本发明涉及饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种不含抗生素的家禽饲料。
背景技术
在世界范围内,由于谷物和饲料不可避免地都存在霉菌毒素等各种污染,其中饲料被霉菌污染的比例比较大,约有20%的饲料因此而被浪费。上述被污染后的饲料被家畜摄入后,通常会造成家畜的免疫能力下降、采食量降低及疾病发生率上升,并且还会通过食物链从动物转移到人体中,甚至导致死亡。目前,为了提高家禽的免疫力,通常是在家禽饲料或预混料中都添加一些促生长剂,主要有抗生素类,合成抗菌药物类等,但是抗生素的大量使用会导致的细菌耐药性及药物残留等问题。越来越多的耐药菌株的产生使抗生素治疗疾病的疗效越来越小,并且变异后的病原菌往往会引起更为严重的疾病,同时抗生素在水产品中的残留也直接威胁着人类的健康与安全。因此亟需提供一种不含抗生素的家禽饲料。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种不含抗生素的家禽饲料,通过防止饲料在生产和存储过程中发生霉变,增强机体免疫能力的同时,还改善了家禽的胃肠功能,无任何药物残留。
本发明提出的一种不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其原料按重量份包括:玉米100-150份、小麦50-80份、次粉20-40份、豆粕10-20份、花生粕10-20份、棉粕5-15份、玉米酒精糟1-5份、血浆蛋白粉5-10份、蚕蛹粉1-5份、豆油1-3份、食盐0.2-0.5份、蔗糖0.2-0.5份、低聚木糖0.05-0.2份、磷酸氢钙1-1.5份、天然甜菜碱0.5-1份、山楂粉3-8份、松针粉2-6份、党参粉0.5-1份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.01-0.03份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.01-0.03份、蛋氨酸0.03-0.05份、苏氨酸0.1-0.5份、赖氨酸0.1-0.3份、纤维素酶0.05-0.1份、木聚糖酶0.03-0.07份、复合微量元素0.1-0.3份、复合维生素0.1-0.3份、改性凹凸棒土粉2-6份;

本发明所述不含抗生素的家禽饲料中选用玉米和小麦为基础配置饲料满足家禽对于基础营养的需要;次粉、豆粕、花生粕以及棉粕的加入为饲料提供丰富的植物蛋白,其与血浆蛋白粉、蚕蛹粉中提供的动物蛋白一起为家禽提供丰富、均衡的蛋白质营养,同时能补充微量元素、钙磷、维生素等,提高了饲料的适口性;玉米酒精糟中含有蛋白质、脂肪和纤维以及发酵过程中产生的未知促进因子、糖化物和酵母,当加入到饲料中时,可以提高饲料的消化吸收利用率,增强家禽肠道有益菌繁殖,有助于家禽充分利用饲料中的养分;糖和低聚木糖则能促进有益菌的生长和繁殖、抑制有害菌对肠壁的粘附和定植,维持正常的消化道环境,提高脂肪酸的含量、促进微量元素的吸收利用;山楂粉中含有矿物质和维生素以及粗蛋白、粗纤维,一方面提高了饲料的适口性,另一方面补充了家禽胃酸和消化酶分泌的不足,提高了对饲料的消化利用率,促进家禽生长;党参粉和松针粉中富含丰富的氨基酸、蔗糖、葡萄糖醛酸、微量叶酸、丰富的钙、磷及多种必须微量元素,改善了饲料营养结构的同时,具有理气补血、活血化瘀、增强机体抗病能力等作用;枯草芽孢杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌不仅对多种致病菌、有害细菌有强烈的抑制作用,对肠道感染、胃肠失调的疗效明显,而且能使家禽肠道蛋白酶和淀粉酶活力升高、提高家禽血清蛋白浓度、总抗氧化力,对生长和免疫力具有很好的促进作用;以家禽可消化的氨基酸为基础,根据理想的蛋白质模型配置饲料,在家禽饲料中添加蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸的一系列氨基酸可以降低豆粕等植物性蛋白原料的用量,减少饲料中粗蛋白的含量,提高消化率;此外,本发明中还有关于复合维生素和复合微量元素的加入进一步为家禽生长提供生理必需的营养素,具有促进饲料消化,调节动物微生态平衡,保健肠道;提高动物非特异免疫,减少抗菌药物使用,减轻细菌耐药程度;改善体内、体外养殖环境和减少疾病诱发等功能。
