Abstract
本发明涉及一种谷物和人参花发酵物及其在皮肤清洁产品中的应用。该方法首先对含有谷物或人参花的培养基加热灭菌,后接入微生物,发酵,灭菌,得包含菌体、发酵滤液及固体颗粒的发酵产物。所述发酵产物用于清洁产品中。其具有良好得去除皮肤表面油脂、平滑肌肤、抗炎症、痤疮等作用。并且具有营养肌肤,温和去除皮肤角质,低刺激性,安全温和的特点。

本发明涉及一种皮肤清洁组合物,特别是含有谷物和人参花发酵产物的皮肤清洁组合物。
技术背景
目前常用的皮肤清洁产品中,无泡型皮肤清洁产品一般在配方中含有适量油份,有时也含有少量表面活性剂,其特征为泡沫较少,比较温和,与含有大量表面活性剂的泡沫型洗面奶相比,具有低刺激性,不会造成过度清洁,适合干性皮肤及敏感性皮肤使用的特征。但是缺点是对皮肤清洁力度较小,同时不具备去除表皮多余角质功能。
磨砂型皮肤清洁产品在日化领域有广泛应用。磨砂型皮肤清洁产品其主要组成成份为:磨砂粒子、表面活性剂及其他添加物。其中的磨砂粒子主要可以分为有机磨砂粒子及无机磨砂粒子。其中有机磨砂粒子包括天然果壳颗粒、果核颗粒、贝壳粉、珍珠粉。无机磨砂粒子有竹炭、高岭土、盐颗粒、石英砂、碳酸钙等。其主要特点是除了配方中清洗剂的去污作用外,还可以通过磨砂粒子机械摩擦作用清除多余角质、灰尘及包斑等。但是如果磨砂粒子成份过硬或使用不当可造成皮肤摩擦损伤,角质层过薄加速皮肤脱落(特别是干性和中性皮肤消费者)。
如今,崇尚自然的时尚风席卷全球,美容护肤界也莫能例外,掀起了人们对天然安全护肤品追求的热潮,一些天然、安全的护肤品功效原料涌入视野。五谷杂粮对人体的健康起到非常有利的作用,五谷中含有丰富的蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、矿物质及多种维生素,这些营养成份对皮肤护理颇有益处。特别是通过微生物发酵的谷物用于皮肤护理中具有保持皮肤含水量、增强皮肤弹性、增强皮肤屏障、促进皮下胶原蛋白产生及一定抗氧化功效。。
KR20130019192A公开了李子、石榴、柑桔、大米粉碎,加入乳酸菌培养,离心分离获得滤液,用于去死皮,但是该方法制备的清洁产品对于皮肤油脂的去除未见良好报道。
KR20090115844A公开了中草药(特别是白芷)、红豆、米糠加入乳酸菌发酵,过滤的滤液,用于洗涤剂或肥皂的替代品清洗女性阴道,具有防止阴道粘膜有害菌的生长,去除异味的功效。但是该方法制备的清洁产品为未见对皮肤表面油脂清除报道。
JP2001271096A公开了米糠作为清洁剂的应用,所述米糠粉通过加入乳酸菌,58℃培养发酵6小时,加入柠檬酸5%,干燥,过筛获得。该文献比较了发酵米糠粉末同不发酵米糠粉末清洁皮肤效果,结果显示发酵米糠更能够提高皮肤水合度。但是该粉末状清洗剂使用前需要预先同液体或蛋液混匀调浆后涂抹皮肤,使用较繁琐,且短时间混合粉末中的营养物质不能够完全充分释放出,造成营养不能充分被皮肤吸收。
CN103211749A公开了通过微生物发酵糯米粉来制备洗发水的方法,但是其选择菌株发酵时间长达15天,发酵后会影响了糯米粉原本带有的颗粒感。削弱了其磨砂清洁的效果。
因此仍然需要寻找一种合适的用于皮肤清洁产品的方法。
目前,利用微生物发酵谷物产品主要应用于食品领域。CN101164428A公开了发酵的玉米粉、豆粕等制备生物饲料的方法,CN103404779A乳酸菌发酵的粘玉米粉的食品,王志伟等“乳酸菌谷物发酵食品——酸粥发酵工艺的研究,农产品加工,2010.2,27~30”公开了以糯米、小米、糜米、玉米碴为原料,利用性状优良的乳酸菌发酵,测得发酵后样品氨基酸含量及总量明显增多。Immaculata等“Hypolipidemic effects oflactic acid bacteriafermented cereal in rats”.Banjoko et al.Lipids in Health and Disease,2012.11,170公开了嗜酸乳杆菌,双歧杆菌和瑞士乳杆菌混合发酵玉米粉,在玉米粉中生长良好,发酵后玉米粉达到可接受味道。