背景技术
在我国肉类消费中,猪肉比重占到45%左右,同时,养猪业在整个国民经济中也占据重要的地位,在农村,养猪业已经成为农民脱贫致富的重要产业之一。仔猪是指从刚出生到长到30公斤的小猪,仔猪的成活率、健康状况直接影响养猪业的经济效益,但是它们耐低温性能差、消化功能不完善、生长迅速、缺乏先天免疫力,因此对于仔猪的喂养要格外注意,尤其是仔猪的消化道发育不成熟、消化酶分泌不足、吸收能力低下、免疫力低下、胃肠道菌系不完善等,因此仔猪对饲料的要求特别高,如果仔猪的喂养跟不上,将会导致其生长停滞,延后出栏日龄,造成较大的经济损失。由于现存的饲料结构不够完善,且成本高,因此,通过改变饲料的结构获得一种仔猪专用饲料是目前的热点问题。

为了解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种仔猪专用饲料,所述的仔猪专用饲料通过改变饲料的结构,增强了仔猪的消化能力,提高了仔猪的食欲以及免疫力。

制备所述仔猪用预混料的方法包括:按重量份向凹凸棒土粉40-60份和累托石粉10-20份中加水60-80份,再加入柠檬酸3-8份、酒石酸0.5-1份、山楂酸0.5-1份、延胡索酸1-5份和食用磷酸2-6份,通过高压均质后在80-100℃下反应4-12h,降温至室温后,压滤,350-450℃下煅烧1-3h,粉碎过筛后,得到所述仔猪用预混料。

本发明所述仔猪专用饲料中,通过采用膨化玉米作为主要原料,满足仔猪对于基础营养的需要;豆粕、发酵豆粕、大豆粉、花生粕、菜籽粕则为仔猪提供丰富的植物蛋白,其与血浆蛋白粉、蚕蛹粉提供的动物蛋白一起为仔猪提供丰富、均衡的蛋白营养;同时添加的氨基酸、复合微量元素、复合维生素以及一系列酶制剂等,原料选择和营养搭配合理,且不含高系酸力的鱼粉,即可为仔猪生长提高丰富营养的同时,降低了仔猪生长停滞、以及消化道疾病等情况的发生,有利于增强仔猪的消化能力;此外玉米酒精糟中含有蛋白质、脂肪和纤维以及发酵过程中产生的未知促进因子、糖化物和酵母,其添加到饲料中,可以提高饲料的消化吸收利用率,增强仔猪肠道有益菌繁殖,有助于充分利用饲料中的养分;蔗糖和寡聚糖能促进有益菌的生长和繁殖、抑制有害菌对肠壁的粘附和定植,维持正常的消化道环境,提高脂肪酸的含量、促进微量元素的吸收利用;山楂粉含有矿物质和维生素以及粗蛋白、粗纤维,一方面提高了饲料的适口性,增加了乳猪的的食欲,另一方面补充了乳猪胃酸和消化酶分泌的不足,提高了对饲料的消化利用率,促进乳猪生长;党参粉和松针粉中富含丰富的氨基酸、蔗糖、葡萄糖醛酸、微量叶酸、丰富的钙、磷及多种必须微量元素,改善饲料营养结构的同时,且具有理气补血、活血化瘀、增强机体抗病能力、激发仔猪生产性能等作用;饲用益生菌不仅对多种致病菌、有害细菌有强烈的抑制作用,对肠道感染、胃肠失调的疗效明显,而且能使仔猪肠道蛋白酶和淀粉酶活力升高、提高仔猪血清蛋白浓度、总抗氧化力,对生长和免疫力具有很好的促进作用;此外,为了提高仔猪中饲料摄入蛋白消化能力以及后续调控胃肠道细菌的作用,本发明中添加一种采用凹凸棒土和累托石为载体,将柠檬酸、食用磷酸、酒石酸、山楂酸、延胡索酸进行复配吸附的仔猪用预混料,其作为酸化剂相对传统的游离型酸化剂,由于后者很容易在消化道前端被吸收,不利于在肠道中发挥作用,而通过凹凸棒土和累托石吸附改性的酸化剂除了能够使其通过胃,增加胃蛋白酶的消化作用以外,还可以继续在肠道中发挥作用,有效改善仔猪肠道的益生菌生存环境,提高仔猪的消化能力,促进仔猪的生长,并且经过酸化改性后的凹凸棒土本身还可覆盖于消化道黏膜表面,吸附各种致病因子、水分和气体等,有助于肠黏膜的修复和保护,同时可与肠道内的有害菌及其毒素结合并随粪便排出体外,发挥均衡肠道内菌群、调节肠功能的作用,从而提高仔猪生产性能。
综合上述可知,本发明中,通过优化仔猪饲料的结构,得到了性能好的仔猪饲料,喂养该饲料的仔猪健康活泼,日采食量大,免疫力强,仔猪生长迅速,缩短了猪的出栏时间,原料价格低廉,节约了成本,提高了养猪业的经济效益。

本发明所述仔猪专用饲料,其原料按重量份数包括:膨化玉米400份、豆粕80份、发酵豆粕120份、大豆粉20份、花生粕60份、菜籽粕15份、麸皮50份、玉米酒精糟10份、血浆蛋白粉20份、蚕蛹粉5份、蔗糖5份、寡聚糖1.5份、食盐3份、天然甜菜碱0.5份、磷酸氢钙15份、乳清粉5份、卵磷脂1份、山楂粉5份、党参粉6份、松针粉10份、氨基酸3份、复合维生素0.1份、复合微量元素2份、饲用益生菌0.2份、纤维素酶1份、α-淀粉酶0.1份、木聚糖酶0.1份、酸性蛋白酶0.5份、植酸酶0.5份、仔猪用预混料3份;所述氨基酸为色氨酸、苏氨酸和异亮氨酸,所述复合维生素为维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、叶酸和烟酸,所述复合微量元素为硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碘酸钙和亚硒酸钠,所述饲用益生菌为双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和酵母菌;