更重要的是,本发明在所述饲料配方中还加入改性凹凸棒土粉,一方面由于凹凸棒土粉本身具有的离子交换、物理吸附、承载微量元素以及黏膜保护等特性,能迅速分散并覆盖于消化道黏膜表面,吸附各种致病因子、水分和气体等,有助于肠黏膜的修复和保护,同时可与肠道内的有害菌及其毒素结合并随粪便排出体外,发挥均衡肠道内菌群、调节肠功能的作用,进而提高消化道免疫球蛋白和局部免疫作用;另一方面,本发明通过将凹凸棒土先通过有机酸进行吸附改性,不仅可以提高凹凸棒土的吸附能力,继而对饲料中的霉菌毒素形成一定的吸附,而且形成一种新型的酸化剂,相对于传统的游离型酸化剂容易在消化道前端被吸收,通过凹凸棒土吸附改性后的有机酸除了能够通过胃,增加胃的消化作用以外,还可以继续在肠道中发挥作用,有效改善了家禽肠道的益生菌生存环境,提高了家禽的消化能力;此后再通过将凹凸棒土与大蒜精油、生姜醇、甘露寡糖、黄连素进行吸附改性,提高上述各添加剂利用率的同时,大蒜精油、生姜醇还具有很好的抑菌效果,甘露寡糖作为优良的免疫激活剂、自由基清除剂,具有保护肠道、提高免疫力的作用,黄连素通过调节家禽体内的各种物质和机体代谢,从本质上增强基体的体抗力并促进其健康生长,避免了抗生素产生的细菌耐药性问题和抗生素残留问题;由上所得到的改性凹凸棒土粉,发挥共同协调的作用,无需外加抗生素即可以增强家禽机体的免疫力,并能改善饲料的饲口性。
综合上述,本发明提供的一种不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其配方中各组分相互配合,使得本发明营养丰富、能量充足、能大大增加家畜的抵抗力、促进家畜的健康生长、无药物残留、保护环境。

实施例1
一种不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其原料按重量份包括:玉米100份、小麦80份、次粉20份、豆粕20份、花生粕10份、棉粕15份、玉米酒精糟1份、血浆蛋白粉10份、蚕蛹粉1份、豆油3份、食盐0.2份、蔗糖0.5份、低聚木糖0.05份、磷酸氢钙1.5份、天然甜菜碱0.5份、山楂粉8份、松针粉2份、党参粉1份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.01份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.03份、蛋氨酸0.03份、苏氨酸0.5份、赖氨酸0.1份、纤维素酶0.1份、木聚糖酶0.03份、复合微量元素0.3份、复合维生素0.1份、改性凹凸棒土粉6份;所述复合微量元素为甘氨酸铁、甘氨酸铜和甘氨酸锌,所述复合维生素为维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素B1和维生素B2;
其中,制备所述改性凹凸棒土粉的方法包括:按重量份将80份凹凸棒土加入含有3wt%食用磷酸的溶液中,在60℃下反应12h,自然降至室温后,压滤,在350℃下煅烧5h,粉碎过200目筛,再加入10份大蒜精油、5份生姜醇、5份甘露寡糖和1份黄连素混匀,通入蒸汽,调整温度为75℃,冷却至常温得到所述改性凹凸棒土粉;
制备所述不含抗生素的家禽饲料的方法包括:按配比将玉米、小麦混合后进行粉碎处理,粉碎至细度为0.8-1.2mm,再分别加入次粉、豆粕、花生粕、棉粕混匀,接着加入玉米酒精糟、血浆蛋白粉、蚕蛹粉、豆油、食盐、蔗糖、低聚木糖、磷酸氢钙、天然甜菜碱、山楂粉、松针粉、党参粉、枯草芽孢杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、复合微量元素、复合维生素和改性凹凸棒土粉混匀后,放入调质器内调质,调质温度为50℃,调质时间为30s,蒸汽压力为0.2MPa,调质完成后制成颗粒,冷却得到颗粒状成品,即为所述不含抗生素的家禽饲料。