并发现该混合菌发酵的食品有抑制脂肪吸收的作用[2]。Vittorio等“Lactic acid bacteria producing B-group vitamins:a great potentialfor functional cereals products”,Appl Microbiol Biotechnol,2012,96:1383-1394公开了可以通过微生物的筛选和发酵条件的不同提高发酵谷物中VB族的含量,开发在谷物发酵产品微生物生产维生素。吴小燕等“内蒙古农业大学,硕士学问论文,2013”报道了用乳酸菌发酵薏苡仁,发酵液中多糖、多肽含量较未发酵增高4~8倍,并且发酵液具有良好抗氧化性。傅亮等“发酵型米乳的研制,食品与机械,2006,5:103~105.”以大米为原料,经糊化等预处理后接入一定量乳酸菌进行发酵,得到了感官和组织状态良好的发酵型米乳。龚院生等“小米发酵饮料的研制,郑州粮食学院学报,1999,3:41~43.”采用甜酒曲和酵母菌两步发酵得到口味良好的小米发酵饮品。由此可见,微生物在利用谷物中营养物质的同时,自身产生一些代谢产物,使谷物中的大分子分解为分子量较小的物质,更易于吸收。同时还将谷物中难以释放的营养物质释放出来。另外经微生物发酵可产生特有的物质如乳酸、多糖、抗菌素、抗氧化物质及生物转化产物使产品具有更高生物活性,易于机体吸收等作用。但是,谷物发酵产物用于清洁产品中的应用还未见报道。
人参属于五加科人参属的植物,至今为止所报道的功效有:对中枢神经系统的作用、抗癌作用、免疫调节作用、增强肝功功能、心血管障碍改善、抗压、抗疲劳作用、抗氧化活性及抗老化抑制功能。
人参生理活性成份是人参皂苷。目前应用最多的是人参的地下部位,但是人参的叶、花、果实、种子中也含有人参皂苷成份。人参植株中的不同部位,人参皂苷的含量有显著差异。
近年来,人参作为化妆品的皮肤功能原料被广泛研究,其中大部分都利用了人参的根,主要是利用人参多糖及人参皂苷成份。但是利用人参花带来的皮肤功能效果研究甚少,特别是经发酵后人参花提取物用于皮肤的研究未见报道。
CN102065836A公开了含有人参的花或人参的种子提取物的皮肤外用剂组合物,具有防止皮肤老化、皮肤弹性改善、保湿、抗炎等作用。CN101676402A公开了利用青霉菌转化人参皂苷Rd,报道称该方法转化率高达70%~90%。CN104087645A公开了一种固体发酵人参花的方法,该方法是利用植物乳杆菌在固体培养基中发酵人参花,使人参皂苷含量提高。但是仍然没有将人参花发酵产物用于制备清洁组合物中的报道。
发明人发现,将谷物发酵产物应用于清洁组合物中,由于谷物发酵产物含有大量淀粉及糊精,对皮肤油脂有很好的吸附清除作用,其次,谷物发酵产物应用于皮肤清洁产品中,保留了谷物的颗粒感和温和的磨砂感,配合清洁过程中的摩擦动作可以温和去除皮肤表面老化角质。另外谷物发酵产物中的营养物质如菌体、乳酸、多肽、氨基酸、多糖、维生素等还赋予了清洁产品滋养肌肤,防止清洁过度带来的肌肤干燥、紧绷等不适感。进一步的发现,将人参花发酵产物与谷物发酵产物复配用于制备清洁组合物中增强了其抗炎,保湿,抗氧化,平衡油脂的效果,并且组合物获得了提高的低刺激性,安全温和的特点。
因此,本发明涉及将谷物和人参花发酵产物应用于清洁组合物中,其在组合物中保留了谷物营养成份及颗粒感,能温和去除皮肤表面老化角质,清除表面油脂,营养皮肤,舒缓皮肤刺激,同时具有低刺激性、安全温的特点。
发明内容
本发明涉及谷物和人参花发酵产物在清洁组合物中的应用。
所述谷物发酵产物通过谷物培养基加热灭菌,后接入微生物,发酵,灭菌,得包含菌体、发酵滤液及固体颗粒的谷物发酵产物。所述谷物发酵产物通过谷物颗粒经微生物发酵后获得的产物,其具有0.02mm~1mm,优选0.05mm~0.4mm,更优选0.15mm~0.25mm的粒径。
