本发明属于保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种降血糖口服液及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是一种由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或胰岛素作用障碍所致的以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。持续高血糖与长期代谢紊乱等会导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍,糖尿病可以引起多种并发症,如果糖尿病没有得到足够的控制,可以引起一些急性并发症。目前对糖尿病的治疗主要有化学药物和中药治疗两种,目前降血糖西药有促胰岛素分泌剂、α-糖苷酶抑制剂、胰岛素 增敏剂、胰岛素及其类似药物等,均有副作用,如消化道反应(腹部 不适、厌食、恶心、腹泻、口腔有金属味)、乳酸性酸中毒、四肢水肿等。
“药食同源”是中华原创医学之中对人类最有价值的贡献之一;中医历来强调“药疗不如食疗”,食疗成为现代人追求返璞归真、健康饮食的最佳选择;让人们在享受美食的过程中祛除病痛,避免了打针、吃药,甚至手术之苦。由于糖尿病的终身不可愈性以及耐药性、抗药性及药品的副作用等原因,这类人群对降糖保健食品的需求量非常大。最近国内外研究结果发现,食用菌多糖均有降血糖、降血脂、减肥、抗骨质酥松等保健功效,可用于功能性食品和保健食品。目前市场需求一种能够长期服用的安全降糖的口服液。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,糖尿病的发病率也呈逐年上升的趋势,因此研发一种具有降低血糖功能的口服液,通过日常饮食调节血糖,降低患病风险是现阶段人们日常生活保健的必然趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有降血糖功能的、并能长期服用无副作用的口服液。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种降血糖口服液,包括如下重量份的组分:桦褐孔菌菌丝体1-3份,黄芪5-8份,知母6-11份,桑叶9-11份,枸杞9-13份,三七5-7份。
优选地,包括如下重量份的组分:桦褐孔菌菌丝体2份,黄芪6份,知母8份,桑叶10份,枸杞11份,三七6份。
优选地,所述口服液根据不同品味和种类,还包括药学上或食品上可接受的辅料或载体。辅料、载体和制备方法均为现有技术中的常规辅料、载体和工艺过程。
一种上述降血糖口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(1)将活化后的桦褐孔菌接入液体培养基中,获得桦褐孔菌菌丝体发酵液,过滤分离出菌丝体,收集滤液备用,菌丝体干燥后获得上述重量份数的桦褐孔菌菌丝体,将其进行细胞组织破碎处理后备用;(2)将黄芪、知母、桑叶、枸杞、三七粉碎后混匀,加入混合物总质量8-10倍的水,煮沸提取30-60min;(3)过滤提取液,滤渣再加入混合物总质量3-5倍的水,煮沸提取30-60min;(4)合并两次滤液,浓缩至滤液总体积的1/3-1/2后,晾凉后加入步骤(1)中的经细胞组织破碎处理后的桦褐孔菌菌丝体和滤液,然后经过均质机均质混匀即可。
优选地,所述均质机可以为超声波均质机,均质速率为:10000转/分~30000转/分,超声波功率为:15kHz~25kHz。
本发明技术方案中,各菌种活化、发酵过程均为常规技术,所用培养基没有特殊要求,培养基的组成对产品的降血糖功效基本没有影响,也可用等重量份的纯净水代替菌丝体发酵液,实验证明二者降血糖功效相差不大,细胞组织破碎处理优选采用冻融法,以上均是本领域内技术人员不需要通过创造性劳动即可实施的。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
(1)本发明以传统中医药学理论为指导,结合现代医学研究常规,从养生学角度精心选择原料,科学组方,达到降低血糖及预防糖尿病、提高人体免疫力的保健作用;本发明中所用中药组分都是食品药品两性物质,无毒无副作用, 是人们的日常食物;

