本发明公开了一种雪花丝与短纤纱交并织物的生产方法,包括如下步骤:1)制备雪花丝:采用一根普通涤纶低弹丝与一根阳离子涤纶低弹丝并网成纱,对并网纱线染色,因普通涤纶低弹丝与阳离子涤纶低弹丝染色性能不同,并网纱线形成雪花效果,即制得雪花丝;2)将雪花丝与短纤纱制成交并织物。本发明雪花丝与短纤纱交并织物的生产方法,其制备的织物具有雪花效果,性能好。

本发明涉及雪花丝与短纤纱交并织物的生产方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平和生活质量的提高,人们的服饰理念也发生重要变化,由过去的消费需求传统型、耐用型向时尚、生态、舒适、保健、个性化转变,功能性纺织流行发展面料已逐步成为市场主流。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种雪花丝与短纤纱交并织物的生产方法,其制备的织物具有雪花效果,性能好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种雪花丝与短纤纱交并织物的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)制备雪花丝:采用一根普通涤纶低弹丝与一根阳离子涤纶低弹丝并网成纱,对并网纱线染色,因普通涤纶低弹丝与阳离子涤纶低弹丝染色性能不同,并网纱线形成雪花效果,即制得雪花丝;
2)将雪花丝与短纤纱制成交并织物。
优选的,采用1332M自动络筒机对普通涤纶低弹丝和阳离子涤纶低弹丝进行并网成纱,为保证每锭网丝效果一致,每锭加装减压开关阀及气压表,加装断头自停装置,网丝时调整每锭气压一致达到轻网效果。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种雪花丝与短纤纱交并织物的生产方法,其制备的织物具有雪花效果,性能好。
本发明具有如下特点:
①并网要求“轻网”,染色后网点必须打开,所生产的成品织物布面无“蚂蚁斑”。
②不会有一根断,一根不断的现象。
③与短纤交织织物缩率一致。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种雪花丝与短纤纱交并织物的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)制备雪花丝:采用一根普通涤纶低弹丝与一根阳离子涤纶低弹丝并网成纱,对并网纱线染色,因普通涤纶低弹丝与阳离子涤纶低弹丝染色性能不同,并网纱线形成雪花效果,即制得雪花丝;
2)将雪花丝与短纤纱制成交并织物。
优选的,采用1332M自动络筒机对普通涤纶低弹丝和阳离子涤纶低弹丝进行并网成纱,为保证每锭网丝效果一致,每锭加装减压开关阀及气压表,加装断头自停装置,网丝时调整每锭气压一致达到轻网效果。

1.雪花丝与短纤纱交并织物的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)制备雪花丝:采用一根普通涤纶低弹丝与一根阳离子涤纶低弹丝并网成纱,对并网纱线染色,因普通涤纶低弹丝与阳离子涤纶低弹丝染色性能不同,并网纱线形成雪花效果,即制得雪花丝;
2)将雪花丝与短纤纱制成交并织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雪花丝与短纤纱交并织物的生产方法,其特征在于,采用1332M自动络筒机对普通涤纶低弹丝和阳离子涤纶低弹丝进行并网成纱,为保证每锭网丝效果一致,每锭加装减压开关阀及气压表,加装断头自停装置,网丝时调整每锭气压一致达到轻网效果。
