本发明公开了一种气象雷达车电动顶盖,它包括气象雷达车方舱(1)和大顶盖传动机构,通槽(2)的上方罩有左大顶盖(5)和右大顶盖(6),左大顶盖(5)和右大顶盖(6)顶表面均设置有连通通槽(2)的半圆槽(7),左大顶盖(5)和右大顶盖(6)的下表面且位于顶盖的两端均固定安装有齿条A(8)和齿条B(9),电机(3)的输出端与十字换向器(4)的输入端连接,十字换向器(4)的左右侧均设置有输出端,两个输出端处均连接有大顶盖传动机构,两个大顶盖传动机构关于十字换向器(4)对称设置。本发明的有益效果是:降低顶盖占用车顶空间、便于调试和维修方舱内气象雷达、操作方便。

Description

一种气象雷达车电动顶盖
技术领域
本发明涉及气象雷达车顶盖启闭的技术领域,特别是一种气象雷达车电动顶盖。
背景技术
双层滑移式电动顶盖安装于天线舱的顶部,用于天线舱顶部天线舱孔口的启闭,配合舱内升降机构使用。两者之间具有互锁功能:顶盖开启到位后,升降平台才能升起或下降,升降平台降到位后,顶盖才能打开或关闭。中国专利中申请号为2014204738477中公开了一种双层滑移式电动顶盖机构,该电动顶盖机构机架、小顶盖和大顶盖,机架呈矩形状,它还包括电机、导向装置和减速器,减速器设置在机架的一端,电机的输出端与减速器的输入轴连接且电机平行于机架的长边设置,导向装置由直线导轨I、直线导轨II、传动轴、滑块I和滑块II、支撑块、丝杆和螺母组成。当要举升位于方舱内的气象天线时,电机启动 ,小顶盖向大顶盖内移动,从而形成一个空间,气象天线机壳穿过该空间进行工作;然而,在雨天或其它恶劣环境时,则无法进行正常工作,完全依赖天气情况。此外,该双层滑移式电动顶盖机构平行于气象车车身设置,占用了较大的车顶空间,给后期对气象天线的维修和调试带来了不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构紧凑、降低顶盖占用车顶空间、便于调试和维修方舱内气象雷达、操作方便的气象雷达车电动顶盖。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种气象雷达车电动顶盖,它包括气象雷达车方舱和大顶盖传动机构,所述的气象雷达车方舱的顶部设置有通槽以及设置于通槽左侧的电机和十字换向器,通槽的上方罩有左大顶盖和右大顶盖,左大顶盖和右大顶盖顶表面均设置有连通通槽的半圆槽,左大顶盖和右大顶盖的下表面且位于顶盖的两端均固定安装有齿条A和齿条B,所述的电机的输出端与十字换向器的输入端连接,十字换向器的左右侧均设置有输出端,两个输出端处均连接有大顶盖传动机构,两个大顶盖传动机构关于十字换向器对称设置;
所述的大顶盖传动机构由传动轴I、蜗轮、传动轴II、万向节、传动轴III、安装于传动轴I上的蜗杆、安装于传动轴II上的齿轮A和蜗轮以及安装于传动轴III上的齿轮B组成,传动轴I与十字换向器的左侧输出端连接,万向节连接于传动轴II和传动轴III之间,传动轴II垂直于传动轴I设置,传动轴III与传动轴II处于同一轴线上,传动轴II和传动轴III均旋转安装于气象雷达车方舱的顶部,所述的蜗轮与蜗杆啮合,齿轮A与齿条A啮合,齿轮B与齿条B啮合;