其中,制备所述改性凹凸棒土粉的方法包括:按重量份将100份凹凸棒土加入含有2wt%有机酸的溶液中,在100℃下反应4h,自然降至室温后,压滤,在450℃下煅烧2h,粉碎过300目筛,再加入5份大蒜精油、10份生姜醇、1份甘露寡糖和5份黄连素混匀,通入蒸汽,调整温度为55℃,冷却至常温得到所述改性凹凸棒土粉,所述有机酸为乳酸和柠檬酸;
制备所述不含抗生素的家禽饲料的方法包括:按配比将玉米、小麦混合后进行粉碎处理,粉碎至细度为0.8-1.2mm,再分别加入次粉、豆粕、花生粕、棉粕混匀,接着加入玉米酒精糟、血浆蛋白粉、蚕蛹粉、豆油、食盐、蔗糖、低聚木糖、磷酸氢钙、天然甜菜碱、山楂粉、松针粉、党参粉、枯草芽孢杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、复合微量元素、复合维生素和改性凹凸棒土粉混匀后,放入调质器内调质,调质温度为60℃,调质时间为15s,蒸汽压力为0.3MPa,调质完成后制成颗粒,冷却得到颗粒状成品,即为所述不含抗生素的家禽饲料。
实施例3
一种不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其原料按重量份包括:玉米120份、小麦70份、次粉25份、豆粕18份、花生粕12份、棉粕12份、玉米酒精糟2份、血浆蛋白粉8份、蚕蛹粉2份、豆油2份、食盐0.3份、蔗糖0.4份、低聚木糖0.08份、磷酸氢钙1.4份、天然甜菜碱0.6份、山楂粉7份、松针粉3份、党参粉0.9份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.02份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.02份、蛋氨酸0.04份、苏氨酸0.4份、赖氨酸0.2份、纤维素酶0.08份、木聚糖酶0.04份、复合微量元素0.3份、复合维生素0.1份、改性凹凸棒土粉5份;所述复合微量元素为酵母锰、碘酸钾、酵母硒、氯化钴和吡啶羧酸铬,所述复合维生素为维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12和维生素K;
其中,制备所述改性凹凸棒土粉的方法包括:按重量份将90份凹凸棒土加入含有2.5wt%有机酸的溶液中,在80℃下反应8h,自然降至室温后,压滤,在400℃下煅烧3h,粉碎过250目筛,再加入7份大蒜精油、8份生姜醇、3份甘露寡糖和3份黄连素混匀,通入蒸汽,调整温度为65℃,冷却至常温得到所述改性凹凸棒土粉,所述有机酸为草酸和山梨酸。
制备所述不含抗生素的家禽饲料的方法包括:按配比将玉米、小麦混合后进行粉碎处理,粉碎至细度为0.8-1.2mm,再分别加入次粉、豆粕、花生粕、棉粕混匀,接着加入玉米酒精糟、血浆蛋白粉、蚕蛹粉、豆油、食盐、蔗糖、低聚木糖、磷酸氢钙、天然甜菜碱、山楂粉、松针粉、党参粉、枯草芽孢杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、复合微量元素、复合维生素和改性凹凸棒土粉混匀后,放入调质器内调质,调质温度为55℃,调质时间为20s,蒸汽压力为0.25MPa,调质完成后制成颗粒,冷却得到颗粒状成品,即为所述不含抗生素的家禽饲料。
实施例4
一种不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其原料按重量份包括:玉米140份、小麦60份、次粉35份、豆粕12份、花生粕18份、棉粕8份、玉米酒精糟4份、血浆蛋白粉6份、蚕蛹粉4份、豆油1份、食盐0.4份、蔗糖0.3份、低聚木糖0.16份、磷酸氢钙1.1份、天然甜菜碱0.8份、山楂粉5份、松针粉5份、党参粉0.7份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.03份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.01份、蛋氨酸0.05份、苏氨酸0.2份、赖氨酸0.3份、纤维素酶0.06份、木聚糖酶0.06份、复合微量元素0.2份、复合维生素0.2份、改性凹凸棒土粉3份;所述复合微量元素为甘氨酸铜、甘氨酸锌、酵母锰、碘酸钾和酵母硒,所述复合维生素选自维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素B12和维生素K;
