随着社会的进步和人们生活水平的提高,高血脂的发病率呈增高趋势。曾经以为高血脂是发生在中老年人群中的一种常见病,但统计发现高脂血症有一种年轻化的趋势。高脂血症对人体的危害是巨大的,它会导致肝部功能损伤,长期高血脂会导致脂肪肝,而肝动脉粥样硬化后受到损害,最终导致肝硬化的发生;高血脂还会导致高血压的发生,会导致出血性脑中风、导致脑血栓的发生。目前治疗高血脂的药物有许多,贝特类、他汀类药物是近几年新上市的药物。这些药物在治疗高脂血症的同时,总有这样或那样的副作用的发生。不经常体检的人员并不知悉高脂血症已经发生,该病症的发生对人体造成的危害有些是不可拟补的。

一种胡蜂酒,由下列重量份的原料制成:40~60°的米酒500~1500份、鲜活胡蜂100~200份、槲寄生15~25份、核桃仁15~25份、人参10~20份、知母10~20份、黑豆5~15份、牡丹皮10~20份、千里光10~20份、苦杏仁5~15份、余甘子10~20份、生姜5~15份。

优选地,所述的胡蜂酒,由下列重量份的原料制成:55°的米酒1000份、鲜活胡蜂150份、槲寄生20份、核桃仁20份、人参15份、知母15份、黑豆10份、牡丹皮15份、千里光15份、苦杏仁10份、余甘子15份、生姜10份。
本发明所述的胡蜂酒的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)按原料重量份分别称取米酒、鲜活胡蜂;将鲜活胡蜂用网状透气塑料瓶装好并置入米酒中浸泡,备用;
(2)按原料重量份分别称取原料:槲寄生,核桃仁,人参,知母,黑豆,牡丹皮,千里光,苦杏仁,余甘子,生姜;机械粉碎备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得的产物,一同放置于一个瓷缸中浸泡3-6个月即得成品。
进一步地,步骤(3)中,所述浸泡是在25~30℃的温度下进行。

知母,为百合科植物知母Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.的干燥根茎。清热泻火,滋阴润燥。
黑豆,为豆科植物大豆Glycine max(L.)Merr.的干燥成熟种子。益精明目,养血祛风,利水,解毒。
牡丹皮,为毛茛科植物牡丹Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.的干燥根皮。清热凉血,活血化瘀。

