一种断奶仔兔中草药饲料的制备方法,将神曲、陈皮、白术、鱼腥草、黄芩、山楂和麦饭石粉进行超微粉碎后加水浸泡4-6小时,煎煮后过滤,所得滤液进行5-6倍浓缩得到浓缩液;将苜蓿草、玉米、豆粕、麸皮和胡萝卜混合均匀后进行超微粉碎,得混合物A;将浓缩液加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀后,在50-60℃下保温40min,再加入明矾粉搅拌均匀,继续在45℃保温1-2h,保温结束后冷却至室温,即得到混合物B;在所混合物B中加入煅牡蛎壳粉,保温后再加入复合维生素和复合矿物质,制成颗粒饲料即为断奶仔兔中草药饲料;本发明所制备饲料可以使仔兔获得足够的营养,可提高仔兔的生长性能和免疫力,改善肠道黏膜吸收功能,缓解断奶应激综合征。

本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种断奶仔兔中草药饲料的制备方法,按重量份数,取神曲10-25份、陈皮7-11份、白术6-10份、鱼腥草8-12份、黄芩9-13份、山楂10-20份、麦饭石粉2-4份、苜蓿草10-20份、玉米12-15份、豆粕20-25份、麸皮18-25份、胡萝卜5-10份、明矾3-5份、牡蛎壳10-15份、复合维生素3-5份和复合矿物质4-6份为原料;其具体制备步骤为:
步骤一、将神曲、陈皮、白术、鱼腥草、黄芩、山楂和麦饭石粉置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过60-80目筛,在所得中药粉末中添加其重量10-20倍的水,浸泡4-6小时,然后置于容器中煎煮,先煮沸腾半小时再文火煎2-3小时;煎煮后进行过滤,除去渣滓,所得滤液进行5-6倍浓缩,得到浓缩液,备用;
步骤二、将苜蓿草、玉米、豆粕、麸皮和胡萝卜混合均匀后置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过100-150目筛,得混合物A,备用;

所述的复合维生素的组成成份,按照重量份数,由45份维生素B2,15份维生素B1,10份维生素B6,121份维生素B,7份维生素C,0.4份维生素D3,0.01份维生素E,6份维生素K3,30份D-泛酸钙,20份烟酸和1份叶酸组成;
所述的复合矿物质中各矿物元素的重量份数比为:铜13份,铁14份,锌9份,锰2.5份,钴0.05份,碘0.05份,硒0.05份和镁35份组成。
所制备的浓缩液为密度为的相对密度为1.15-1.25。
有益效果是:
1、本发明采用超微粉碎及熬制浓缩,混合保温等工艺,将中药神曲、陈皮、白术、鱼腥草、黄芩、山楂和麦饭石粉中的有效成份与营养成份相结合,不但可以使仔兔获得足够的营养,可提高仔兔的生长性能和免疫力,改善肠道黏膜吸收功能,缓解断奶应激综合征,不仅能起到防病治病的作用,中药所含的蛋白质、维生素等对动物机体还具有营养作用,可促进仔兔的生长发育。本发明中的营养成份中采用了苜蓿草、玉米、豆粕、麸皮和胡萝卜,符合兔子的生长生理特征,使兔子更快更好的生长。
2、本发明断奶仔兔中草药饲料,在所制备的饲料中添加了神曲、陈皮、白术、鱼腥草、黄芩、山楂和麦饭石粉;其中白术,利水渗湿、益脾和胃;明矾、鱼腥草与黄芩,清热解毒、消炎、消肿止痛;山楂、麦饭石,健胃消食;神曲,健脾消食,理气化湿。结合饲料中的其他成份,具有清热解毒,益脾健胃,理气消食,促进消化吸收,增强新陈代谢与免疫力等功效,改善肠道黏膜吸收功能,缓解断奶仔兔应激综合征,有效减轻食欲不振、消化不良、饲料利用率低、抗病力下降、生长缓慢、甚至死亡等问题,从而提高仔兔的生长性能。麦饭石为一种天然的药物矿石,含有动物体所必需的钾、钠、钙等常量元素及锌、铁、硒等多种微量元素,对仔兔无损害,且麦饭石能够增强其他重要成份的作用;另外还添加了复合矿物质和复合维生素满足仔兔的特殊生长需求。
3、本发明不含防腐剂,对畜体无损害;在饲料中添加了明矾后在45℃下保温1-2h,可杀死饲料其中的有害菌,明矾可抗菌及抗病毒,对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、变形链球菌等都有明显抑制作用,有效替代抗生素及微量元素铜、锌等,可解决在动物饲料添加剂中药物残留及环境污染严重的难题。并可增加其他中药的药效。最后又加入了煅牡蛎壳,煅牡蛎壳和麦饭石同时使用,营养均衡,然后以淀粉为载体,搭配白术,显著增强仔兔的消化功能。另外,在饲料中添加了复合维生素和复合矿物质等微量元素,饲料中的营养更全面,适合刚断奶的仔兔,可促进其健康快速生长。
具体实施方式
一种断奶仔兔中草药饲料的制备方法,按重量份数,取神曲10-25份、陈皮7-11份、白术6-10份、鱼腥草8-12份、黄芩9-13份、山楂10-20份、麦饭石粉2-4份、苜蓿草10-20份、玉米12-15份、豆粕20-25份、麸皮18-25份、胡萝卜5-10份、明矾3-5份、牡蛎壳10-15份、复合维生素3-5份和复合矿物质4-6份为原料;其具体制备步骤为:
步骤一、将神曲、陈皮、白术、鱼腥草、黄芩、山楂和麦饭石粉置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过60-80目筛,在所得中药粉末中添加其重量10-20倍的水,浸泡4-6小时,然后置于容器中煎煮,先煮沸腾半小时再文火煎2-3小时;煎煮后进行过滤,除去渣滓,所得滤液进行5-6倍浓缩,得到浓缩液,备用;
步骤二、将苜蓿草、玉米、豆粕、麸皮和胡萝卜混合均匀后置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过100-150目筛,得混合物A,备用;
步骤三、将明矾进行超微粉碎后过200目筛,得到明矾粉,干燥保存,备用;
步骤四、将上述步骤一制备的浓缩液加入到上述步骤二所制备的混合物A中搅拌均匀,然后在50-60℃下保温40min,接着再加入上述步骤三所制备的明矾粉搅拌均匀,再继续在45℃下保温1-2h,保温结束后冷却至室温,即得到混合物B,备用;