制备所述仔猪用预混料的方法包括:按重量份向凹凸棒土粉60份和累托石粉10份中加水80份,再加入柠檬酸3份、酒石酸1份、山楂酸0.5份、延胡索酸5份和食用磷酸2份,通过高压均质后在100℃下反应4h,降温至室温后,压滤,在450℃下煅烧1h,粉碎过筛后,得到所述仔猪用预混料。
实施例3
本发明所述仔猪专用饲料,其原料按重量份数包括:膨化玉米250份、豆粕140份、发酵豆粕80份、大豆粉40份、花生粕30份、菜籽粕35份、麸皮30份、玉米酒精糟25份、血浆蛋白粉12份、蚕蛹粉8份、蔗糖3份、寡聚糖2.5份、食盐1份、天然甜菜碱1.2份、磷酸氢钙8份、乳清粉10份、卵磷脂0.4份、山楂粉12份、党参粉4份、松针粉14份、氨基酸1份、复合维生素0.4份、复合微量元素1份、饲用益生菌0.8份、纤维素酶0.6份、α-淀粉酶0.4份、木聚糖酶0.06份、酸性蛋白酶1.2份、植酸酶0.3份、仔猪用预混料7份;所述氨基酸为赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸和异亮氨酸;所述复合维生素为维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6和叶酸,所述复合微量元素为硫酸锰、碘酸钙和亚硒酸钠,所述饲用益生菌为乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和酵母菌;
制备所述仔猪用预混料的方法包括:按重量份向凹凸棒土粉50份和累托石粉15份中加水70份,再加入柠檬酸5份、酒石酸0.7份、山楂酸0.8份、延胡索酸3份和食用磷酸4份,通过高压均质后在90℃下反应8h,降温至室温后,压滤,在400℃下煅烧2h,粉碎过筛后,得到所述仔猪用预混料。
实施例4
本发明所述仔猪专用饲料,其原料按重量份数包括:膨化玉米350份、豆粕100份、发酵豆粕100份、大豆粉30份、花生粕50份、菜籽粕25份、麸皮40份、玉米酒精糟15份、血浆蛋白粉18份、蚕蛹粉7份、蔗糖4份、寡聚糖2份、食盐2份、天然甜菜碱0.8份、磷酸氢钙12份、乳清粉7份、卵磷脂0.8份、山楂粉7份、党参粉5份、松针粉12份、氨基酸2份、复合维生素0.2份、复合微量元素1.5份、饲用益生菌0.4份、纤维素酶0.8份、α-淀粉酶0.3份、木聚糖酶0.08份、酸性蛋白酶0.8份、植酸酶0.4份、仔猪用预混料5份;所述氨基酸为蛋氨酸和苏氨酸,所述复合维生素为维生素A、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B6和泛酸,所述复合微量元素为硫酸铜、硫酸锌和碘酸钙,所述饲用益生菌为乳酸杆菌、芽孢杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌;
制备所述仔猪用预混料的方法包括:按重量份向凹凸棒土粉55份和累托石粉16份中加水75份,再加入柠檬酸6份、酒石酸0.8份、山楂酸0.7份、延胡索酸2份和食用磷酸3份,通过高压均质后在90℃下反应10h,降温至室温后,压滤,在380℃下煅烧1.5h,粉碎过筛后,得到所述仔猪用预混料。
实施例5
本发明所述仔猪专用饲料,其原料按重量份数包括:膨化玉米300份、豆粕120份、发酵豆粕90份、大豆粉35份、花生粕40份、菜籽粕30份、麸皮35份、玉米酒精糟20份、血浆蛋白粉15份、蚕蛹粉7份、蔗糖4份、寡聚糖2.2份、食盐2份、天然甜菜碱2份、磷酸氢钙10份、乳清粉9份、卵磷脂0.6份、山楂粉10份、党参粉4份、松针粉13份、氨基酸2份、复合维生素0.3份、复合微量元素1.2份、饲用益生菌0.6份、纤维素酶0.7份、α-淀粉酶0.3份、木聚糖酶0.07份、酸性蛋白酶1份、植酸酶0.3份、仔猪用预混料6份;所述氨基酸为赖氨酸、色氨酸和异亮氨酸,所述复合维生素为维生素D3、维生素K3、维生素B2、叶酸和烟酸,所述复合微量元素为硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰和亚硒酸钠,所述饲用益生菌为粪链球菌、双歧杆菌和酵母菌;
