本发明公开了一种用于在锥套上开口的锯床,它包括转盘(1)、液压分度盘(2)、开口装置(3)和液压系统(4),所述的液压分度盘(2)的输出端旋转安装有转盘(1),转盘(1)的顶表面上且沿转盘(1)的边缘方向上均匀分别有多个用于工装锥套的夹具(5)。本发明的有益效果是:保护锥套外表面光洁度、快速实现锥套的工装、减轻工人劳动强度、提高开口效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及锥套上开口的技术领域,特别是一种用于在锥套上开口的锯床。
背景技术
锥套是一种欧美国家普遍使用的新型机械传动联接部件,具有标准化程度高、精度高、结构紧凑、安装拆卸方便等特点。通过8度外锥面与皮带轮、链轮及其他传动件内锥面压紧联接,使各种传动件的定心精度大大提高。锥套尺寸为系列标准设计。通用性互换性很好,适用各种场合. 当传动件经过长时间运转时,内孔及链槽就可能发生损坏,如果使用锥套作为传动件,发生这种情况时,只需更换同一规格锥套就可以恢复使用。因而大大提高传动件使用寿命,降低维修费用,节省时间。
如图1所示,为锥套的结构示意图,锥套的锥面与皮带轮的内锥面相配合,要将锥套装入皮带轮内,需要在锥套上开口19,通过径向挤压锥套使其稍微收缩,才能使锥套正确的进入皮带轮内,然而现有的开槽方式采用人工采用锯片进行切割,每锯一个槽都需要重新定位,极大增大了工人劳动强度,而且降低了锥套的生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种保护锥套外表面光洁度、自动化程度高、快速实现锥套的工装、减轻工人劳动强度、提高开槽效率的用于在锥套上开口的锯床。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种用于在锥套上开口的锯床,它包括转盘、液压分度盘、开槽装置和液压系统,所述的液压分度盘的输出端旋转安装有转盘,转盘的顶表面上且沿转盘的边缘方向上均匀分别有多个用于工装锥套的夹具,夹具由底板以及固定于底板上的夹紧油缸、限位座、压板和挡板组成,底板设置于转盘上,挡板和压板位于限位座的两侧且挡板固定于限位座的端面上,夹紧油缸的活塞杆顺次贯穿挡板、限位座且与压板连接,限位座的顶部开设有V形槽,V形槽的底部设置有与锥套上螺纹孔相配合的条形凸台,V形槽的内壁上设置有橡胶垫,压板和挡板的顶部均设置有连通V形槽的让位槽,所述的开槽装置位于转盘的后侧,开槽装置由机座、锯条、直线驱动机构以及固定安装于机座上的垂向油缸组成,垂向油缸的活塞杆上设置有直线驱动机构,直线驱动机构的输出端连接有水平设置有锯条,锯条位于转盘的上方,所述的液压系统与夹紧油缸连接,液压系统设置于转盘的中部,该锯床还包括控制器,所述的控制器与液压分度盘和夹紧油缸连接。
所述的垂向油缸的活塞杆上设置有支架,所述的直线驱动机构设置于支架的下表面。
所述的转盘为圆形状。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明保护锥套外表面光洁度、自动化程度高、快速实现锥套的工装、减轻工人劳动强度、提高开槽效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图2~5所示,一种用于在锥套上开口的锯床,它包括转盘1、液压分度盘2、开槽装置3和液压系统4,所述的液压分度盘2的输出端旋转安装有转盘1,转盘1为圆形状,转盘1的顶表面上且沿转盘1的边缘方向上均匀分别有多个用于工装锥套的夹具5,夹具5由底板6以及固定于底板6上的夹紧油缸7、限位座8、压板9和挡板17组成,底板6设置于转盘1上,挡板17和压板9位于限位座8的两侧且挡板17固定于限位座8的端面上,夹紧油缸7的活塞杆顺次贯穿挡板17、限位座8且与压板9连接,限位座8的顶部开设有V形槽10,V形槽10的底部设置有与锥套上螺纹孔相配合的条形凸台11,V形槽10的内壁上设置有橡胶垫21,工装推套时,即锥套被夹紧于挡板17和压板9时,橡胶垫21避免了锥套外壁与V形槽10直接接触而产生静摩擦,保证了锥套外表面的光洁度,进一步保证了锥套的质量。
