本发明涉及塔吊装置技术领域,具体为一种船用升降装置。
背景技术
升降机是用来载人或载物的垂直提升装置,在船上也是比较常见的设备,当塔吊高度很高时,需要使用坚固的支架,由于支架结构复杂,升降机设置不方便,无法满足使用要求。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种船用升降装置,其能够满足升降要求,结构稳定可靠。
其技术方案是这样的:一种船用升降装置,其特征在于,其包括多个堆叠的竖向支架,由外三角支架和内三角支架构成,所述内三角支架的一端外侧安装有标准节支架,所述标准节支架上安装有纵向齿条,所述标准节支架上滑动安装有升降平台,所述升降平台上设置有与所述纵向齿条啮合的驱动齿轮,所述外三角支架由三个外矩形框架两两拼接构成,所述内三角支架由三个内矩形框架构成,每个所述内矩形框架两端连接所述外三角支架的两个所述外矩形框架的中间。
其进一步特征在于,所述外矩形框架和所述内矩形框架上均安装有呈菱形布置的四个加强杆。
采用本发明的结构后,竖向支架由外三角支架和内三角支架构成,内三角支架的内矩形框架连接在外矩形框架的中间,通过三角结构保证了整体结构的稳定可靠,标准节支架安装于上面也保证了结构可靠稳定,升降平台能够稳定升降,满足升降要求,安全性得到保证;而呈菱形布置的四个加强杆设置,使得外矩形框架和内矩形框架结构更加稳定可靠,升降过程更加可靠。

见图1,图2所示,一种船用升降装置,其包括多个堆叠竖向支架1,由外三角支架2和内三角支架3构成,内三角支架3的一端外侧安装有标准节支架4,标准节支架4上安装有纵向齿条5,标准节支架4上滑动安装有升降平台6,升降平台6上设置有与纵向齿条5啮合的驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮连接驱动电机6,外三角支架2由三个外矩形框架7两两拼接构成,内三角支架3由三个内矩形框架8构成,每个内矩形框架8两端连接外三角支架2的两个外矩形框架7的中间;外矩形框架7和内矩形框架8上均安装有呈菱形布置的四个加强杆9。
