本发明公开了一种新型切纸机,包括工作台、切刀挡条、主控盒和精度控制器,所述工作台下方安装有支撑垫,所述工作台上方安装有切刀挡条,且切刀挡条上方安装有压紧片,所述切刀挡条左侧安装有带刻度横梁,且带刻度横梁右侧安装有主控盒,所述主控盒下方安装有刀槽,所述主控盒表面安装有液晶显示屏,且液晶显示屏右侧安装有功能键盘,所述主控盒上方安装有切纸手柄,且切纸手柄表面安装有手柄锁,所述主控盒右侧安装有旋紧手轮,本发明中,通过在主控盒内部安装有长度感应器和精度控制器,长度感应器感应到纸张的长度,由精度控制器严格控制所要切割的长度,避免了多切或者少切的情况发生,符合市场上的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及切纸机技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型切纸机。
背景技术
目前,市场上的纸张都有不同的规格,想要将纸张的大小统一,就必须要用到切纸机,而现如今人们使用的切纸机结构简单,还存在很多需要改进的地方,当切刀进行切纸时,纸张的精度不好控制,容易导致多切或者少切,使得切出来的纸张会出现大小不一情况,以至于浪费了材料与时间还达不到人们想要的效果,功能过于单一,自动化程度不高,不符合市场上的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种新型切纸机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种新型切纸机,包括工作台、切刀挡条、主控盒和精度控制器,所述工作台下方安装有支撑垫,所述工作台上方安装有切刀挡条,且切刀挡条上方安装有压紧片,所述切刀挡条左侧安装有带刻度横梁,且带刻度横梁右侧安装有主控盒,所述主控盒下方安装有刀槽,所述主控盒表面安装有液晶显示屏,且液晶显示屏右侧安装有功能键盘,所述主控盒上方安装有切纸手柄,且切纸手柄表面安装有手柄锁,所述主控盒右侧安装有旋紧手轮,所述主控盒内部安装有长度感应器,且长度感应器右侧安装有精度控制器,所述精度控制器下方安装有切刀。
优选的,所述压紧片上方安装有挡板手轮。
优选的,所述功能键盘右侧安装有启动按钮。
优选的,所述旋紧手轮右侧安装有压纸手柄。
优选的,所述切刀上方安装有控制器,且控制器上方安装有控制芯片。
本发明中,通过在主控盒内部安装有长度感应器和精度控制器,长度感应器感应到纸张的长度,由精度控制器严格控制所要切割的长度,避免了多切或者少切的情况发生,控制器控制内部器件的稳定运行,增加了设备的功能性,通过在主控盒表面安装有液晶显示屏和功能键盘,可在功能键盘上操作机器进行切纸,人们使用起来非常方便,且机器工作状态全程液晶显示屏上可见,自动化程度更高,符合市场上的需求。

参照图1-2,一种新型切纸机,包括工作台1、切刀挡条3、主控盒11和精度控制器20,工作台1下方安装有支撑垫2,工作台1上方安装有切刀挡条3,且切刀挡条3上方安装有压紧片4,切刀挡条3左侧安装有带刻度横梁6,且带刻度横梁6右侧安装有主控盒11,主控盒11下方安装有刀槽15,主控盒11表面安装有液晶显示屏9,且液晶显示屏9右侧安装有功能键盘10,主控盒11上方安装有切纸手柄8,且切纸手柄8表面安装有手柄锁7,主控盒11右侧安装有旋紧手轮13,主控盒11内部安装有长度感应器16,且长度感应器16右侧安装有精度控制器20,精度控制器20下方安装有切刀19,压紧片4上方安装有挡板手轮5,功能键盘10右侧安装有启动按钮12,旋紧手轮13右侧安装有压纸手柄14,切刀19上方安装有控制器18,且控制器18上方安装有控制芯片17。
工作原理:当使用该新型切纸机时,将纸张叠好放在工作台1上,接通电源,打开启动按钮12,点击功能键盘10,液晶显示屏9显示工作的状态,将纸张置于工作台1上,在功能键盘10上输入所切的长度,控制芯片17将信号传给控制器18,控制器18控制精度控制器20,压紧片4将纸张压紧,切片挡条3固定好纸张,当纸张达到所需要切的长度时,液晶显示屏9会显示长度,按下切纸手柄8,切刀19切开纸张,整套设备完整运行。

1.一种新型切纸机,包括工作台(1)、切刀挡条(3)、主控盒(11)和精度控制器(20),其特征在于,所述工作台(1)下方安装有支撑垫(2),所述工作台(1)上方安装有切刀挡条(3),且切刀挡条(3)上方安装有压紧片(4),所述切刀挡条(3)左侧安装有带刻度横梁(6),且带刻度横梁(6)右侧安装有主控盒(11),所述主控盒(11)下方安装有刀槽(15),所述主控盒(11)表面安装有液晶显示屏(9),且液晶显示屏(9)右侧安装有功能键盘(10),所述主控盒(11)上方安装有切纸手柄(8),且切纸手柄(8)表面安装有手柄锁(7),所述主控盒(11)右侧安装有旋紧手轮(13),所述主控盒(11)内部安装有长度感应器(16),且长度感应器(16)右侧安装有精度控制器(20),所述精度控制器(20)下方安装有切刀(19)。
