技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,具体涉及一种多彩抗菌袜品用纱线的制备方法。
背景技术
纱线是由纺织纤维沿长度方向聚集而成的柔软细长、并具有一定力学性质的纤维集合体。按照结构和外形分,分为长丝纱、短纤纱、特殊纱。其中,长丝纱又分为单丝、复丝、复合捻丝,变形纱,利用合成纤维受热时可塑化变形的特性制成的具有弹性或高度膨松性的纱线。短纤纱,按结构分单纱、股线、复捻股线;长丝/短纤组合或复合纱,包括包缠纱、包芯纱、长丝/短纤合股纱。特殊纱的种类很多,比如花式纱线就是一种由芯纱、饰纱和包线捻合而成的纱线。按照组成纱线的纤维种类分纯纺纱、混纺纱、涤/棉纱(T/C纱)、CVC纱等。
随着市场需求的变化和技术的不断进步,对于纱线的性能等方面提出了更多样化的需求。其中,尤其是服装用纱线的多样化在近几年更是出现了各种变化。通常,传统服装用纱线通常要求具有很好的吸湿排汗性能,即能够迅速地吸收人体散发的,以汗为主的各种液体物质,籍以降低皮肤的温度和湿度。除了具有吸湿排汗的基本功能外,对于服装用纱线提出了更多样化的需求,例如抗菌的要求,因此需要一种能够抗菌的纱线。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种多彩抗菌袜品用纱线的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种多彩抗菌袜品用纱线的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
a、准备碳材料铜复合粉,以铜盐与碳纳米管或石墨烯为原料,经过铜盐析法制备出碳材料铜复合粉;
b、预处理,将有机硅聚酯切片进行预结晶,进行固相聚合,放入到釜式反应器中与步骤a)中的碳材料铜复合粉和有机硅聚醚硅油进行搅拌混合得到聚合物熔体;
c、纺丝,将所述聚合物熔体通过数码控制的双螺杆挤压机进行定量供料,然后进行纺丝,拉伸,后处理得到纱线;
d、将所述纱线进入染料中进行染色,得到多彩抗菌袜品用纱线。
优选的,所述有机硅聚酯切片与碳材料铜复合粉、有机聚醚硅油的重量比为

本发明提供了一种针织用数码纱线的制备方法,包括:
a、准备碳材料铜复合粉,以铜盐与碳纳米管或石墨烯为原料,经过铜盐析法制备出碳材料铜复合粉;
b、预处理,将有机硅聚酯切片进行预结晶,进行固相聚合,放入到釜式反应器中与步骤a)中的碳材料铜复合粉和有机硅聚醚硅油进行搅拌混合得到聚合物熔体;
c、纺丝,将所述聚合物熔体通过数码控制的双螺杆挤压机进行定量供料,然后进行纺丝,拉伸,后处理得到纱线;
d、将所述纱线进入染料中进行染色,得到多彩抗菌袜品用纱线。
按照本发明,以铜盐与碳纳米管或石墨烯为原料,经过铜盐析法制备出碳纳米管铜复合粉或石墨烯铜复合粉体。所述的铜盐析法是将铜盐加入到甘油中获得铜盐/甘油体系,将碳纳米管或石墨烯分散于蒸馏水中获得碳纳米管悬浮液或石墨烯悬浮液,将铜盐/甘油体系与碳纳米管悬浮液或石墨烯悬浮液混合加热搅拌使铜盐析出金属粒子,加热温度为100-150℃,且碳纳米管或石墨烯与金属粒子发上原位反应,然后抽滤、洗涤、干燥,即得碳纳米管铜复合材料或石墨烯铜复合材料。所述的铜盐为乙酸铜、氯酸铜、硫酸铜或硝酸铜。所述碳纳米管铜复合材料中的碳纳米管的重量比为5-10%,6-9%。碳纳米管可以为单壁、双壁或多壁碳纳米管,可以通过电弧放电法、激光蒸发法或者化学气相沉积法获得,本发明优选直径为10纳米-20纳米,长度为5微米-15微米的碳纳米管。石墨烯铜复合粉末优选按照中国专利201410306878.8中的方法制得。

然后再放入到数码控制的双螺杆挤出机中定量供料,在双螺杆挤出机出口前温度为370℃加热18min,双螺杆挤出机出口温度在224℃左右加热10min进行熔融混料,经由计量泵计量后送入纺丝组件挤出形成丝条。
初生丝条经过温度为90℃的热筒保持5min后,在环吹风装置中冷却固化,所述环吹风温度为46℃,风压为0.08KPa,经喷嘴上油,经过第一对罗拉牵伸、第一热箱、第二对罗拉牵伸、第二热箱、冷却板冷却,其中第一对罗拉牵伸比为1.14,第一热箱的温度为90-92℃,第二对罗拉牵伸比为1.20,第二热箱的温度为69-71℃。
