本发明涉及中医药技术领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗肝肾阴虚型中风的中药组合物，特别是供肝肾阴虚患者使用的中药组合物及制备方法的领域。
背景技术
医者认为：肝肾阴虚的症状：肝阴虚和肾阴虚合并成为肝肾阴虚，肝阴虚主要是由于肾阴虚、肾气不足导致的肝阴虚。肝肾阴虚的症状表现主要为：头晕目眩、目干、容易疲劳、肢体麻木、口燥咽干、失眠多梦、胁隐痛，遗精、腰膝酸痛、耳鸣、不孕、舌红、少苔、女子月经量少等。
中风，中医病名，有外风和内风之分，外风因感受外邪（风邪）所致，在《伤寒论》名曰中风（亦称桂枝汤证）；内风属内伤病证，又称脑卒中，卒中等。现代一般称中风，多指内伤病证的类中风，多因气血逆乱、脑脉痹阻或血溢于脑所致。以突然昏仆、半身不遂、肢体麻木、舌蹇不语，口舌歪斜，偏身麻木等为主要表现的脑神疾病。并具有起病急、变化快，如风邪善行数变之特点的疾病。这里介绍的为类中风（脑卒中）。
那么，就如何找到一种可有效治疗肝肾阴虚型中风的中药组合物，是我们目前急需要解决的问题。
发明内容
随着我国中医中药学的不断发展，在治疗肝肾阴虚型中风上，人们逐渐意识到了中医治疗上述肝肾阴虚型中风的优点，且在治疗过程中毒副作用小、费用低等优势，针对现有西医治疗上述肝肾阴虚型中风的现状，本发明的目的是在于提供一种用于治疗肝肾阴虚型中风的中药组合物，以解决肝肾阴虚型中风患者早日恢复健康的问题。该药物是以常见的中药为原料，具有见效快、疗效显著等特点，并可有效治疗上述肝肾阴虚型中风一证。
为达到上述发明的目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：提供一种用于治疗肝肾阴虚型中风的中药组合物及制备方法，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
熟地黄20～50g、菊花8～16g、西洋参4～10g、枸杞子10～20g、核桃肉9～18g、巴戟天8～16g、荔枝8～16g、锁阳5～16g、鲜桑椹15～26g、鲜龙眼肉10～16g、鲜葡萄20～36g、乌豆衣10～20g、胡麻仁15～50g、天门冬10～20g、旱莲草9～30g、蕤仁8～16g、三七5～16g、血竭1～1.5g、花蕊石5～16g、檵木15～40g、黑老虎9～15g、蒲黄8～40g、川牛膝6～12g、泽兰8～16g、藁本5～15g、白茅根15～25g、生山楂3～12g、炒麦芽15～25g、炒莱菔子8～15g、佛手3～10g、飞来参30～58g、生甘草3～12g、麝香0.03～0.12g。

一种用于治疗肝肾阴虚型中风的中药组合物及制备方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤制备而成：
A、除三七、血竭、花蕊石和麝香（研末冲服）外，将其它原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比分别粉碎成粗粒状包煎；
B、将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡半小时，然后再将浸泡好的药物和浸泡药物的澄清液一并放入煎药机内，注入过药38mm的冷开水进行第一次煎煮45分钟，滤取药液后，再次注入过药35mm的微温开水进行第二次煎煮35分钟，二次混合浓缩成50%的中药液1800毫升，袋装密封后，入冰箱保鲜备用。
一种用于治疗肝肾阴虚型中风的中药组合物及制备方法，其特征在于，所述服用方法为：将制备好的中药液分四天服用，早中晚各服一次，给药量150毫升/次，饭前服，服药15～40天，症状逐渐减轻或痊愈。
本发明组方中的各原料中药在中国药典、中国辞典以及中华本草中均有详细的记载。本发明选用其中最常见的中药为原料，充分发挥各组分的药理功效：
熟地黄，性味：甘、微温，具有滋阴、补血之功效，用于治疗阴虚血少、腰膝痿弱、劳嗽骨蒸、遗精、崩漏、月经不调、消渴、溲数、耳聋、目昏等症；
