本发明公开了一种养肝明目密蒙花润喉糖,是由下述重量份的原料制成:火龙果200‑250、苦瓜100‑120、桑葚40‑50、黄花菜10‑15、密蒙花50‑70、嫩雪樱子叶10‑15、白茶叶20‑30、白扁豆6‑7、秦皮3‑4、枸杞子7‑8、回心草4‑5、菟丝子2‑3、罗汉果甜1‑2;成品润喉糖清凉爽口、香甜味美、清香怡人,完全保留了瓜果的清爽口感和花草茶的天然香气,食用后不会增加血糖浓度,能够有效缓解咽喉肿痛、咽喉干涩、痛痒干咳、声音嘶哑等症状,高血糖人群可以放心食用,选用的全部原料都是绿色健康,对人体没有任何毒副作用,健康人士食用后能够有效预防口腔和咽喉等疾病的发生,可以预防龋齿、清新口气。

背景技术
咽喉不适是以咽喉疼痛、干燥、有异物感、咽痒等为主要表现的不适症状,在日常生活中,常见的嗜烟酗酒、熬夜、食用辛辣食物等不良习惯,或者长期受烟酒、化学气体、粉尘刺激以及过度发声等原因导致了咽喉不适,不仅影响人们与外界的语言交流,严重的会影响人们工作和生活的质量。
为了缓解咽喉不适,人们通常会服用西药或基于中医学组方的中草药制剂,但西药的副作用较大,并且药品不适宜长期服用,所以日常生活中人们用润喉糖来舒缓咽喉不适,润喉糖具有清咽护嗓的功能,是一类特殊的保健型糖果,能够解决咽喉干、涩、痒、痛、异物感等各种不适,现在市面上润喉糖的品牌繁多,有些添加了蔗糖、糖浆等含糖量高的原料,并不适合高血糖人群食用,有些号称无添加蔗糖的润喉糖品牌却添加了大量的合成甜味剂,长期服用会影响人们身体健康,已经不能够满足现代人们对食品具有绿色健康无添加、营养保健价值高的要求,为此本发明以花草茶、瓜果等为原料提供一种甜度高、低热量、绿色安全、效果显著、适宜人们长期服用的无蔗糖型润喉糖。
发明内容
本发明是为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种养肝明目密蒙花润喉糖及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种养肝明目密蒙花润喉糖,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
火龙果200-250、苦瓜100-120、桑葚40-50、黄花菜10-15、密蒙花50-70、嫩雪樱子叶10-15、白茶叶20-30、白扁豆6-7、秦皮3-4、枸杞子7-8、回心草4-5、菟丝子2-3、罗汉果甜1-2。
一种所述的养肝明目密蒙花润喉糖制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)待新鲜密蒙花含苞欲放时立即采摘、摊凉,在50-60%花朵开放后筛去无用的花蒂、花蕾等杂质,用纯净水洗净鲜花后摊晾于干净阴凉通风处,摊放至有75-80%的花朵开放度达到90%以上时冷冻干燥,粉碎至60-80目,得到花粉;
(2)将鲜嫩雪樱子叶和白茶叶用沸水漂烫8-10秒后滤出,粉碎至60-80目,与上述花粉混合,用20-30倍10-15℃蒸馏水冷浸3-4小时,用200目筛网过滤,滤渣用10-15倍80-85℃热水浸提40-50分钟,再过滤,合并滤液,得到花茶汁;
(3)将新鲜的火龙果去皮、苦瓜去皮去籽、桑葚去梗洗净、黄花菜去杂洗净,全部混合加入8-12倍清水打浆,微波杀菌,添加料重0.1-0.2%的粥化酶,在40-50℃下酶解1-2小时,灭酶后用200目筛网过滤,得到酶解液;
(4)将白扁豆、秦皮、枸杞子、回心草、菟丝子洗净后混合,粉碎至100-120目,加入8-10倍清水,大火煮沸后小火煎煮1-2小时,用200目筛网过滤,得到中药液;
(5)将上述花茶汁、酶解液、中药液混合均质,微波杀菌后离心分离,清液冷冻干燥,得到的冻干粉与罗汉果甜混合均匀后超微粉碎,超微粉经压片成型制成糖粒,灭菌包装,得到成品。

(1)待新鲜密蒙花含苞欲放时立即采摘、摊凉,在50%花朵开放后筛去无用的花蒂、花蕾等杂质,用纯净水洗净鲜花后摊晾于干净阴凉通风处,摊放至有75%的花朵开放度达到90%以上时冷冻干燥,粉碎至60目,得到花粉;
(2)将鲜嫩雪樱子叶和白茶叶用沸水漂烫8秒后滤出,粉碎至60目,与上述花粉混合,用20倍10℃蒸馏水冷浸3小时,用200目筛网过滤,滤渣用10倍80℃热水浸提40分钟,再过滤,合并滤液,得到花茶汁;
(3)将新鲜的火龙果去皮、苦瓜去皮去籽、桑葚去梗洗净、黄花菜去杂洗净,全部混合加入8倍清水打浆,微波杀菌,添加料重0.1%的粥化酶,在40℃下酶解1小时,灭酶后用200目筛网过滤,得到酶解液;
(4)将白扁豆、秦皮、枸杞子、回心草、菟丝子洗净后混合,粉碎至100目,加入8倍清水,大火煮沸后小火煎煮1小时,用200目筛网过滤,得到中药液;
(5)将上述花茶汁、酶解液、中药液混合均质,微波杀菌后离心分离,清液冷冻干燥,得到的冻干粉与罗汉果甜混合均匀后超微粉碎,超微粉经压片成型制成糖粒,灭菌包装,得到成品。

1.一种养肝明目密蒙花润喉糖,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
火龙果200-250、苦瓜100-120、桑葚40-50、黄花菜10-15、密蒙花50-70、嫩雪樱子叶10-15、白茶叶20-30、白扁豆6-7、秦皮3-4、枸杞子7-8、回心草4-5、菟丝子2-3、罗汉果甜1-2。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的养肝明目密蒙花润喉糖制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)待新鲜密蒙花含苞欲放时立即采摘、摊凉,在50-60%花朵开放后筛去无用的花蒂、花蕾等杂质,用纯净水洗净鲜花后摊晾于干净阴凉通风处,摊放至有75-80%的花朵开放度达到90%以上时冷冻干燥,粉碎至60-80目,得到花粉;
(2)将鲜嫩雪樱子叶和白茶叶用沸水漂烫8-10秒后滤出,粉碎至60-80目,与上述花粉混合,用20-30倍10-15℃蒸馏水冷浸3-4小时,用200目筛网过滤,滤渣用10-15倍80-85℃热水浸提40-50分钟,再过滤,合并滤液,得到花茶汁;