实施例1

步骤一、将神曲、陈皮、白术、鱼腥草、黄芩、山楂和麦饭石粉置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过80目筛,在所得中药粉末中添加其重量20倍的水,浸泡6小时,然后置于容器中煎煮,先煮沸腾半小时再文火煎3小时;煎煮后进行过滤,除去渣滓,所得滤液进行6倍浓缩,得到浓缩液,备用;
步骤二、将苜蓿草、玉米、豆粕、麸皮和胡萝卜混合均匀后置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过150目筛,得混合物A,备用;
步骤三、将明矾进行超微粉碎后过200目筛,得到明矾粉,干燥保存,备用;
步骤四、将上述步骤一制备的浓缩液加入到上述步骤二所制备的混合物A中搅拌均匀,然后在60℃下保温40min,接着再加入上述步骤三所制备的明矾粉搅拌均匀,再继续在45℃下保温2h,保温结束后冷却至室温,即得到混合物B,备用;
步骤五、取牡蛎壳,砸成小块,并用炭火在600℃条件下煅烧2h至红色,取出、冷却至室温后碾碎,然后进行超微粉碎,得到煅牡蛎壳粉,备用;
步骤六、在所制备的混合物B中加入上述步骤五所制备的煅牡蛎壳粉,搅拌均匀后,在40℃下保温40min;然后再加入复合维生素和复合矿物质,搅拌均匀后,用颗粒机制成颗粒饲料,室温下晾晒至干燥,即为断奶仔兔中草药饲料;
所述的复合维生素的组成成份,按照重量份数,由45份维生素B2,15份维生素B1,10份维生素B6,121份维生素B,7份维生素C,0.4份维生素D3,0.01份维生素E,6份维生素K3,30份D-泛酸钙,20份烟酸和1份叶酸组成;
所述的复合矿物质中各矿物元素的重量份数比为:铜13份,铁14份,锌9份,锰2.5份,钴0.05份,碘0.05份,硒0.05份和镁35份组成。
所制备的浓缩液为密度为的相对密度为1.25。
实施例2
一种断奶仔兔中草药饲料的制备方法,按重量份数,取神曲10份、陈皮7份、白术6份、鱼腥草8份、黄芩9份、山楂10份、麦饭石粉2份、苜蓿草10份、玉米12份、豆粕20份、麸皮18份、胡萝卜5份、明矾3份、牡蛎壳10份、复合维生素3份和复合矿物质4份为原料;其具体制备步骤为:
步骤一、将神曲、陈皮、白术、鱼腥草、黄芩、山楂和麦饭石粉置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过60目筛,在所得中药粉末中添加其重量10倍的水,浸泡4小时,然后置于容器中煎煮,先煮沸腾半小时再文火煎2小时;煎煮后进行过滤,除去渣滓,所得滤液进行5倍浓缩,得到浓缩液,备用;