制备所述仔猪用预混料的方法包括:按重量份向凹凸棒土粉45份和累托石粉12份中加水65份,再加入柠檬酸4份、酒石酸0.6份、山楂酸0.9份、延胡索酸3份和食用磷酸5份,通过高压均质后在85℃下反应6h,降温至室温后,压滤,在420℃下煅烧2h,粉碎过筛后,得到所述仔猪用预混料。
Claims (7)
1.一种仔猪专用饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份数包括:膨化玉米200-400份、豆粕80-160份、发酵豆粕60-120份、大豆粉20-50份、花生粕20-60份、菜籽粕15-45份、麸皮20-50份、玉米酒精糟10-30份、血浆蛋白粉10-20份、蚕蛹粉5-10份、蔗糖2-5份、寡聚糖1.5-3份、食盐1-3份、天然甜菜碱0.5-1.5份、磷酸氢钙5-15份、乳清粉5-12份、卵磷脂0.2-1份、山楂粉5-15份、党参粉3-6份、松针粉10-15份、氨基酸1-3份、复合维生素0.1-0.5份、复合微量元素0.5-2份、饲用益生菌0.2-1份、纤维素酶0.5-1份、α-淀粉酶0.1-0.5份、木聚糖酶0.05-0.1份、酸性蛋白酶0.5-1.5份、植酸酶0.1-0.5份、仔猪用预混料3-8份;
制备所述仔猪用预混料的方法包括:按重量份向凹凸棒土粉40-60份和累托石粉10-20份中加水60-80份,再加入柠檬酸3-8份、酒石酸0.5-1份、山楂酸0.5-1份、延胡索酸1-5份和食用磷酸2-6份,通过高压均质后在80-100℃下反应4-12h,降温至室温后,压滤,在350-450℃下煅烧1-3h,粉碎过筛后,得到所述仔猪用预混料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仔猪专用饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份数包括:膨化玉米250-350份、豆粕100-140份、发酵豆粕80-100份、大豆粉30-40份、花生粕30-50份、菜籽粕25-35份、麸皮30-40份、玉米酒精糟15-25份、血浆蛋白粉12-18份、蚕蛹粉7-8份、蔗糖3-4份、寡聚糖2-2.5份、食盐1-2份、天然甜菜碱0.8-1.2份、磷酸氢钙8-12份、乳清粉7-10份、卵磷脂0.4-0.8份、山楂粉7-12份、党参粉4-5份、松针粉12-14份、氨基酸1-2份、复合维生素0.2-0.4份、复合微量元素1-1.5份、饲用益生菌0.4-0.8份、纤维素酶0.6-0.8份、α-淀粉酶0.3-0.4份、木聚糖酶0.06-0.08份、酸性蛋白酶0.8-1.2份、植酸酶0.3-0.4份、仔猪用预混料5-7份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的仔猪专用饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份数包括:膨化玉米300份、豆粕120份、发酵豆粕90份、大豆粉35份、花生粕40份、菜籽粕30份、麸皮35份、玉米酒精糟20份、血浆蛋白粉15份、蚕蛹粉7份、蔗糖4份、寡聚糖2.2份、食盐2份、天然甜菜碱2份、磷酸氢钙10份、乳清粉9份、卵磷脂0.6份、山楂粉10份、党参粉4份、松针粉13份、氨基酸2份、复合维生素0.3份、复合微量元素1.2份、饲用益生菌0.6份、纤维素酶0.7份、α-淀粉酶0.3份、木聚糖酶0.07份、酸性蛋白酶1份、植酸酶0.3份、仔猪用预混料6份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的仔猪专用饲料,其特征在于,所述氨基酸为赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸、异亮氨酸中的一种或者多种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的仔猪专用饲料,其特征在于,所述复合维生素为维生素A、D3、E、K3、B1、B2、B6、叶酸、泛酸、烟酸中的一种或多种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的仔猪专用饲料,其特征在于,所述复合微量元素为硫酸铜、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠中的一种或多种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的仔猪专用饲料,其特征在于,所述饲用益生菌为乳酸杆菌、粪链球菌、芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、酵母菌中的一种或多种的组合。