进一步的,所述谷物选自大米、小米、玉米、黑米、高粱、薏仁中的一种或几种。
进一步的,本发明涉及含有玉米和人参花发酵产物的皮肤清洁组合物。
进一步的,本发明所述清洁组合物基本上不含有表面活性剂。
本发明的谷物发酵产物,其通过下述步骤制备:
1、培养基加热灭菌
2、接入活化好的发酵菌种
3、发酵
4、调节pH
5、灭菌

进一步的调节pH范围为5.0~6.0。
灭菌温度为65℃~120℃。灭菌时间控制为15min~60min。
所述人参花发酵产物通过包括下述步骤的方法制备:
(1)培养基加热灭菌,培养基基质为人参花粉末。人参花含量为1%~10重量%,优选1%~5%,更优选2%~3%。
(2)接入活化好的发酵菌种,接种量为0.1%~20体积%,
(3)发酵,温度为25℃~45℃,
(4)过滤,离心处理,得上清,
(5)调节pH,范围为4.0~7.0。
进一步的,培养基中可添加营养物质。所述营养物质选自葡萄糖、乳糖、蔗糖和/或麦芽糖,优选葡萄糖。
所述微生物,选自啤酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)、产朊假丝酵母(Candida utilis)等酵母菌,或嗜酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus)、副干酪乳杆菌(Lactobacillus paracasei)、鼠李糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillus rhamnosus)、短乳杆菌(Lactobacillus brevis)、保加利亚乳杆菌(Lactobacillus bulgaricus)、罗伊氏乳杆菌(Lactobacillus reuteri)、唾液乳杆菌(Lactobacillus salivarius)、嗜热链球菌(Streptococcus thermophilus)、肠膜明串珠菌(Leuconostoc mesenteroides)、乳酸乳球菌(Lactococcus lactis)等乳酸菌,或根酶菌或曲霉菌的一种或几种微生物的混合物。
适合于本发明的清洁组合物可以是洁面霜、洁面乳、洁面啫喱、洁面穆斯、沐浴液、沐浴乳、洗手液等任意形式,其可应用于面部清洁及身体清洁。
在一个特别的实施例中,所述乳剂清洁组合物含有:
油性物质1%~20重量%、优选2%~15重量%,特别是3%~10重量%;
发酵产物10%~80重量%、优选20%~70重量%,特别是30%~50重量%;
乳化剂1%~10重量%,优选2%~8重量%,特别是3%~5重量%,
粘度调节剂0.01%~5重量%,优选0.05%~3重量%,特别是0.1%~1重量%,
纯水10%~80重量%,优选15%~60重量%,特别是20%~40重量%。
在一个特别的实施例中,所述啫喱清洁组合物含有:
发酵产物10%~80重量%,优选20%~70重量%,特别是30%~50重量%
凝胶剂0.01%~5重量%,优选0.05%~3重量%,特别是0.1%~1重量%。
水10%~80重量%,优选15%~60重量%,特别是20%~40重量%。
油性物质
硅氧烷,以及还有芳基-、烷基-或烷氧基-取代的聚甲基硅氧烷和环甲硅氧烷。
适用于本发明的油脂还包括具有2-44个碳原子的直链和/或支链一元和/或二元羧酸与具有1-22个碳原子的饱和或不饱和的直链和/或支链醇的一元和二元酯类。同样地,作为用于本发明的油脂,也可以使用具有2-36个碳原子的双官能脂族醇与具有1-22个碳原子的单官能脂族羧酸的酯。
