本发明公开了一种扇面用环保固定胶黏剂,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:双酚A环氧树脂:70‑90份、固化剂:10‑20份、氧化锑:5‑12份、有机膨润土:1‑9份、高岭土:2‑6份、增韧剂:2‑8份、促进剂:3‑5份、对苯二酚:2‑10份、纳米硅灰石粉:2‑10份、硝酸纤维素:2‑8份、乙醇:3‑10份。本发明产品具有良好的粘结性能,能够有效的将扇面与扇柄结合紧密固定,原料环保节能,适合大规模推广使用。

一种扇面用环保固定胶黏剂
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种扇面用环保固定胶黏剂。
背景技术
扇子主要材料是:竹、木、纸、象牙、玳瑁、翡翠、飞禽翎毛,其它棕榈叶、槟榔叶、麦秆、蒲草等也能编成或制成各种千姿百态的日用工艺扇、造型优美,构造精致,经能工巧匠精心镂、雕、烫、钻或名人挥毫题诗作画,使扇子艺术身价百倍。
在扇子制作工艺中,制作者常常需要将扇面与扇柄固定或者粘贴装饰性挂件,现用的胶黏剂粘黏效果不理想,并且对人体有害的物质较多。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种扇面用环保固定胶黏剂,具有良好的粘结性能,并且绿色环保。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明提供了一种扇面用环保固定胶黏剂,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:双酚A环氧树脂:70-90份、固化剂:10-20份、氧化锑:5-12份、有机膨润土:1-9份、高岭土:2-6份、增韧剂:2-8份、促进剂:3-5份、对苯二酚:2-10份、纳米硅灰石粉:2-10份、硝酸纤维素:2-8份、乙醇:3-10份;
其制备方法为:
(1)首先按照重量份数称取固化剂、氧化锑、有机膨润土、高岭土、增韧剂、促进剂、对苯二酚、纳米硅灰石粉、硝酸纤维素、乙醇各组分原料,得到混合物料A,加入到重量为混合物料A 3倍的纯水中,并加入铵盐分散剂,所添加的铵盐分散剂的重量为混合物料A的0.6-0.7%;然后在球磨机中球磨4-6h,得到添加剂料浆;
(2)将主成分原料双酚A环氧树脂加入添加剂料浆中,搅拌至混合均匀,然后加入陶瓷粘结剂和聚乙烯醇溶液,混合均匀后得到喷雾料浆;
(3)采用离心式喷雾干燥塔将步骤(2)所得的喷雾料浆喷雾干燥,得到粉料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的粉料通过干压方式成型,压制成坯体;
(5)将步骤(4)所得的坯体经排胶后,在温度为1100-1300℃的条件下烧结一段时间,获得扇面用环保固定胶黏剂。
优选的,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:双酚A环氧树脂:75-88份、固化剂:12-18份、氧化锑:6-11份、有机膨润土:2-8份、高岭土:4-5份、增韧剂:3-6份、促进剂:3-5份、对苯二酚:3-9份、纳米硅灰石粉:4-8份、硝酸纤维素:3-5份、乙醇:6-8份。
优选的,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:双酚A环氧树脂:75份、固化剂:14份、氧化锑:6份、有机膨润土:3份、高岭土:4份、增韧剂:3份、促进剂:3份、对苯二酚:3份、纳米硅灰石粉:4份、硝酸纤维素:4份、乙醇:6份。
优选的,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:双酚A环氧树脂:88份、固化剂:12份、氧化锑:10份、有机膨润土:5份、高岭土:4份、增韧剂:3份、促进剂:3份、对苯二酚:4份、纳米硅灰石粉:6份、硝酸纤维素:3份、乙醇:6份。
优选的,所述的固化剂为芳香族多胺、酸酐、甲阶酚醛树脂、氨基树脂、双氰胺的一种。
优选的,所述的促进剂为硫化促进剂H,硫化促进剂D,硫化促进剂TT的一种。
本发明有益效果:
本发明产品具有良好的粘结性能,能够有效的将扇面与扇柄结合紧密固定,原料环保节能,适合大规模推广使用,具有实用性和应用前景。

本发明提供了一种扇面用环保固定胶黏剂,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:双酚A环氧树脂:75份、固化剂:12份、氧化锑:6份、有机膨润土:2份、高岭土:4份、增韧剂:3份、促进剂:3份、对苯二酚:3份、纳米硅灰石粉:4份、硝酸纤维素:3份、乙醇:6份;
实施例4:
本发明提供了一种扇面用环保固定胶黏剂,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:双酚A环氧树脂:88份、固化剂:18份、氧化锑:11份、有机膨润土:8份、高岭土:5份、增韧剂:6份、促进剂:5份、对苯二酚:9份、纳米硅灰石粉:8份、硝酸纤维素:5份、乙醇:8份;
实施例5:
本发明提供了一种扇面用环保固定胶黏剂,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:双酚A环氧树脂:75份、固化剂:14份、氧化锑:6份、有机膨润土:3份、高岭土:4份、增韧剂:3份、促进剂:3份、对苯二酚:3份、纳米硅灰石粉:4份、硝酸纤维素:4份、乙醇:6份;
实施例6:
本发明提供了一种扇面用环保固定胶黏剂,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:双酚A环氧树脂:88份、固化剂:12份、氧化锑:10份、有机膨润土:5份、高岭土:4份、增韧剂:3份、促进剂:3份、对苯二酚:4份、纳米硅灰石粉:6份、硝酸纤维素:3份、乙醇:6份;

1.一种扇面用环保固定胶黏剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:双酚A环氧树脂:70-90份、固化剂:10-20份、氧化锑:5-12份、有机膨润土:1-9份、高岭土:2-6份、增韧剂:2-8份、促进剂:3-5份、对苯二酚:2-10份、纳米硅灰石粉:2-10份、硝酸纤维素:2-8份、乙醇:3-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的扇面用环保固定胶黏剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:双酚A环氧树脂:75-88份、固化剂:12-18份、氧化锑:6-11份、有机膨润土:2-8份、高岭土:4-5份、增韧剂:3-6份、促进剂:3-5份、对苯二酚:3-9份、纳米硅灰石粉:4-8份、硝酸纤维素:3-5份、乙醇:6-8份。
3.如权利要求2所述的扇面用环保固定胶黏剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:双酚A环氧树脂:75份、固化剂:14份、氧化锑:6份、有机膨润土:3份、高岭土:4份、增韧剂:3份、促进剂:3份、对苯二酚:3份、纳米硅灰石粉:4份、硝酸纤维素:4份、乙醇:6份。
4.如权利要求2所述的扇面用环保固定胶黏剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:双酚A环氧树脂:88份、固化剂:12份、氧化锑:10份、有机膨润土:5份、高岭土:4份、增韧剂:3份、促进剂:3份、对苯二酚:4份、纳米硅灰石粉:6份、硝酸纤维素:3份、乙醇:6份。
5.如权利要求1所述的扇面用环保固定胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述的固化剂为芳香族多胺、酸酐、甲阶酚醛树脂、氨基树脂、双氰胺的一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的扇面用环保固定胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述的促进剂为硫化促进剂H,硫化促进剂D,硫化促进剂TT的一种。