经过牵伸后,进行后处理,后处理的过程为将丝条置于温度为18-20℃的第一煮漂液中处理10分钟,再置于温度为22-24℃的第二煮漂液中处理14分钟,再置于温度为32-34℃的第三煮漂液中处理10分钟,再置于温度为42-44℃的第四煮漂液中处理3分钟,然后冷却后经上、中、下三个导丝盘,进入卷绕头,经高速卷绕得到冰凉棉感涤纶低弹丝;其中,所述第一煮漂液由0.9g/L的硅酸钠、0.82g/L的螯合分散剂、1.3g/L的磷酸氢二钠以及水组成,所述第二煮漂液由0.82g/L的精练剂、0.79g/L的螯合分散剂、1.3g/L的双氧水以及水组成,所述第三煮漂液由0.38g/L的碳酸钠、1.5g/L的磷酸氢二钠、0.8g/L的双氧水以及水组成,所述第四煮漂液由0.26g/L的螯合分散剂、1.3g/L的磷酸氢二钠、0.16g/L的双氧水以及水组成;
后处理后,进行染色,染料购自上海伟旭化学工贸有限公司,以重量计包括30%的酸性黑109、20%的酸性黄19、20%的酸性红131、21%的分散蓝2BLN和余量棕BN-43-D,浴比为1:10。染色工艺为,将纤维放入到纤维染色机中,将染浴以2℃/min的速率升温至105℃,保温40分钟后再以3℃/min/min的速率降温至50℃,然后水洗100℃干燥得到纤维。
测量断裂强度为2.38cN.dtex-1,断裂伸长率为23.5%,强度CV值为3.3%。
备注:本发明所述的强度CV值采用中国专利200810096902.4公开的方法测试。
将实施例2和3制备的纤维纺成袜子,按照FZ/T73023-2006抗菌织品的检测标准检测,结果如下
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种多彩抗菌袜品用纱线的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
a、准备碳材料铜复合粉,以铜盐与碳纳米管或石墨烯为原料,经过铜盐析法制备出碳材料铜复合粉;
b、预处理,将有机硅聚酯切片进行预结晶,进行固相聚合,放入到釜式反应器中与步骤a)中的碳材料铜复合粉和有机硅聚醚硅油进行搅拌混合得到聚合物熔体;
c、纺丝,将所述聚合物熔体通过数码控制的双螺杆挤压机进行定量供料,然后进行纺丝,拉伸,后处理得到纱线;
d、将所述纱线进入染料中进行染色,得到多彩抗菌袜品用纱线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述有机硅聚酯切片与碳材料铜复合粉、有机聚醚硅油的重量比为
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述碳材料铜复合粉中的碳纳米管或石墨烯的重量比为5-10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述染料以重量计包括63%-78%的酸性染料,13%-29%的分散性染料,余量的金属络合染料,染料浴比为1:10-1:20。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中的预结晶温度控制为197-199℃,预结晶时间为7-9min。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中的预结晶温度控制为197-198℃,预结晶时间为8-9min。
7.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中固相聚合的温度控制在322-328℃,固相聚合的时间为21-23min。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中所述步骤b中固相聚合的温度控制在322-325℃。
9.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c)中在双螺杆挤出机出口之前保持温度在370-375℃进行熔融。
10.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c)中挤出机出口之后保持温度在224-228℃进行熔融。