作为用于本发明的油脂,还可以具体优选使用具有12-22个碳原子的脂肪酸的酯类,如甲酯以及异丙酯,例如月桂酸甲酯、硬脂酸甲酯、油酸甲酯、芥酸甲酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、硬脂酸异丙酯和/或油酸异丙酯。
此外,作为用于本发明的油脂,还具体优选硬脂酸正丁酯、月桂酸正己酯、油酸正癸酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、棕榈酸异壬酯、异壬酸异壬酯、棕榈酸2-乙基己基酯、月桂酸2-乙基己基酯、硬脂酸2-己基癸基酯、棕榈酸2-辛基十二烷基酯、油酸油烯酯、芥酸油烯酯和/或油酸芥酯。
作为用于本发明的油脂,还尤其合适的是二羧酸酯类,例如己二酸二正丁酯、癸二酸二正丁酯、己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯、琥珀酸二(2-己基癸基)酯和/或壬二酸二异十三烷基酯。作为用于本发明的油脂,还尤其合适的是二醇酯类,例如二油酸乙二醇酯、二异十三烷酸乙二醇酯、二(2-乙基己酸)丙二醇酯、二异硬脂酸丁二醇酯和/或二辛酸新戊二醇酯。
作为用于本发明的油脂,还可以使用碳酸二酯类,如碳酸二(2-乙基己基)酯。
同样适用的是相对长链时甘油三酯类,即甘油与三个酸分子的三重酯类,这些酸分子中至少一个是一个相对长链的酸分子。这里通过举例的方式可以提及的是脂肪酸甘油三酯类,这包括合成的辛酸/癸酸的混合物的甘油三酯类、工业油酸的甘油三酯类、异硬脂酸的甘油三酯和棕榈/油酸混合物的甘油三酯类。此外还可以使用的是直链或支链脂肪醇类,例如油醇或辛基十二烷醇,以及还有脂肪醇醚类,例如二辛基醚等。
作为用于本发明的油脂,同样适用的是天然植物油,例如橄榄油、葵花籽油、大豆油、花生油、油菜籽油、杏仁油、棕榈油和/或霍霍巴油,而且还有椰子油或棕榈壳油的液态部分,以及还有动物油,例如像鲸蜡油、牛蹄油或牛油的液态部分。
作为用于本发明的油脂,还可以使用烃类油脂,特别是液体石蜡以及异链烷烃。可以使用的烃类油脂的实例是石蜡油、白矿油、异十六烷、聚癸烯、石油膏、轻液体石蜡和/或角鲨烷。此外,芳基羧酸的酯类也是合适的,如苯甲酸的酯类,例如具有1-22个碳原子的饱和或不饱和的直链或支链醇与苯甲酸形成的苯甲酸酯,例如苯甲酸异硬脂基酯和苯甲酸2-辛基十二烷基酯,优选苯甲酸C12-15烷基酯。
在本发明清洁组合物的一个优选实施方案中,油性物质可以为白油、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、硬脂酸、棕榈酸异辛酯中的一种或几种组合。
乳化剂
在本发明的无泡皮肤清洁组合物中,还包含了乳化剂,其为非离子乳化剂。适用于本发明的水包油非离子乳化剂为选自具有聚氧乙烯链作为亲水基的亲水性非离子表面活性剂、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪醇醚、蔗糖脂肪酸酯。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述具有聚氧乙烯链作为亲水基的亲水性非离子表面活性剂选自下组:聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、聚氧乙烯甘油单脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油和聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油单脂肪酸酯。
作为聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯,优选聚氧乙烯辛酸酯、聚氧乙烯2-乙基己酸酯、聚氧乙烯癸酸酯、聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯肉豆蔻酸酯、聚氧乙烯棕榈酸酯、聚氧乙烯异硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯油酸酯、聚氧乙烯山萮酸酯等。