菊花，性味：甘、苦、微寒，具有散风清热、平肝明目之功效，用于治疗风热感冒、头痛眩晕、目赤肿痛、眼目昏花等症；
西洋参，性味：甘微苦、凉，具有益肺阴、清虚火、生津止渴之功效，用于治疗肺虚久嗽、失血、咽干口渴、虚热烦倦等症；
枸杞子，性味：甘、平，具有滋肾、润肺、补肝、明目之功效，用于治疗肝肾阴亏，腰膝酸软、头晕、目眩、目昏多泪、虚劳咳嗽、消渴、遗精等症；
核桃肉，性味：温、苦、归肾、肺，具有补肾、温肺、润畅之功效，用于治疗腰膝酸软、阳痿遗精、虚寒喘嗽、大便秘结等症；
巴戟天，性味：辛甘、温，具有补肾阳、壮筋骨、祛风湿之功效，用于治疗阳痿、少腹冷痛、小便不禁、子宫虚冷、风寒湿痹、腰膝酸痛等症；
荔枝，性味：甘、微苦、性温，具有理气止痛、祛寒散滞之功效，用于治疗疝气痛、睾丸肿痛、胃脘痛、痛经及产后腹痛；
锁阳，性味：甘、温，具有补肾阳、益精血、润肠通便之功效，用于治疗腰膝痿软、阳痿滑精、肠燥便秘等症；
鲜桑椹，性味：甘、寒，具有补肝、益肾、熄风、滋液之功效，用于治疗肝肾阴亏、消渴、便秘、目暗、耳鸣、瘰疬、关节不利等症；
鲜龙眼肉，性味：甘、平温、无毒，具有补心脾、益气血、安心神之功效，用于治疗心脾两虚、气血不足所致的惊悸、怔忡、失眠、健忘、血虚萎黄、有经不调、崩漏等症；
鲜葡萄，性味：酸、甘、平，具有补气血，强筋骨，利小便之功效，用于治疗气血虚弱、肺虚咳嗽、心悸盗汗、风湿痹病、淋病、浮肿；
乌豆衣，性味：甘、平，具有养血祛风之功效，用于治疗阴虚盗汗、虚热、烦躁、头晕目昏、血寒、风痹；
胡麻仁，性味：甘、平，具有润燥滑肠、滋养肝肾之功效，用于治疗津枯血燥、大便秘结病后体虚、眩晕乏力等症；
天门冬，性味：味甘、苦、性寒，具有滋阴润燥、清肺降火之功效，用于治疗热咳嗽、阴虚劳嗽、热病伤阴、内热消渴、肠燥便秘、咽喉肿痛等症；
旱莲草，性味：味甘、酸、性凉，具有补益肝肾、凉血止血之功效，用于治疗肝肾不足、头晕目眩、须发早白、吐血、咯血、衄血、便血、血痢、崩、漏、外伤出血；
蕤仁，性味：甘、寒，具有祛风、散热、养肝、明目之功效，用于治疗目赤肿痛、昏暗羞明、眦烂多泪、鼻衄等症；
三七，性味：甘、苦、微温，具有止血、散瘀、消肿、定痛之功效，用于治疗吐血、咳血、衄血、便血、血痢、崩漏、百瘕、产后血晕、恶露不下、跌扑瘀血，外伤出血、痈肿疼痛；
血竭，性味：味甘、咸、性平，小毒，具有散瘀定、止血、生肌敛疮之功效，用于治疗跌打损伤、内伤瘀痛、痛经、产后瘀阻腹痛、外伤出血不止、瘰疬、臁疮溃久不合及痔疮；
花蕊石，性味：酸、涩、平，无毒，具有化瘀、止血之功效，用于治疗吐血、衄血、便血、崩漏、产妇血晕、死胎、胞衣不下、金疮出血；
檵木，性味：叶、苦、涩、平，具有叶、止血、止泻、止痛、生肌之功效，用于治疗子宫出血、腹泻、外用治烧伤、外伤出血等症，花：清热、止血，用于鼻出血、外伤出血，根：行血祛瘀，用于血瘀经闭、跌打损伤、慢性关节炎、外伤出血；
黑老虎，性味：辛、微苦、性温，具有行气止痛、散瘀通络之功效，用于治疗主胃及十二指肠溃疡、慢性胃炎、急性胃肠炎、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤、骨折；痛经、产后瘀血腹痛、疝气痛；
蒲黄，性味：甘辛、凉，具有凉血止血、活血消瘀之功效，用于治疗经闭腹痛，产后瘀阻作痛、跌扑血闷、疮疖肿毒，炒黑止吐血、衄血、崩漏、泻血、尿血、血痢，带下；外治重舌，口疮，聤耳流脓，耳中出血，阴下湿痒。止血，化瘀，通淋；
川牛膝，性味：甘、微苦、性平，具有活血祛瘀、祛风利湿之功效，用于治疗主血瘀经闭、难产、胞衣不下、产后瘀血腹痛、热淋、石淋、痛经、风湿腰膝疼痛等症；
泽兰，性味：苦辛、微温，具有活血、行水之功效，用于治疗经闭、症瘕、产后瘀滞腹痛、身面浮肿、跌扑损伤、金疮、痈肿等症；
藁本，性味：辛、温，具有散风寒湿邪之功效，用于治疗风寒头痛、巅顶痛、寒湿腹痛、泄泻、疝瘕、疥癣；
白茅根，性味：甘、寒，具有凉血、止血、清热、利尿之功效，用于治疗热病烦渴、吐血、衄血、肺热喘急、胃热哕逆、淋病、小便不利、水肿、黄疸等症；
生山楂，性味：酸甘、微温，具有消食积、化滞瘀之功效，用于治疗饮食积滞、脘腹胀痛、泄泻痢疾、血瘀痛经、闭经、产后腹痛、恶露不尽等症；