其中,制备所述改性凹凸棒土粉的方法包括:按重量份将85份凹凸棒土加入含有2.6wt%柠檬酸的溶液中,在90℃下反应6h,自然降至室温后,压滤,在380℃下煅烧4h,粉碎过200目筛,再加入8份大蒜精油、7份生姜醇、2份甘露寡糖和4份黄连素混匀,通入蒸汽,调整温度为60℃,冷却至常温得到所述改性凹凸棒土粉;
制备所述不含抗生素的家禽饲料的方法包括:按配比将玉米、小麦混合后进行粉碎处理,粉碎至细度为1-1.2mm,再分别加入次粉、豆粕、花生粕、棉粕混匀,接着加入玉米酒精糟、血浆蛋白粉、蚕蛹粉、豆油、食盐、蔗糖、低聚木糖、磷酸氢钙、天然甜菜碱、山楂粉、松针粉、党参粉、枯草芽孢杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、复合微量元素、复合维生素和改性凹凸棒土粉混匀后,放入调质器内调质,调质温度为55℃,调质时间为25s,蒸汽压力为0.28MPa,调质完成后制成颗粒,冷却得到颗粒状成品,即为所述不含抗生素的家禽饲料。
实施例5
一种不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其原料按重量份包括:玉米130份、小麦65份、次粉30份、豆粕15份、花生粕15份、棉粕10份、玉米酒精糟3份、血浆蛋白粉7份、蚕蛹粉3份、豆油2份、食盐0.4份、蔗糖0.3份、低聚木糖0.1份、磷酸氢钙1.3份、天然甜菜碱0.7份、山楂粉6份、松针粉4份、党参粉0.8份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.02份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.02份、蛋氨酸0.04份、苏氨酸0.3份、赖氨酸0.2份、纤维素酶0.07份、木聚糖酶0.05份、复合微量元素0.2份、复合维生素0.2份、改性凹凸棒土粉4份;
其中,制备所述改性凹凸棒土粉的方法包括:按重量份将90份凹凸棒土加入含有2.8wt%有机酸的溶液中,在90℃下反应10h,自然降至室温后,压滤,在420℃下煅烧3h,粉碎过300目筛,再加入9份大蒜精油、6份生姜醇、3份甘露寡糖和3份黄连素混匀,通入蒸汽,调整温度为60℃,冷却至常温得到所述改性凹凸棒土粉,所述有机酸为食用磷酸、草酸和山梨酸。

1.一种不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:玉米100-150份、小麦50-80份、次粉20-40份、豆粕10-20份、花生粕10-20份、棉粕5-15份、玉米酒精糟1-5份、血浆蛋白粉5-10份、蚕蛹粉1-5份、豆油1-3份、食盐0.2-0.5份、蔗糖0.2-0.5份、低聚木糖0.05-0.2份、磷酸氢钙1-1.5份、天然甜菜碱0.5-1份、山楂粉3-8份、松针粉2-6份、党参粉0.5-1份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.01-0.03份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.01-0.03份、蛋氨酸0.03-0.05份、苏氨酸0.1-0.5份、赖氨酸0.1-0.3份、纤维素酶0.05-0.1份、木聚糖酶0.03-0.07份、复合微量元素0.1-0.3份、复合维生素0.1-0.3份、改性凹凸棒土粉2-6份;