作为聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,优选聚氧乙烯辛基醚、聚氧乙烯癸基醚、聚氧乙烯月桂基醚、聚氧乙烯肉豆蔻基醚、聚氧乙烯棕榈基醚、聚氧乙烯异硬脂基醚、聚氧乙烯硬脂基醚、聚氧乙烯油基醚、聚氧乙烯山萮基醚等。
作为聚氧乙烯甘油单脂肪酸酯,优选聚氧乙烯甘油单辛酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油单癸酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油单肉豆蔻酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油单棕榈酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油单异硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油单山萮酸酯等。
作为聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油,优选其中的聚氧乙烯结构部分平均包含20-80个、优选30-60个氧化乙烯重复单元的那些聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油。
作为聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油单脂肪酸酯,优选聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油单辛酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油单癸酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油单肉豆蔻酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油单棕榈酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油单异硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油单山萮酸酯等。

作为上述聚甘油脂肪醇醚,优选其中形成该聚甘油脂肪醇醚的脂肪醇是饱和的或不饱和的并且具有8-22个碳原子且聚甘油结构部分平均包含2-60个甘油重复单元的聚甘油脂肪醇醚。作为其实例,可以提及:聚甘油辛基醚、聚甘油癸基醚、聚甘油月桂基醚、聚甘油肉豆蔻基醚、聚甘油棕榈基醚、聚甘油异硬脂基醚、聚甘油硬脂基醚、聚甘油油基醚、聚甘油山萮基醚等。特别优选其中形成该聚甘油脂肪醇醚的脂肪醇是饱和的或不饱和的并且具有8-18个碳原子且聚甘油结构部分平均包含3-15个甘油重复单元的聚甘油脂肪醇醚,尤其是其中形成该聚甘油脂肪醇醚的脂肪醇是饱和的或不饱和的并且具有10-14个碳原子且聚甘油结构部分平均包含3-5个甘油重复单元的聚甘油脂肪醇醚,例如聚甘油-4月桂基醚。
作为蔗糖脂肪酸酯,优选蔗糖的单-和多辛酸酯、蔗糖的单-和多2-乙基己酸酯、蔗糖的单-和多癸酸酯、蔗糖的单-和多月桂酸酯(如蔗糖二月桂酸酯)、蔗糖的单-和多肉豆蔻酸酯、蔗糖的单-和多棕榈酸酯(如蔗糖六棕榈酸酯)、蔗糖的单-和多异硬脂酸酯、蔗糖的单-和多硬脂酸酯、蔗糖的单-和多油酸酯、蔗糖的单-和多山萮酸酯等。
本发明的组合物中可以含有黏度调节剂及凝胶剂,其为亲水性物质,所述水性物质选自水溶性聚合物。