所述的压板9和挡板17的顶部均设置有连通V形槽10的让位槽18,让位槽18保证了锯条13能够在V形槽10和两个让位槽18之间移动,保证锯条13能够顺利切割锥套。
如图2~5所示,开槽装置3位于转盘1的后侧,开槽装置3由机座12、锯条13、直线驱动机构14以及固定安装于机座12上的垂向油缸15组成,垂向油缸15的活塞杆上设置有直线驱动机构14,直线驱动机构14为丝杆螺母副,直线驱动机构14的输出端连接有水平设置有锯条13,锯条13位于转盘1的上方,所述的液压系统4与夹紧油缸7连接,液压系统4设置于转盘1的中部。
所述的垂向油缸15的活塞杆上设置有支架16,所述的直线驱动机构14设置于支架16的下表面。该锯床还包括控制器,所述的控制器与液压分度盘2和夹紧油缸7连接,工人可通过控制器控制夹紧油缸7活塞杆的伸出或缩回,同时还能控制液压分度盘2输出转矩的大小,方便了工人将工装好的锥套转动到开口工位,方便了工人的操作,具有自动化程度高的特点。
本发明在锥套上加工开口的步骤为:
S1、锥套的工装,先将锥套放置于位于转盘前侧夹具的V形槽10内,使锥套上螺纹孔20套在条形凸台11上,实现了锥套的定位,再使锥套的一个端面抵靠在挡板17上,随后控制夹紧油缸7的活塞杆缩回,压板压向锥套的另一个端面,从而将锥套快速的工装于V形槽10内,无需传统的工装方式,极大提高了工装效率,减轻了工人的劳动强度;
S2、经液压分度盘2将步骤S1中工装后的锥套转到开口工位中,随后控制垂向油缸15的活塞杆缓慢伸出,同时控制直线驱动机构14启动,其中垂向油缸15实现了锯条13进给运动,而直线驱动机构实现了锯条13的往复运动,锯条13在锥套的顶部来回的切割,经过一段时间,即可加工出开口;
S3、第一个加工后,经液压分度盘2将成品锥套转到最初的位置,随后控制夹紧油缸7的活塞杆伸出,压板与成品分离,从而将成品锥套取出,随后放入下一个待开口的锥套,从而实现了锥套的连续加工,进一步提高了锥套的开口槽效率,只需一个工人在转盘前侧放取锥套即可,极大降低了生产成本。

1.一种用于在锥套上开口的锯床,其特征在于:它包括转盘(1)、液压分度盘(2)、开槽装置(3)和液压系统(4),所述的液压分度盘(2)的输出端旋转安装有转盘(1),转盘(1)的顶表面上且沿转盘(1)的边缘方向上均匀分别有多个用于工装锥套的夹具(5),夹具(5)由底板(6)以及固定于底板(6)上的夹紧油缸(7)、限位座(8)、压板(9)和挡板(17)组成,底板(6)设置于转盘(1)上,挡板(17)和压板(9)位于限位座(8)的两侧且挡板(17)固定于限位座(8)的端面上,夹紧油缸(7)的活塞杆顺次贯穿挡板(17)、限位座(8)且与压板(9)连接,限位座(8)的顶部开设有V形槽(10),V形槽(10)的底部设置有与锥套上螺纹孔相配合的条形凸台(11),V形槽(10)的内壁上设置有橡胶垫(21),压板(9)和挡板(17)的顶部均设置有连通V形槽(10)的让位槽(18),所述的开槽装置(3)位于转盘(1)的后侧,开槽装置(3)由机座(12)、锯条(13)、直线驱动机构(14)以及固定安装于机座(12)上的垂向油缸(15)组成,垂向油缸(15)的活塞杆上设置有直线驱动机构(14),直线驱动机构(14)的输出端连接有水平设置有锯条(13),锯条(13)位于转盘(1)的上方,所述的液压系统(4)与夹紧油缸(7)连接,液压系统(4)设置于转盘(1)的中部,该锯床还包括控制器,所述的控制器与液压分度盘(2)和夹紧油缸(7)连接,所述的垂向油缸(15)的活塞杆上设置有支架(16),所述的直线驱动机构(14)设置于支架(16)的下表面。