其中,制备所述改性凹凸棒土粉的方法包括:按重量份将80-100份凹凸棒土加入含有2-3wt%有机酸的溶液中,在60-100℃下反应4-12h,自然降至室温后,压滤,在350-450℃下煅烧2-5h,粉碎过200-300目筛,再加入5-10份大蒜精油、5-10份生姜醇、1-5份甘露寡糖和1-5份黄连素混匀,通入蒸汽,调整温度为55-75℃,冷却至常温得到所述改性凹凸棒土粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:玉米120-140份、小麦60-70份、次粉25-35份、豆粕12-18份、花生粕12-18份、棉粕8-12份、玉米酒精糟2-4份、血浆蛋白粉6-8份、蚕蛹粉2-4份、豆油1-2份、食盐0.3-0.4份、蔗糖0.3-0.4份、低聚木糖0.08-0.16份、磷酸氢钙1.1-1.4份、天然甜菜碱0.6-0.8份、山楂粉5-7份、松针粉3-5份、党参粉0.7-0.9份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.02-0.03份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.01-0.02份、蛋氨酸0.04-0.05份、苏氨酸0.2-0.4份、赖氨酸0.2-0.3份、纤维素酶0.06-0.08份、木聚糖酶0.04-0.06份、复合微量元素0.2-0.3份、复合维生素0.1-0.2份、改性凹凸棒土粉3-5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:玉米130份、小麦65份、次粉30份、豆粕15份、花生粕15份、棉粕10份、玉米酒精糟3份、血浆蛋白粉7份、蚕蛹粉3份、豆油2份、食盐0.4份、蔗糖0.3份、低聚木糖0.1份、磷酸氢钙1.3份、天然甜菜碱0.7份、山楂粉6份、松针粉4份、党参粉0.8份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.02份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.02份、蛋氨酸0.04份、苏氨酸0.3份、赖氨酸0.2份、纤维素酶0.07份、木聚糖酶0.05份、复合微量元素0.2份、复合维生素0.2份、改性凹凸棒土粉4份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其特征在于,所述有机酸为食用磷酸、乳酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、草酸、山梨酸中的一种或者多种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其特征在于,所述复合微量元素选自甘氨酸铁、甘氨酸铜、甘氨酸锌、酵母锰、碘酸钾、酵母硒、氯化钴、吡啶羧酸铬中的一种或者多几种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其特征在于,所述复合维生素选自维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素K中的一种或者多种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其特征在于,山楂粉、松针粉、党参粉的重量配比为:7-8:5-6:1。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的不含抗生素的家禽饲料,其特征在于,制备所述不含抗生素的家禽饲料的方法包括:按配比将玉米、小麦混合后进行粉碎处理,粉碎至细度为0.8-1.2mm,再分别加入次粉、豆粕、花生粕、棉粕混匀,接着加入玉米酒精糟、血浆蛋白粉、蚕蛹粉、豆油、食盐、蔗糖、低聚木糖、磷酸氢钙、天然甜菜碱、山楂粉、松针粉、党参粉、枯草芽孢杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、复合微量元素、复合维生素和改性凹凸棒土粉混匀后,放入调质器内调质,调质温度为50-60℃,调质时间为15-30s,蒸汽压力为0.2-0.3MPa,调质完成后制成颗粒,冷却得到颗粒状成品,即为所述不含抗生素的家禽饲料。
