,所述改性环氧树脂涂料的制备方法:先将CaSiO3加热到35-55℃,再将CaSiO3按质量百分比加入到环氧树脂涂料中,在室温下搅拌5-8h制得。
本发明有益效果:采用纳米级的CaSiO3改性环氧树脂涂料涂料,先加热增强活性后再加入,经过长时间的搅拌促使CaSiO3均匀分布在涂料中,多次涂刷后经过长时间的放置,使涂料能进入到木材表层0.1-0.2mm中,最终显著提高了表面硬度,具有良好的抗划性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种改性家具木材表面硬度的方法,将家具木材表面用200#砂纸打磨,打磨光滑平整,同时使其具有微小小坑,便于涂料填充,再在表面涂刷含2wt%CaSiO3的改性环氧树脂涂料,至少涂刷四次,每次涂刷厚度为0.01mm,每次涂刷后在室温下放置20min后再进行下次涂刷,最后一次涂刷完成后,在30℃温度下放置5天。
实施例2
一种改性家具木材表面硬度的方法,将家具木材表面用300#砂纸打磨,打磨光滑平整,同时使其具有微小小坑,便于涂料填充,再在表面涂刷含4wt%CaSiO3的改性环氧树脂涂料,至少涂刷四次,每次涂刷厚度为0.015mm,每次涂刷后在室温下放置20-30min后再进行下次涂刷,最后一次涂刷完成后,在35℃温度下放置6天。
实施例3
一种改性家具木材表面硬度的方法,将家具木材表面用400#砂纸打磨,打磨光滑平整,同时使其具有微小小坑,便于涂料填充,再在表面涂刷含6wt%CaSiO3的改性环氧树脂涂料,至少涂刷四次,每次涂刷厚度为0.02mm,每次涂刷后在室温下放置30min后再进行下次涂刷,最后一次涂刷完成后,在38℃温度下放置8天。
以上所述实施例仅表示本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能理解为对本发明范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明保护范围。

1.一种改性家具木材表面硬度的方法,其特征在于:将家具木材表面用砂纸打磨,再在表面涂刷含2-6wt%CaSiO3的改性环氧树脂涂料,至少涂刷四次,每次涂刷厚度为0.01-0.02mm,每次涂刷后在室温下放置20-30min后再进行下次涂刷,最后一次涂刷完成后,在30-38℃温度下放置5-8天。
2.根据权利要求1所述改性家具木材表面硬度的方法,其特征在于:砂纸型号为200-400#。
3.根据权利要求1所述改性家具木材表面硬度的方法,其特征在于:CaSiO3粒度为300-500目。
4.根据权利要求1所述改性家具木材表面硬度的方法,其特征在于:所述改性环氧树脂涂料为水性环氧树脂涂料。
5.根据权利要求1所述改性家具木材表面硬度的方法,其特征在于:所述改性环氧树脂涂料的制备方法:先将CaSiO3加热到35-55℃,再将CaSiO3按质量百分比加入到环氧树脂涂料中,在室温下搅拌5-8h制得。