作为水溶性聚合物,可以是天然聚多糖类,例如黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、瓜尔豆胶、甲壳素衍生物(例如季铵化羟丙基壳多糖)、透明质酸、汉生胶等。
作为水溶性聚合物,还可以是半合成聚合物,例如改性纤维素类,其包括羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、季铵化纤维素等。
进一步的,本发明的组合物可以含有多元醇,可用于本发明的多元醇是具有1至6个碳原子的多元醇,包括丙二醇、己二醇、甘油和丙二醇。
附加组分
本发明的情节组合物可包含附加组分,这些附加组分可以由技术人员根据所需最终产品的特性进行选择,并且这些附加组分适于使该组合物更美观或使其具有附加的使用有益效果。
附加组分的单独用量按所述组合物的重量计通常为0.001%至10重量%,优选0.01-5重量%。
可将各种各样的其它附加组分配制到本发明的组合物中。这些组分但不限于保湿剂、美白剂、抗氧化剂、调理剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、着色剂、香料、螯合剂等成份。
发泡表面活性剂
本发明组合物基本不含有发泡表面活性剂,所述发泡表面活性剂选自阴离子发泡表面活性剂、非离子发泡表面活性剂、两性发泡表面活性剂和它们的混合物。
阴离子发泡表面活性剂非限制性例子包括肌氨酸盐、硫酸盐、羟乙磺酸盐、牛磺酸盐、磷酸盐、乳酸盐、谷氨酸盐和它们的混合物。
非离子性发泡表面活性剂包括烷基葡糖苷、烷基多葡糖苷、多羟基脂肪酸胺、烷氧基化脂肪酸酯、发泡蔗糖酯、氧化胺和它们的混合物。
“两性发泡表面活性剂”包括两性离子表面活性剂,它作为两性表面活性剂一个小类为本领域的熟练配方人员所熟知。本发明组合物中可以使用相当广泛的两性发泡表面活性剂。两性或两性离子表面活性剂的非限制性例子选自甜菜碱、磺基甜菜碱、羟基磺基甜菜碱、烷基亚氨基乙酸盐、亚氨基二链烷酸盐、氨基链烷酸盐和它们的混合物。

制备例1:玉米发酵产物制备
取100g玉米碴(粒径为:0.15mm~0.25mm,60目~80目)与900ml饮用水中,加热灭菌,灭菌条件为105℃,15min,冷却室温后接入干酪乳杆菌,接种量为5%体积。37℃发酵24h~48h。调节PH至5.5~6.0,灭活菌体,灭菌条件为105℃,15min。
制备例2:玉米发酵产物制备
与制备例1方法相同,区别在于玉米碴(粒径为:0.25mm~0.5mm,40目~60目)。
制备例3:玉米发酵产物制备
与制备例1方法相同,区别在于玉米碴(粒径为0.1mm~0.15mm:80目~120目)。
制备例4:人参花发酵产物制备
取20g人参花粉末加入980ml饮用水中,加热灭菌,灭菌温度为121℃,15min,冷却室温后接入干酪乳杆菌,接种量为5%体积,37℃发酵24~48h,过滤除去人参花粉末,离心除去杂质,调节PH至5.5~6.0。

分别使用实施例1-3和对比例1-5无泡皮肤清洁组合物,然后使用效果做出评分。颗粒感凭感觉做出评价。清洁效果通过MPA580皮肤测试仪进行皮肤油脂含量测定,根据使用感受对组合物进行综合打分,标准为使用时无刺激、使用时易涂抹、使用后滋润、使用后清爽、使用后皮肤平滑各占1分,有一项不符合减去1分。

实施例1和对比例3组合物效果评价
20名志愿者平均分成两组,分为玉米人参花发酵产物无泡洁面乳组及发酵米糠粉组,志愿者每日两次使用玉米人参花发酵产物洗面奶和发酵米糠粉洁面,日常使用相同安慰剂霜膏护肤。使用8周后,MPA580测试皮肤水合度及透皮失水。
结果显示使用8周后,玉米人参花发酵产物洗面奶组皮肤水合度高于发酵米糠组,透皮失水率低于发酵米糠组。说明发酵产物无泡洗面奶中营养成份更能充份被皮肤吸收,同时有较强增强皮肤屏障功能。
实施例1和对比例4无泡组合物效果评价