一种断奶仔兔中草药饲料的制备方法,按重量份数,取神曲12份、陈皮10份、白术8份、鱼腥草10份、黄芩10份、山楂15份、麦饭石粉3份、苜蓿草15份、玉米13份、豆粕22份、麸皮20份、胡萝卜8份、明矾4份、牡蛎壳12份、复合维生素4份和复合矿物质5份为原料;其具体制备步骤为:
步骤一、将神曲、陈皮、白术、鱼腥草、黄芩、山楂和麦饭石粉置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过70目筛,在所得中药粉末中添加其重量15倍的水,浸泡5小时,然后置于容器中煎煮,先煮沸腾半小时再文火煎2.5小时;煎煮后进行过滤,除去渣滓,所得滤液进行5.5倍浓缩,得到浓缩液,备用;
步骤二、将苜蓿草、玉米、豆粕、麸皮和胡萝卜混合均匀后置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过120目筛,得混合物A,备用;
步骤三、将明矾进行超微粉碎后过200目筛,得到明矾粉,干燥保存,备用;
步骤四、将上述步骤一制备的浓缩液加入到上述步骤二所制备的混合物A中搅拌均匀,然后在50-60℃下保温40min,接着再加入上述步骤三所制备的明矾粉搅拌均匀,再继续在45℃下保温1.5h,保温结束后冷却至室温,即得到混合物B,备用;
步骤五、取牡蛎壳,砸成小块,并用炭火在600℃条件下煅烧2h至红色,取出、冷却至室温后碾碎,然后进行超微粉碎,得到煅牡蛎壳粉,备用;
步骤六、在所制备的混合物B中加入上述步骤五所制备的煅牡蛎壳粉,搅拌均匀后,在42℃下保温30min;然后再加入复合维生素和复合矿物质,搅拌均匀后,用颗粒机制成颗粒饲料,室温下晾晒至干燥,即为断奶仔兔中草药饲料;
所述的复合维生素的组成成份,按照重量份数,由45份维生素B2,15份维生素B1,10份维生素B6,121份维生素B,7份维生素C,0.4份维生素D3,0.01份维生素E,6份维生素K3,30份D-泛酸钙,20份烟酸和1份叶酸组成;
所述的复合矿物质中各矿物元素的重量份数比为:铜13份,铁14份,锌9份,锰2.5份,钴0.05份,碘0.05份,硒0.05份和镁35份组成。
所制备的浓缩液为密度为的相对密度为1.20。
相关实验及其数据统计:
采用由实施例1制备的断奶仔兔中草药饲料,对本饲料添加剂的效果进行对比试验:
选120只刚断奶的仔兔,平均分成三组,分别为试验组、对照组和空白组,三组饲喂不同的兔饲料,试验组在断奶后饲喂本发明制备的中草药饲料,对照组饲喂的饲料中添加普通饲料添加剂,空白组饲喂的兔饲料中不添加饲料添加剂。空白组、试验组和对照组饲喂断奶仔兔在其他条件完全相同的环境中让仔兔尽可能高性能生长,统计断奶后6周的生长过程中断奶仔兔的平均日采食量、平均日增重和平均生病率,其中平均生病率为一组仔兔6周所有生病次数与仔兔数量的比值。经统计,结果如表1所示:

由以上数据可知,试验组的仔兔的平均日采食量和平均日增重均较对照组和空白组高,平均生病率明显较低,本发明制备的中草药饲料添加剂具有清热解毒,益脾健胃,理气消食,促进消化吸收,增强新陈代谢与免疫力等功效,改善肠道黏膜吸收功能,缓解断奶仔兔应激综合征,有效减轻食欲不振、消化不良、饲料利用率低、抗病力下降、生长缓慢、甚至死亡等问题,从而提高仔兔的生长性能。

1.一种断奶仔兔中草药饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:按重量份数,取神曲10-25份、陈皮7-11份、白术6-10份、鱼腥草8-12份、黄芩9-13份、山楂10-20份、麦饭石粉2-4份、苜蓿草10-20份、玉米12-15份、豆粕20-25份、麸皮18-25份、胡萝卜5-10份、明矾3-5份、牡蛎壳10-15份、复合维生素3-5份和复合矿物质4-6份为原料;其具体制备步骤为:
步骤一、将神曲、陈皮、白术、鱼腥草、黄芩、山楂和麦饭石粉置于超微粉碎机中进行超微粉碎,过60-80目筛,在所得中药粉末中添加其重量10-20倍的水,浸泡4-6小时,然后置于容器中煎煮,先煮沸腾半小时再文火煎2-3小时;煎煮后进行过滤,除去渣滓,所得滤液进行5-6倍浓缩,得到浓缩液,备用;所述浓缩液的相对密度为1.15-1.25;
