技术领域
本发明涉及滚子轴承,尤其用于车辆电辅助转向系统的滚子轴承。在这种轴承中,滚动体通过卡入相配合的滚道(rolling race)内而得到被保持,从而无需使用额外的元件,此外,在工作中摩擦也小。本发明的滚子轴承还可用于车辆的轮毂部件自身或与其相关的方面。
现有技术
车辆的转向系统中或轮毂部件上使用的滚子轴承包括一个外圈和一个侧面成对的内圈(inner pair of flanked rings),在期望将轴承用于装配到轮毂部件的情形中,该外圈可以是带凸缘的,而侧面成对的内圈同轴布置于对外圈作相对旋转的共轴线上,这种相对于外圈可旋转,使得滚动体的两个带可插入。

发明简述

在所图示的非限制性实施例中,节段21的环形凹形面在一侧上与第二节段20连接为一体,与其形成弯曲部22,而在另一侧上与轴承内圈4或8的端9的外侧柱形径向外部面11(如果存在的话)连接成一体。
根据本发明的另一方面,每一个环形起伏部16的外侧面17的柱形节段18的轴向最小宽度为L1,该宽度至少小于外侧面17的第一节段19的轴向宽度L2。
曲率半径R2和R3的值可以彼此相同或恰好非常接近,该曲率半径可以等于或优选小于通过横向于旋转轴线A而测得的第一曲率半径R1的值。
此外,结合目前已经描述的,本发明的重要方面是,滚道7(图1)各自由凹形环形底面23限定,凹形环形底面23在径向节段上由圆的拱形界定,且呈现大于球5的半径一定量值的曲率半径,该一定量值使得轴承外圈3呈现吻合度(osculation),该吻合度界定为径向节段上滚道7的圆形轮廓的半径与球5的直径之间的比(即,滚道7的圆形轮廓的半径除以球5的直径),该吻合度包括在0.51到0.56之间。
与第一临界参数相结合,第一曲率半径R1的值必须总是大于12mm,这在轴承圈4或8的径向厚度大于2mm的情形中,尤其如此。通常,保持外侧面17的连续性的半径R1的值越大,在组装期间,作用到球5上的应力越低,这以已知的方式发生,其中球5必须通过(“跳过”)起伏部16。
总之,基于起伏部16所描述的几何构型和对所示的吻合度值的观察,可以获得组装阶段作用到球5上的应力的最小值,以及柱形节段18的轴向宽度的最大减小量。因此,组装阶段球5所经受的最大机械应力的持续时间最短。此外,当球5被接合在滚道6和7中时,还可以获得球5的减小的滚动摩擦值,所有部件均具有有限的轴向尺寸。
在已描述内容的基础上,很清楚,最终轴承1可以具有起伏部16,该起伏部16在轴承外圈3的各自相对端25(图1)处,而不在两个轴承内圈4和8的端9上;在此情形中,每一个轴承内圈4和8呈现出范围在0.51和0.56之间的吻合度,该吻合度以径向节段上滚道6的圆形轮廓的半径与球5的直径之间的比(即,滚道6的圆形轮廓的半径除以球5的直径)确定。
以上为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.滚子轴承(1),尤其用于转向系统或车辆轮毂部件(2),包括至少一个第一轴承圈(4;8)、一个第二轴承圈(3)以及插入在所述第一轴承圈和所述第二轴承圈之间的多个滚动体(5),以便使各轴承圈围绕旋转轴线(A)可相对转动;所述滚动体被容纳在滚动体的至少一个环形带中,所述至少一个环形带连接所述第一轴承圈上的至少第一环形滚道(6)和所述第二轴承圈上面向所述第一环形滚道的第二环形滚道(7);所述第一环形滚道由紧邻位置上的环形底面(12)限制,在所述第一轴承圈的一个端(9)的侧面上在所述第一轴承圈上获得环形起伏部(16),所述环形起伏部(16)由外侧面(17)朝向所述第二轴承圈限定,所述外侧面(17)包括具有直径的柱形节段(18),所述柱形节段(18)的直径相对于所述环形底面(12)的直径,使所述环形起伏部构成朝向所述环形底面的所述滚动体的轴向保持轴肩;
其特征在于,所述环形起伏部(16)的所述外侧面(17)还包括下述组合:
