榨出鲜汁,经高温瞬间灭菌,加防腐剂山梨酸钾和尼
泊金丁酯制成的果汁饮料。
Description
禾本科植物甘蔗Saccharum sinensis Roxb的茎杆榨出的汁液含蔗糖、氨基酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸、延胡索酸、苹果酸、维生素B1、B2、B6和维生素C等,尚含多糖类,此多糖类对小鼠艾氏癌和肉癌-180有抑制作用。饮之清热生津、润燥、解酒,治热病津伤、心烦口渴、反胃呕吐、燥咳、便秘,保健身体。
取好甘蔗的新鲜榨汁,过滤后经98℃杀菌15至30秒钟,经冷却器冷至室温。取防腐剂山梨酸钾0.18克(先溶于凉开水)和尼泊金丁酯0.1克(先溶于醋酸)共加入1千克甘蔗汁中真空脱氧,装瓶,压盖出厂。

- 这种饮料的制备方法,特点在于:1、选禾本科植物好甘蔗为原料。2、取其新鲜榨汁过滤后,经98℃杀菌15至30秒冷却。3、加防腐剂山梨酸钾0.18克/千克和尼泊金丁酯0.01克/千克,制成甘露汁饮料。