其制备方法为:(1)将活化后的桦褐孔菌接入液体培养基中,获得桦褐孔菌菌丝体发酵液,过滤分离出菌丝体,收集滤液备用,菌丝体干燥后获得1份桦褐孔菌菌丝体,将其进行细胞组织破碎处理后备用;(2)将黄芪、知母、桑叶、枸杞、三七粉碎后混匀,加入混合物总质量8倍的水,煮沸提取60min;(3)过滤提取液,滤渣再加入混合物总质量3倍的水,煮沸提取60min;(4)合并两次滤液,浓缩至滤液总体积的1/3后,晾凉后加入经细胞组织破碎处理后的桦褐孔菌菌丝体和步骤(1)中的滤液,然后经过均质机均质混匀即可。
实施例2
一种降血糖口服液,包括如下重量份的组分:桦褐孔菌菌丝体3份,黄芪8份,知母6份,桑叶11份,枸杞9份,三七7份。
其制备方法为:(1)将活化后的桦褐孔菌接入液体培养基中,获得桦褐孔菌菌丝体发酵液,过滤分离出菌丝体,收集滤液备用,菌丝体干燥后获得3份桦褐孔菌菌丝体,将其进行细胞组织破碎处理后备用;(2)将黄芪、知母、桑叶、枸杞、三七粉碎后混匀,加入混合物总质量10倍的水,煮沸提取30min;(3)过滤提取液,滤渣再加入混合物总质量5倍的水,煮沸提取30min;(4)合并两次滤液,浓缩至滤液总体积的1/2后,晾凉后加入经细胞组织破碎处理后的桦褐孔菌菌丝体和步骤(1)中的滤液,然后经过均质机均质混匀即可。

本发明所述的降血糖口服液的服用方法为:成人每次服30-50ml,每日服用1次;服用量可根据体重适当调整。
本发明食品的临床糖尿病治疗效果观察:
诊断标准:1999年世界卫生组织诊断标准,具体如下表1:

观察方法:
根据以上诊断标准确诊100例糖尿病患者,其中轻度65例,中度19例,重度6 例。根据血糖水平的不同,让患者按照上述服用方法服用本发明实施例3制备的食品2个月。
疗效判定标准:
有效:①空腹血糖水平明显下降;②OGTT试验2小时PG水平明显下降;③糖尿病症状或并发症减轻;
治愈:①空腹血糖水平降至小于6.1mmol/l;②OGTT试验2小时PG水平小于 11.1mmol/l;③任意时间血糖水平正常,且糖尿病症状和并发症消失;④以上表现稳定3 天以上;
无效:未达到以上标准。
治疗效果统计:
有效率100%;
治愈率98%。
根据以上诊断标准确诊100例糖尿病患者,其中轻度80例,中度16例,重度4 例。根据血糖水平的不同,让患者按照上述服用方法服用本发明对比例1制备的食品2个月。
治疗效果统计:
有效率97%;
治愈率85%;
无效率3%。
根据以上诊断标准确诊100例糖尿病患者,其中轻度82例,中度15例,重度3例。根据血糖水平的不同,让患者按照上述服用方法服用本发明对比例2制备的食品2个月。
治疗效果统计:
有效率98%;
治愈率87%;
无效率2%。
从上述临床应用数据可知,桦褐孔菌菌丝体与黄芪、知母三者的合理的复配,能够大大提高糖尿病的治愈率,高达98%以上,三者缺一不可。
Claims (3)
1.一种降血糖口服液,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:桦褐孔菌菌丝体1-3份,黄芪5-8份,知母6-11份,桑叶9-11份,枸杞9-13份,三七5-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降血糖口服液,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:桦褐孔菌菌丝体2份,黄芪6份,知母8份,桑叶10份,枸杞11份,三七6份。
3.一种权利要求1或权利要求2所述的降血糖口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(1)将活化后的桦褐孔菌接入液体培养基中,获得桦褐孔菌菌丝体发酵液,过滤分离出菌丝体,收集滤液备用,菌丝体干燥后获得上述重量份数的桦褐孔菌菌丝体,将其进行细胞组织破碎处理后备用;(2)将黄芪、知母、桑叶、枸杞、三七粉碎后混匀,加入混合物总质量8-10倍的水,煮沸提取30-60min;(3)过滤提取液,滤渣再加入混合物总质量3-5倍的水,煮沸提取30-60min;(4)合并两次滤液,浓缩至5-8倍水的重量,晾凉后加入步骤(1)中的经细胞组织破碎处理后的桦褐孔菌菌丝体和滤液,然后经过均质机均质混匀即可。