i)-第一节段(19),所述第一节段(19)向所述第一滚道(6)弯曲,且为弯曲环形面,所述弯曲环形面具有值为预定值的第一曲率半径(R1)且具有向所述第一轴承圈(4)弯曲的弯曲部分,所述预定值为横向于所述旋转轴线测得的,这样所述第一节段(19)由凸形环形面限定,所述凸形环形面将所述第一环形滚道的所述环形底面(12)与所述环形起伏部的所述外侧面的所述柱形节段(18)连接为一体;
ii)–第二节段(20),所述第二节段(20)在与所述第一节段(19)相对的面上紧邻所述柱形节段(18),且由弯曲环形面界定,所述弯曲环形面具有值为预定值的第二曲率半径(R2)且具有与第一节段相同的曲率,这样所述第二节段(20)以连接所述柱形节段(18)的环形凸面为边界;
iii)–第三节段(21),其在与所述柱形节段(18)相对的侧上紧邻所述第二节段(20)且由弯曲环形面界定,所述弯曲环形面具有值为预定值的第三曲率半径(R3)且具有与所述第二节段(20)相反的弯曲部分,这样所述第三节段(21)由与所述第二节段(20)连接为一体的凹形环形面限定,在径向节段上与所述第二节段(20)形成弯曲部(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚子轴承,其特征在于,所述环形起伏部(16)侧面(17)的所述柱形段(18)具有最短的轴向延伸宽度(L1),所述最短的轴向延伸宽度(L1)至少小于所述第一节段(19)的轴向延伸宽度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的滚子轴承,其特征在于,所述第二曲率半径(R2)和所述第三曲率半径(R3)的值等于或小于所述第一曲率半径(R1)的值,所述第一曲率半径(R1)的值通过横向于所述旋转轴线而测得。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚子轴承,其特征在于,所述滚动体是球(5),且所述第二滚道(7)由凹形环形底面(23)限定,所述凹形环形底面(23)呈现大于所述球(5)的半径一定量值的曲率半径,所述一定量值使得所述第二轴承圈(3)呈现吻合度,所述吻合度为所述第二滚道(7)的所述环形底面的曲率半径与所述球(5)的直径之比,所述吻合度的范围包括在0.51到0.56之间。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚子轴承,其特征在于,所述第一曲率半径(R1)的值大于12mm。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚子轴承,其特征在于,所述滚动体是球(5)且被容纳在滚动体的相邻布置的两个带内,所述滚动体(5)接合一对第二环形滚道(7)和一对第一滚道(6),所述一对第二环形滚道(7)是彼此相邻布置在所述第二轴承圈(3)上获得的,所述一对第一滚道(6)是彼此相邻布置在一对第一轴承圈上的相对侧上获得的,且各自的第一端(9)靠近地布置且轴向相向地分开或接触,所述第一环形滚道(6)由环形凹形底面(12)限定且在面向第二环形滚道(7)的位置中获得,所述第一轴承圈(4、8)的第二端(10)与所述第一端相对,被远离地布置且呈现比所述第一端(9)大的径向厚度;其中,所述第二滚道(7)各自由具有凹形底面(23)的环形面限定,凹形底面(23)呈现大于所述球(5)的半径一定量值的曲率半径,所述一定量值使得所述第二轴承圈(3)呈现吻合度,所述吻合度界定为所述第二滚道(7)的所述环形凹形底面(23)的曲率半径与所述球(5)的直径之间的比,所述吻合度包括在0.51到0.56之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的滚子轴承,其特征在于,所述第一轴承圈是一对内圈,第二轴承圈是外圈;所述第一滚道在所述内圈径向方向的外侧面上,所述第二滚道在所述外圈径向方向的内侧面上。
8.轮毂组件(2),其特征在于,包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚子轴承(1)。