苦杏仁,为蔷薇科植物山杏Prunus armeniaca L.var.ansu Maxim.、西伯利亚杏Prunus sibirica L.、东北杏Prunus mandshurica(Maxim.)Koehne或杏Prunus armeniacaL.的干燥成熟种子。降气止咳平喘,润肠通便。
余甘子,为大戟科植物余甘子Phyllanthus emblica L.的干燥成熟果实。清热凉血,消食健胃,生津止咳。
生姜,为姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的新鲜根茎。解表散寒,温中止呕,化痰止咳,解鱼蟹毒。
现代中医认为,高脂血症多由禀赋不足,过食肥甘,七情所伤、久病体虚等导致脾虚,脾失健运,一则脾不布津,津聚生湿,湿聚为痰,痰浊化脂;二则致水谷精微转输、利用、排泄失常,浊脂滞留、血脂升高,血流不畅,久则化为痰浊,渐成瘀滞,滞久则血瘀。肾脏的气化作用,肝脏的疏泄功能正常则能助脾健运,失常便伤脾助湿,生痰致瘀,证属本虚标实,本虚责之于脾、肾、肝三脏虚。标实责之于痰浊内阻,气血瘀滞。
因此治疗时宜采用补益肝肾、健脾益气、滋阴养血、活血化瘀、清热通便、消食化痰之法。高脂血症之痰浊、血淤是标,肝、脾、肾的功能失调才是其根本。治疗该病,不仅需要化痰,更应该重视活血逐癖,血不行则痰不运,非借血药而不能直达其病所,而单纯活血化淤化痰,不仅疗效不能甚著,而且容易耗伤正气,惟当补肝肾健脾,标本兼治,求因澄源,才能使邪生无望。
本发明中,槲寄生补肝肾;核桃仁补肾润肠;人参大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津养血;知母清热泻火,滋阴润燥;黑豆养血祛风;牡丹皮活血化瘀;千里光清热解毒;苦杏仁润肠通便;余甘子清热凉血,消食健胃;胡蜂理气化痰,调理气血;生姜化痰。
综上所述,本发明配方科学合理,诸药配合,共奏除湿祛痰,活血化瘀,理气补血,健脾消食之功。全方标本同治,恰切病机。经临床试用,治疗高脂血症效果显著。
【具体实施方式】
实施例1
本实施例的胡蜂酒,由下列重量份的原料制成:40°的米酒500份、鲜活胡蜂100份、槲寄生15份、核桃仁15份、人参10份、知母10份、黑豆5份、牡丹皮10份、千里光10份、苦杏仁5份、余甘子10份、生姜5份。
上述胡蜂酒的制备方法为:(1)按原料重量份分别称取米酒、鲜活胡蜂;将鲜活胡蜂用网状透气塑料瓶装好并置入米酒中浸泡,备用;
(2)按原料重量份分别称取原料:槲寄生,核桃仁,人参,知母,黑豆,牡丹皮,千里光,苦杏仁,余甘子,生姜;机械粉碎备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得的产物,一同放置于一个瓷缸中在25~30℃温度下浸泡3-6个月即得成品。
上述胡蜂酒效果测试:
临床资料本组病例100例,均符合高脂血症诊断标准(《中华心血管杂志》编委会血脂异常防治对策专题组制定的血脂异常诊断标准)【中华心血管病杂志编委会。血脂异常防治对策专题组。血脂异常防治建议[J]。中华心血管病杂志,1997,25(3):169.】,其中男50例,女50例;年龄36~70岁,平均52岁。
使用本实施例中制得的胡蜂酒来进行治疗,其中一天2次,每次50ml,治疗3个月为一个疗程。
参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》(郑筱萸.中药新药临床研究指导原则(试行)[S].北京.中国医药科技出版社,2002:85~89.)制订疗效标准。分别在治疗前后均空腹12h后于清晨抽取静脉血,测定TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、心肝、肾功能及血、尿、粪常规等各项指标。
显效:血脂检测达到以下任一项者:TC下降≥20%,TG下降≥40%。HDL-C上升≥0.26mmol/L,TC-LDL-C/HDL-C≥20%。
有效:血脂检测达到以下任一项者:TC下降≥10%但<20%,TG下降≥20%但<40%。HDL-C上升≥0.104mmol/L但<0.26mmol/L,TC-LDL-C/HDL-C≥10%但<20%。
无效:血脂检测未达到以上标准者。
经过有一个疗程的观察,发现有95位患者治疗效果显效,5位患者治疗效果有效,总有效率率为100%,并且在整个治疗期间未观察到明显的不良反应。
在治疗一个疗程后每周均对患者进行随访,持续半年,并未发现复发的迹象。
实施例2
本实施例的胡蜂酒,由下列重量份的原料制成:60°的米酒1500份、鲜活胡蜂200份、槲寄生25份、核桃仁25份、人参20份、知母20份、黑豆15份、牡丹皮20份、千里光20份、苦杏仁15份、余甘子20份、生姜15份。
上述胡蜂酒的制备方法同实施例1。
上述降胡蜂酒效果测试:

上述胡蜂酒的制备方法同实施例1。

Claims (6)
1.一种胡蜂酒,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:40~60°的米酒500~1500份、鲜活胡蜂100~200份、槲寄生15~25份、核桃仁15~25份、人参10~20份、知母10~20份、黑豆5~15份、牡丹皮10~20份、千里光10~20份、苦杏仁5~15份、余甘子10~20份、生姜5~15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的胡蜂酒,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:40°的米酒500份、鲜活胡蜂100份、槲寄生15份、核桃仁15份、人参10份、知母10份、黑豆5份、牡丹皮10份、千里光10份、苦杏仁5份、余甘子10份、生姜5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的胡蜂酒,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:60°的米酒1500份、鲜活胡蜂200份、槲寄生25份、核桃仁25份、人参20份、知母20份、黑豆15份、牡丹皮20份、千里光20份、苦杏仁15份、余甘子20份、生姜15份。
4.如权利要求1所述的胡蜂酒,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
55°的米酒1000份、鲜活胡蜂150份、槲寄生20份、核桃仁20份、人参15份、知母15份、黑豆10份、牡丹皮15份、千里光15份、苦杏仁10份、余甘子15份、生姜10份。
5.一种制备权利要求1-4任一项所述的胡蜂酒的方法,其特征在于包含以下步骤:
(1)按原料重量份分别称取米酒、鲜活胡蜂;将鲜活胡蜂用网状透气塑料瓶装好并置入米酒中浸泡,备用;
(2)按原料重量份分别称取原料:槲寄生,核桃仁,人参,知母,黑豆,牡丹皮,千里光,苦杏仁,余甘子,生姜;机械粉碎备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得的产物,一同放置于一个瓷缸中浸泡3-6个月即得成品。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述浸泡是在25~30℃的温度下进行。