炒麦芽，性味：甘、微温，具有消食、和中、下气之功效，用于治疗食积不消、脘腹胀满、食欲不振、呕吐泄泻、乳胀不消等症；
炒莱菔子，性味：辛甘、平，具有下气定喘、消食化痰之功效，用于治疗咳嗽痰喘、食积气滞、胸闷腹胀、下痢后重等症；
佛手，性味：辛、苦、酸、温，具有舒肝理气、和胃止痛之功效，用于治疗肝胃气滞、胸胁胀痛、胃脘痞满、食少呕吐等症；
飞来参，性味：甘、淡、性平，具有补气润肺、止咳、调经气虚芝倦、食少、泄泻、肺痨咳血、眩晕、潮热、盗汗、自汗、月经不调、带下、产妇乳汁不足等症；
生甘草，性味；甘、平，具有清热解毒、润肺止咳、调和诸药、炙甘草能补脾益气之功效，用于治疗咽喉肿痛、咳嗽、脾胃虚弱、胃、十二指肠溃疡、肝炎、癔病、痈疖肿毒、药物及食物中毒等症；
麝香，性味：味辛；性温，具有开窍醒神、活血散结、止痛消肿之功效，用于治疗热病宰昏、中风痰厥、气郁暴厥、中恶昏迷、血瘀经闭、癥瘕积聚、心腹急痛、跌打损伤、痹痛麻木、痈疽恶疮、喉痹、口疮、牙疳、脓耳等症。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗肝肾阴虚型中风的辨病与辨证相结合的原则，从药理作用及作用机制认为：就肝肾阴虚型中风一证，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
本发明就是针对上述肝肾阴虚型中风的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个标本兼治的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述：

熟地黄36g、菊花13g、西洋参8g、枸杞子15g、核桃肉14g、巴戟天13g、荔枝13g、锁阳13g、鲜桑椹20g、鲜龙眼肉13g、鲜葡萄28g、乌豆衣15g、胡麻仁38g、天门冬15g、旱莲草23g、蕤仁13g、三七13g、血竭1.3g、花蕊石13g、檵木30g、黑老虎12g、蒲黄30g、川牛膝10g、泽兰13g、藁本12g、白茅根20g、生山楂10g、炒麦芽20g、炒莱菔子12g、佛手8g、飞来参42g、生甘草10g、麝香0.10g。
实施例2：
一种用于治疗肝肾阴虚型中风的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：

实施例3：
一种用于治疗肝肾阴虚型中风的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
熟地黄50g、菊花16g、西洋参10g、枸杞子20g、核桃肉18g、巴戟天16g、荔枝16g、锁阳16g、鲜桑椹26g、鲜龙眼肉16g、鲜葡萄36g、乌豆衣20g、胡麻仁50g、天门冬20g、旱莲草30g、蕤仁16g、三七16g、血竭1.5g、花蕊石16g、檵木40g、黑老虎15g、蒲黄40g、川牛膝12g、泽兰16g、藁本15g、白茅根25g、生山楂12g、炒麦芽25g、炒莱菔子15g、佛手10g、飞来参58g、生甘草12g、麝香0.12g。
典型病例：
经临床诊断治疗肝肾阴虚型中风患者共170例，年龄为59岁以上的90例，只有80例为59岁以下。170例患者中痊愈的157例，显效的13例，总有效率达100%。经治疗后，症状逐渐减轻或痊愈。

熟地黄20～50g、菊花8～16g、西洋参4～10g、枸杞子10～20g、核桃肉9～18g、巴戟天8～16g、荔枝8～16g、锁阳5～16g、鲜桑椹15～26g、鲜龙眼肉10～16g、鲜葡萄20～36g、乌豆衣10～20g、胡麻仁15～50g、天门冬10～20g、旱莲草9～30g、蕤仁8～16g、三七5～16g、血竭1～1.5g、花蕊石5～16g、檵木15～40g、黑老虎9～15g、蒲黄8～40g、川牛膝6～12g、泽兰8～16g、藁本5～15g、白茅根15～25g、生山楂3～12g、炒麦芽15～25g、炒莱菔子8～15g、佛手3～10g、飞来参30～58g、生甘草3～12g、麝香0.03～0.12g。
