技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯的红褐色热反射涂料,属于高分子材料技术领域。
背景技术
LED作为一种新型高效固体节能电子器件,已经得到了广泛的应用,然而散热问题却始终制约着LED的发展,随着LED器件的功率越来越大,散热问题将会越来越突出,目前LED散热还主要通过热传导和热对流两种方式来实现,这种方式经常受具体应用环境限制而不能发挥散热作用。
而发展辐射散热能够有效的缓解以上的问题,将红外辐射涂料喷涂在LED基板表面,可提高其表面红外发射率,增强LED辐射散热。然而,虽然红外辐射涂料在LED散热领域已经有所研究,但实际应用却不广泛,因此,仍需我们不断努力探索能够满足LED散热实际应用的红外辐射涂料。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是,提供一种红褐色热反射涂料,具有良好色度性能和红外反射性能的热反射涂料。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种LED灯的红褐色热反射涂料,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的各组分:
氧化铁450~550份,二氧化钛25~30份,氧化铬25~30份,水150~180份,纯丙烯酸乳液175~210份,钛白粉60~70份,空心玻璃微珠40~50份,纤维素醚0.8份,乙二醇7.5~10份,湿润分散剂3.5~4份,重钙粉25~30份,滑石粉25~30份,消泡剂0.8份,成膜助剂5~6份,增稠剂6~7份,防腐剂0.5份。
所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
所述湿润分散剂为BYK-190含颜料亲和基团的高分子量嵌段共聚物溶液。
所述增稠剂为TT935、PUR32中的一种。
所述消泡剂为TEG0805消泡剂。
所述成膜助剂为丙二醇苯醚。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明的红褐色热反射涂料中氧化铁、二氧化钛以及氧化铬的复合制备,使本发明的LED灯涂料具有良好色度性能和红外反射性能,大大的提高了散热效果;空心玻璃微珠的设置,使涂料具有良好的隔热性能;金红石型钛白粉的设置,使涂料具有高红外反射性能。

一种LED灯的红褐色热反射涂料,包含如下重量份的各组分:
氧化铁450份,二氧化钛25份,氧化铬25份,水150份,纯丙烯酸乳液175份,钛白粉60份,空心玻璃微珠40份,纤维素醚0.8份,乙二醇7.5份,湿润分散剂3.5份,重钙粉25份,滑石粉25份,消泡剂0.8份,成膜助剂5份,增稠剂6份,防腐剂0.5份。
所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
所述湿润分散剂为BYK-190含颜料亲和基团的高分子量嵌段共聚物溶液。

氧化铁500份,二氧化钛27份,氧化铬27份,水165份,纯丙烯酸乳液190份,钛白粉65份,空心玻璃微珠45份,纤维素醚0.8份,乙二醇9份,湿润分散剂4份,重钙粉30份,滑石粉30份,消泡剂0.8份,成膜助剂5份,增稠剂6份,防腐剂0.5份。
所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
所述湿润分散剂为BYK-190含颜料亲和基团的高分子量嵌段共聚物溶液。

所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
所述湿润分散剂为BYK-190含颜料亲和基团的高分子量嵌段共聚物溶液。
所述增稠剂为TT935、PUR32中的一种。
所述消泡剂为TEG0805消泡剂。
所述成膜助剂为丙二醇苯醚。
将氧化铁、二氧化钛、氧化铬三种原料混合,进行研磨,研磨均匀后进行高温煅烧,最后干磨得到红褐色复合颜料;其余原料混合制得白色涂料,然后将红褐色复合颜料加入白色涂料中进行调色,搅拌均匀后得红褐色色度的涂料。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯的红褐色热反射涂料,其特征在于,所述湿润分散剂为BYK-190含颜料亲和基团的高分子量嵌段共聚物溶液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯的红褐色热反射涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为TT935、PUR32中的一种或两种。
