技术领域
本发明属于CO净化方法技术领域,具体是涉及一种含一氧化碳黄磷尾气净化方法。
背景技术
一氧化碳是所有大气污染物中量最大、分布最广的一种污染物。燃料的不完全燃烧是产生一氧化碳的重要过程,假如在燃烧过程中能够控制燃烧条件,如空气燃料比、燃烧温度、燃烧时间,就能有效地减少CO的产生,由于它对健康有害甚至致死,所以需要对工业废气中的CO进行净化。CO在高温下可与氧气发生剧烈反应,放出大量热量,并且CO也是重要的化工原料,因此在净化CO的同时更要注重对CO的回收利用,一般对一氧化碳的净化方法有:火炬燃烧后直接排入大气;直接燃烧、热力燃烧,回收热值;除尘、净化、提纯CO,作化工原料等。现有技术中利用这些方法大多数结构复杂,实现方法步骤过程复杂繁琐,浪费大量的物力劳力。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种含一氧化碳黄磷尾气净化方法,CO净化效率高,净化效果佳。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明的一种含一氧化碳黄磷尾气净化方法,提供一种净化系统,该净化系统包括通过管道依次连接的尾气总水封、泵前洗气塔、水环式真空泵、一级洗气塔、二级级洗气塔、三级洗气塔、洗碱塔和高压水洗塔;所述方法包括以下步骤:
S1 尾气首先进入所述尾气总水封,通过所述尾气总水封后尾气分成两路,一路放空点燃,另一路进入所述泵前洗气塔;
S2所述泵前洗气塔将尾气中的粉尘、磷、可溶性气体以及其他有害杂质除去后,处理后的尾气在所述水环式真空泵作用下依次进入一级洗气塔、二级级洗气塔和三级洗气塔;
S3一级洗气塔、二级级洗气塔和三级洗气塔分别用于将处理后的尾气中的单质磷、磷氧化物、粉尘、可溶性气体除净,除净后的尾气进入所述洗碱塔中;
S4所述洗碱塔将除净后的尾气中的二氧化碳、硫化氢等不溶水性气体除去,后进入所述高压水洗塔中;
S5高压水洗塔将处理后的尾气经过高压水选最终除去尾气中的杂质。
进一步地,所述洗碱塔中设有含0.8%~10%的NaOH碱溶液。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术比较,本发明方法能够有效除净尾气中杂质,处理效率高,处理效果较佳。

如图1所示,本发明提出的一种含一氧化碳黄磷尾气净化方法,提供一种净化系统,该净化系统包括通过管道依次连接的尾气总水封1、泵前洗气塔2、水环式真空泵3、一级洗气塔4、二级级洗气塔5、三级洗气塔6、洗碱塔7和高压水洗塔8;所述方法包括以下步骤:
S1 尾气首先进入所述尾气总水封1,通过所述尾气总水封1后尾气分成两路,一路放空点燃,另一路进入所述泵前洗气塔2;
S2所述泵前洗气塔2将尾气中的粉尘、磷、可溶性气体以及其他有害杂质除去后,处理后的尾气在所述水环式真空泵3作用下依次进入一级洗气塔4、二级级洗气塔5和三级洗气塔6;
S3一级洗气塔4、二级级洗气塔5和三级洗气塔6分别用于将处理后的尾气中的单质磷、磷氧化物、粉尘、可溶性气体除净,除净后的尾气进入所述洗碱塔7中;
S4所述洗碱塔7将除净后的尾气中的二氧化碳、硫化氢等不溶水性气体除去,后进入所述高压水洗塔8中;
S5高压水洗塔8将处理后的尾气经过高压水选最终除去尾气中的杂质。
上述洗碱塔7中设有含0.8%~10%的NaOH碱溶液。

1.一种含一氧化碳黄磷尾气净化方法,其特征在于:提供一种净化系统,该净化系统包括通过管道依次连接的尾气总水封(1)、泵前洗气塔(2)、水环式真空泵(3)、一级洗气塔(4)、二级级洗气塔(5)、三级洗气塔(6)、洗碱塔(7)和高压水洗塔(8);所述方法包括以下步骤:
S1 尾气首先进入所述尾气总水封(1),通过所述尾气总水封(1)后尾气分成两路,一路放空点燃,另一路进入所述泵前洗气塔(2);
S2所述泵前洗气塔(2)将尾气中的粉尘、磷、可溶性气体以及其他有害杂质除去后,处理后的尾气在所述水环式真空泵(3)作用下依次进入一级洗气塔(4)、二级级洗气塔(5)和三级洗气塔(6);
S3一级洗气塔(4)、二级级洗气塔(5)和三级洗气塔(6)分别用于将处理后的尾气中的单质磷、磷氧化物、粉尘、可溶性气体除净,除净后的尾气进入所述洗碱塔(7)中;
S4所述洗碱塔(7)将除净后的尾气中的二氧化碳、硫化氢等不溶水性气体除去,后进入所述高压水洗塔(8)中;
S5高压水洗塔(8)将处理后的尾气经过高压水选最终除去尾气中的杂质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一氧化碳黄磷尾气净化方法,其特征在于:所述洗碱塔(7)中设有含0.8%~10%的NaOH碱溶液。