所述的左大顶盖和右大顶盖的顶表面上且位于半圆槽的两侧均设置平行于传动轴I的导轨,位于左大顶盖上的两个导轨之间安装有可沿导轨滑动的左小顶盖,位于右大顶盖上的两个导轨之间安装有可沿导轨滑动的右小顶盖,所述的左大顶盖和右大顶盖的顶表面上均设置有小顶盖传动机构,两个小顶盖传动机构对称设置,小顶盖传动机构由第一连杆、第二连杆、拉伸弹簧和密封条组成, 第一连杆的一端铰接于左大顶盖上,第一连杆的另一端铰接于第二连杆上,第二连杆铰接于左小顶盖上,第二连杆上固定有拉伸弹簧,拉伸弹簧的另一端固定于左大顶盖上,密封条固定于左小顶盖的端面上,两个密封条紧密接触。
所述的第二连杆的长度大于第一连杆的长度。
所述的齿条A平行于齿条B设置,齿条A平行于传动轴I设置。
所述的十字换向器为减速器。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1~4所示,一种气象雷达车电动顶盖,它包括气象雷达车方舱1和大顶盖传动机构,气象雷达车方舱1内固定安装有位于大顶盖下方的气象雷达,所述的气象雷达车方舱1的顶部设置有通槽2以及设置于通槽2左侧的电机3和十字换向器4,十字换向器4为减速器,通槽2的上方罩有左大顶盖5和右大顶盖6,左大顶盖5和右大顶盖6顶表面均设置有连通通槽2的半圆槽7,左大顶盖5和右大顶盖6的下表面且位于顶盖的两端均固定安装有齿条A8和齿条B9,所述的电机3的输出端与十字换向器4的输入端连接,十字换向器4的左右侧均设置有输出端,两个输出端处均连接有大顶盖传动机构,两个大顶盖传动机构关于十字换向器4对称设置;
如图5~6所示,大顶盖传动机构由传动轴I10、蜗轮11、传动轴II12、万向节13、传动轴III14、安装于传动轴I10上的蜗杆15、安装于传动轴II12上的齿轮A16和蜗轮11以及安装于传动轴III14上的齿轮B17组成,传动轴I10与十字换向器4的左侧输出端连接,万向节13连接于传动轴II12和传动轴III14之间,传动轴II12垂直于传动轴I10设置,传动轴III14与传动轴II12处于同一轴线上,传动轴II12和传动轴III14均旋转安装于气象雷达车方舱1的顶部,所述的蜗轮11与蜗杆15啮合,齿轮A16与齿条A8啮合,齿轮B17与齿条B9啮合,齿条A8平行于齿条B9设置,齿条A8平行于传动轴I10设置;当向电机3输入正转信号后,电机的转矩等分传递到十字换向器上的两个输出端,左侧输出端带动传动轴I做正向旋转运动,传动轴I的蜗杆带动蜗轮转动,蜗轮带动传动轴II转动,传动轴II经万向节带动传动轴III转动,从而带动齿轮B转动,齿轮A和齿轮B分别驱动齿条A和齿条B做向后的移动,齿条A和齿条B带动左大顶盖向后移动;而右侧的输出端带动传动轴I做反向旋转运动,最后经大顶盖传动机构带动右大顶盖向前移动,从而使大顶盖垂直于气象雷达车车身方向移动,极大节省了气象雷达车顶部空间,方便了工人调试和维修方舱内气象雷达。
如图1~3所示,左大顶盖5和右大顶盖6的顶表面上且位于半圆槽7的两侧均设置平行于传动轴I10的导轨18,位于左大顶盖5上的两个导轨18之间安装有可沿导轨18滑动的左小顶盖19,位于右大顶盖6上的两个导轨18之间安装有可沿导轨18滑动的右小顶盖20,所述的左大顶盖5和右大顶盖6的顶表面上均设置有小顶盖传动机构,两个小顶盖传动机构对称设置,小顶盖传动机构由第一连杆21、第二连杆22、拉伸弹簧23和密封条24组成, 第一连杆21的一端铰接于左大顶盖5上,第一连杆21的另一端铰接于第二连杆22上,第二连杆22铰接于左小顶盖19上,第二连杆22的长度大于第一连杆21的长度,第二连杆22上固定有拉伸弹簧23,拉伸弹簧23的另一端固定于左大顶盖5上,密封条24固定于左小顶盖19的端面上,两个密封条24在拉伸弹簧23恢复力的作用下紧密接触,避免了在没有使用状态下雨水、灰尘等进入气象雷达车方舱1内,具有密封严密的特点;当左小顶盖19向后移动且右小顶盖20向前移动时,拉伸弹簧23被压缩。
