甘露汁是精选禾本科植物甘蔗为原料，取其茎秆 榨出鲜汁，经高温瞬间灭菌，加防腐剂山梨酸钾和尼 泊金丁酯制成的果汁饮料。

Description

禾本科植物甘蔗Saccharum  sinensis  Roxb的茎杆榨出的汁液含蔗糖、氨基酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸、延胡索酸、苹果酸、维生素B1、B2、B6和维生素C等，尚含多糖类，此多糖类对小鼠艾氏癌和肉癌-180有抑制作用。饮之清热生津、润燥、解酒，治热病津伤、心烦口渴、反胃呕吐、燥咳、便秘，保健身体。
取好甘蔗的新鲜榨汁，过滤后经98℃杀菌15至30秒钟，经冷却器冷至室温。取防腐剂山梨酸钾0.18克（先溶于凉开水）和尼泊金丁酯0.1克（先溶于醋酸）共加入1千克甘蔗汁中真空脱氧，装瓶，压盖出厂。

Claims (1)

  1. 这种饮料的制备方法，特点在于：
    1、选禾本科植物好甘蔗为原料。
    2、取其新鲜榨汁过滤后，经98℃杀菌15至30秒冷却。
    3、加防腐剂山梨酸钾0.18克/千克和尼泊金丁酯0.01克/千克，制成甘露汁饮料。
