Abstract

本发明公开了一种不易崩解的混合活性炭脱硫剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:活性炭90‑100、硅藻土40‑50、氧化锌2.5‑4、纳米膨润土6‑8、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1‑2、无烟煤3‑5、石灰石粉3‑5、硫酸铜3‑4、硅溶胶3‑4、醋丙乳液2.5‑4、碳酸氢铵2‑4、山梨酸钾0.5‑0.8、吸附助剂4‑6、水适量;本发明将氧化锌、石灰石等添加到活性炭中,增强了脱硫效率;添加硅溶胶、醋丙乳液等粘性物质,增加了活性炭的强度,不易崩解,结实耐用;添加吸附助剂,具有特殊多孔性,延长气体与之接触时间,起到抑菌、净化空气的效果;本发明适合工业脱硫,还可用于汽车尾气处理,效果好。

一种不易崩解的混合活性炭脱硫剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种脱硫活性炭及其制备方法,特别是一种不易崩解的混合活性炭脱硫剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
高比表面积活性炭具有多孔结构,能吸附各种有机物和无机物,具有吸附容量大、吸附速度快的特点,是一种优质的高效吸附剂,广泛用于食品工业、化学工业和环境保护等各个领域。
在脱硫的众多方法中,有一种方法是活性炭吸附法,虽然活性炭能够吸附多种酸性气体,但是活性炭价格较高,脱硫效率低,增加了成本。本发明将活性炭与具有特殊多孔的硅藻土结合,通过添加多种功能型物质,制成颗粒状物质,使得脱硫剂容易固定,安全无毒,吸附性能强,增强产品的刚性和强度,不易崩解,延长了活性炭的使用时间,降低了干法脱硫的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不易崩解的混合活性炭脱硫剂及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种不易崩解的混合活性炭脱硫剂,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:活性炭90-100、硅藻土40-50、氧化锌2.5-4、纳米膨润土6-8、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-2、无烟煤3-5、石灰石粉3-5、硫酸铜3-4、硅溶胶3-4、醋丙乳液2.5-4、碳酸氢铵2-4、山梨酸钾0.5-0.8、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:锆英粉8-11、鹿沼土2-3、氯化镁2-3、碳酸氢钠1.5-2.5、天然焦炭粉2-4、聚丙烯酰胺2-3.5、二氧化铈2-3、软木12-14、竹纤维10-13;制备方法是将软木、竹纤维在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入鹿沼土,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。
本发明所述一种不易崩解的混合活性炭脱硫剂,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将活性炭、硅藻土放入球磨机中球磨1.5-2.5小时,球磨后过150-200目筛,得到混合粉末待用;
(2)将混合粉末、混合浆料、吸附助剂相互搅拌均匀,然后浓缩干燥,送入造粒机中造粒即得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将氧化锌、石灰石等添加到活性炭中,增强了脱硫效率;添加硅溶胶、醋丙乳液等粘性物质,增加了活性炭的强度,不易崩解,结实耐用;添加吸附助剂,具有特殊多孔性,延长气体与之接触时间,起到抑菌、净化空气的效果;本发明适合工业脱硫,还可用于汽车尾气处理,效果好。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种不易崩解的混合活性炭脱硫剂,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:活性炭90、硅藻土40、氧化锌2.5、纳米膨润土6、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1、无烟煤3、石灰石粉3、硫酸铜3、硅溶胶3、醋丙乳液2.5、碳酸氢铵2、山梨酸钾0.5、吸附助剂4、水适量;
所述吸附助剂由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:锆英粉8、鹿沼土2、氯化镁2、碳酸氢钠1.5、天然焦炭粉2、聚丙烯酰胺2、二氧化铈2、软木12、竹纤维10;制备方法是将软木、竹纤维在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入鹿沼土,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。

本发明样品主要技术参数为:硫容(wt%):≥16.5%,脱硫精度(ppm):≤1;利用本发明样品进行废气处理,捕集微尘效率≥99%。

1.一种不易崩解的混合活性炭脱硫剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:活性炭90-100、硅藻土40-50、氧化锌2.5-4、纳米膨润土6-8、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-2、无烟煤3-5、石灰石粉3-5、硫酸铜3-4、硅溶胶3-4、醋丙乳液2.5-4、碳酸氢铵2-4、山梨酸钾0.5-0.8、吸附助剂4-6、水适量;所述吸附助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:锆英粉8-11、鹿沼土2-3、氯化镁2-3、碳酸氢钠1.5-2.5、天然焦炭粉2-4、聚丙烯酰胺2-3.5、二氧化铈2-3、软木12-14、竹纤维10-13;制备方法是将软木、竹纤维在100℃-120℃条件下干燥1-1.5小时,粉碎成40-60目粉末,然后加入适量水与除鹿沼土之外的其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,形成泥状物,然后放入400℃-500℃的炭化炉中炭化2-3小时,取出冷却后粉碎成80-100目粉末,加入鹿沼土,用50%-60%的醋酸溶液浸泡1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤渣加1.5-2倍量的纯水研磨40-50分钟得浆料即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种不易崩解的混合活性炭脱硫剂,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将活性炭、硅藻土放入球磨机中球磨1.5-2.5小时,球磨后过150-200目筛,得到混合粉末待用;