本发明的工作过程如下:使用气象雷达时,控制电机3做正转,电机3的转矩等分传递到两个大顶盖传动机构上,转矩驱动左大顶盖5向后移动而右大顶盖6向前移动,同时缓慢举升气象雷达,气象雷达的锅盖作用在两个密封条24之间,在挤压力的作用下左小顶盖19向后移动,右小顶盖20向前移动,当气象雷达的锅盖完全伸出后,关闭电机3,与此同时,左小顶盖19和右小顶盖20在拉伸弹簧恢复力的作用下相对运动,从而两个密封条24抱在气象雷达的立柱上,因此保证了锅盖露在外部,保证了气象雷达能够在雨天、雪天等任何恶劣条件下进行正常工作,避免了雨水进入气象雷达车方舱内。

1.一种气象雷达车电动顶盖,其特征在于:它包括气象雷达车方舱(1)和大顶盖传动机构,所述的气象雷达车方舱(1)的顶部设置有通槽(2)以及设置于通槽(2)左侧的电机(3)和十字换向器(4),通槽(2)的上方罩有左大顶盖(5)和右大顶盖(6),左大顶盖(5)和右大顶盖(6)顶表面均设置有连通通槽(2)的半圆槽(7),左大顶盖(5)和右大顶盖(6)的下表面且位于顶盖的两端均固定安装有齿条A(8)和齿条B(9),所述的电机(3)的输出端与十字换向器(4)的输入端连接,十字换向器(4)的左右侧均设置有输出端,两个输出端处均连接有大顶盖传动机构,两个大顶盖传动机构关于十字换向器(4)对称设置;
左侧的大顶盖传动机构由传动轴I(10)、蜗轮(11)、传动轴II(12)、万向节(13)、传动轴III(14)、安装于传动轴I(10)上的蜗杆(15)、安装于传动轴II(12)上的齿轮A(16)和蜗轮(11)以及安装于传动轴III(14)上的齿轮B(17)组成,传动轴I(10)与十字换向器(4)的左侧输出端连接,万向节(13)连接于传动轴II(12)和传动轴III(14)之间,传动轴II(12)垂直于传动轴I(10)设置,传动轴III(14)与传动轴II(12)处于同一轴线上,传动轴II(12)和传动轴III(14)均旋转安装于气象雷达车方舱(1)的顶部,所述的蜗轮(11)与蜗杆(15)啮合,齿轮A(16)与齿条A(8)啮合,齿轮B(17)与齿条B(9)啮合;
所述的左大顶盖(5)和右大顶盖(6)的顶表面上且位于半圆槽(7)的两侧均设置平行于传动轴I(10)的导轨(18),位于左大顶盖(5)上的两个导轨(18)之间安装有可沿导轨(18)滑动的左小顶盖(19),位于右大顶盖(6)上的两个导轨(18)之间安装有可沿导轨(18)滑动的右小顶盖(20),所述的左大顶盖(5)和右大顶盖(6)的顶表面上均设置有小顶盖传动机构,两个小顶盖传动机构对称设置,左侧的小顶盖传动机构由第一连杆(21)、第二连杆(22)、拉伸弹簧(23)和密封条(24)组成, 第一连杆(21)的一端铰接于左大顶盖(5)上,第一连杆(21)的另一端铰接于第二连杆(22)上,第二连杆(22)铰接于左小顶盖(19)上,第二连杆(22)上固定有拉伸弹簧(23),拉伸弹簧(23)的另一端固定于左大顶盖(5)上,密封条(24)固定于左小顶盖(19)的端面上,左侧的小顶盖传动机构的密封条(24)和右侧的小顶盖传动机构的密封条(24)紧密接触。
