本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种泥鳅养殖水体改良制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
泥鳅,属鳅科,泥鳅被称为“水中之参”,在中国南方各地均有分布北方不常见但也分布各地,全年都可采收,夏季最多,泥鳅捕捉后,可鲜用或烘干用。泥鳅生活在湖池,且形体小,只有三、四寸长,它体形圆,身短,皮下有小鳞片,颜色青黑,浑身沾满了自身的粘液,因而滑腻无法握住。是营养价值很高的一种鱼,它和其它的鱼不相同,无论外表,体形,生活习性都不同,是一种特殊的鳅类,泥鳅广泛分布于亚洲沿岸的中国、日本、朝鲜、俄罗斯及印度等地,可食用、入药。
泥鳅在养殖时,对于养殖水体的要求较高,同时泥鳅也是杂食行水生生物,因此水体很容易变质,出现异味浑浊,这样,泥鳅就会因水域的原因出现病害,甚至死亡,必须进行相应的水处理,但是目前处理的方式并不理想。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种制备方法简单,净化效果好,无毒无害的泥鳅养殖水体改良制剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种泥鳅养殖水体改良制剂,其特征在于,由以下分量的原料制成:
活性炭3-5份、硫酸铝6-8份、氨基酸2-8份、磷肥3-5份、草碳粉5-7份、沸石粉6-8份、尿素3-5份、糖制剂3-5份、菌制剂2-4份。
各原料的优选分量为:活性炭4份、硫酸铝7份、氨基酸5份、磷肥4份、草碳粉6份、沸石粉7份、尿素4份、糖制剂4份、菌制剂3份。
所述糖制剂为淀粉海藻糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、木糖、果糖、水苏糖、棉子糖中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
所述的菌制剂包括芽孢杆菌3-5份、光合细菌2-4份、放线菌1-3份、酵母菌2-4份、大颤蓝菌3-5份、亚硝化螺菌2-4份。
本发明的另一目的是制备本发明中泥鳅池水净化剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中除糖制剂和菌制剂以外的所有原料全部投入研磨机中,研磨成粉,得到主料粉,备用;
2)将原料中的糖制剂和菌制剂预混合,并且加入总量2倍的清水,升温至15-25摄氏度,搅拌30-40min后,得到浆料;
3)将上述步骤1和2中得到的物料进行混合,并且进行搅拌均匀后,投入烘箱中,烘干取出磨粉即可得到。
用法用量:每公顷水域采用本品20-30kg兑水500kg搅匀,进行均匀泼洒,每隔2月泼洒一次即可。
本发明中:采用活性炭、硫酸铝作为水体异味及病毒吸附,沉淀;氨基酸、磷肥、草碳粉、沸石粉和尿素为水体提高营养,增加微生物生存,以供泥鳅摄食;糖制剂、菌制剂提供给泥鳅必要的营养需求。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用的原材料丰富廉价,制作工艺简便,原料易得,不仅对水体有着较好的净化作用,同时对于池水具有增加营养,提供高营养养殖水,促进泥鳅生长。

活性炭3-5份、硫酸铝6-8份、氨基酸2-8份、磷肥3-5份、草碳粉5-7份、沸石粉6-8份、尿素3-5份、糖制剂3-5份、菌制剂2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅养殖水体改良制剂,其特征在于:各原料的优选分量为:活性炭4份、硫酸铝7份、氨基酸5份、磷肥4份、草碳粉6份、沸石粉7份、尿素4份、糖制剂4份、菌制剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅养殖水体改良制剂,其特征在于:所述糖制剂为淀粉海藻糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、木糖、果糖、水苏糖、棉子糖中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅养殖水体改良制剂,其特征在于:所述的菌制剂包括芽孢杆菌3-5份、光合细菌2-4份、放线菌1-3份、酵母菌2-4份、大颤蓝菌3-5份、亚硝化螺菌2-4份。
5.一种制备权利要求1或2中一种泥鳅养殖水体改良制剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将原料中除糖制剂和菌制剂以外的所有原料全部投入研磨机中,研磨成粉,得到主料粉,备用;
2)将原料中的糖制剂和菌制剂预混合,并且加入总量2倍的清水,升温至15-25摄氏度,搅拌30-40min后,得到浆料;
3)将上述步骤1和2中得到的物料进行混合,并且进行搅拌均匀后,投入烘箱中,烘干取出磨粉即可得到。