20名志愿者平均分成两组,分为玉米人参花发酵产物无泡洗面乳组及发酵糯米粉清洗剂组,志愿者使用玉米人参花无泡洗面乳和发酵糯米粉清洗剂洁面,5min后VISIA全脸分析仪测定皮肤表面非平滑点数量。
结果显示玉米人参花发酵产物无泡洗面乳组皮肤表面非平滑点降低率显著高于发酵糯米粉清洗剂。说明玉米发酵产物无泡洗面乳中的温和磨砂颗粒作用较强去除皮肤表面多余角质及毛孔周围多余污垢。
实施例1-3和对比例1-2无泡洗面乳对比
30名志愿者分为6组,分别使用5种不同粒径玉米和人参花洗面乳洁面及空白对照洗面乳。空白组为不含发酵产物的无泡洁面乳。洁面自然晾干5min后测试面部平滑度及面部油脂变化情况。
结果显示过60目~80目筛玉米颗粒和人参花发酵产物洗面乳组在非平滑点降低率及油脂清除率上效果最佳。颗粒过大在洁面过程中得不到很好分散和摩擦,颗粒过小丧失了磨砂颗粒感觉和效果。
实施例4
玉米人参花发酵产物无泡洗面乳同市售几种洗面奶刺激性比较
取待测市售洗面奶及玉米人参花发酵产物洁面乳,配成活性物质分数为10%的溶液,再加入一定量的玉米醇溶蛋白(zein),在25℃搅拌2h,然后过滤。滤液用微量凯氏定氮法测得氮的质量分数(A)。用同样的方法可测得不加zein的表面活性剂溶液中氮的质量分数(B)。
Zein值=A-B,zein值用溶液中所含氮量mg(或g)/L表示,zein值越大说明表面活性剂刺激性越大。
结果(附图6)显示市售几种洗面奶Zein值远高于无泡的玉米人参花发酵洗面乳,说明几种含有常见表面活性剂的洗面奶刺激性远高于无泡玉米发酵产物洁面乳。
实施例5制备不同谷物人参花发酵颗粒无泡洁面乳
与发酵产物制备例1方法相同,区别在于谷物为大米、小米、黑米、高粱、薏苡仁(粒径为:0.25mm~0.5mm,40目~60目)中的一种。空白对照组为不添加发酵产物的洁面乳。其清洁效果见附图7:结果显示大米、小米、黑米、高粱、薏苡仁发酵产物与人参花发酵产物的洁面乳清除油脂效果远优于不添加发酵产物的空白组。
实施例6制备不同微生物谷物发酵颗粒无泡洁面乳
与实施例1方法相同,区别在于使用不同的微生物:微生物分别采用酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)、爪哇根霉(Rhizopus)、米曲霉(Aspergill us oryzae)的一种进行发酵。(粒径为:0.25mm~0.5mm,40目~60目)。空白对照组为不添加发酵产物的无泡洁面乳。其清洁效果见图8:结果显示几种微生物发酵产物制备的无泡洁面乳清洁效果远优于不添加谷物发酵物的无泡洁面乳。
实施例7玉米和人参花发酵无泡洁面乳同玉米发酵洁面乳抗炎效果比较。
20名长期具有皮肤炎症及痤疮反复发作的志愿者,平均分为两组,为玉米人参花发酵产物无泡洗面乳组及未发酵玉米无泡洗面乳组,志愿者每日两次使用玉米人参花发酵产物无泡洗面乳和未发酵玉米无泡洗面乳洁面,日常使用相同安慰剂霜膏护肤。使用4周后,比较痤疮和皮肤炎症的程度,其结果显示使用玉米和人参发酵无泡洁面乳组面部炎症改善程度明显优于对照组。结果见附图9。
实施例8玉米和人参花发酵无泡洁面乳同玉米发酵洁面乳抗氧化性效果比较。
本发明的玉米发酵产物洁面乳以及玉米和人参花发酵产物洁面乳分别10稀释倍。实验以维生素C为阳性对照,取样1ml,加入0.04mg/ml的DPPH-乙醇溶液3.0ml,避光静置30min,12000rpm离心10min,在517nm下测定吸光度。计算出DPPH清除率。结果显示发酵组合物洁面乳具有更优异的抗氧化活性。结果见附图10。
Claims (7)
1.一种皮肤清洁组合物,其含有发酵产物10%~80重量%,所述发酵产物由谷物发酵产物和人参花发酵产物按比例混合而成,其中谷物发酵产物占发酵产物的80%~95重量%,其中人参花发酵物占发酵产物的5%~20重量%,所述谷物发酵产物为粉碎谷物,经微生物发酵后获得的产物,所述粉碎谷物具有0.15mm~0.25mm的粒径,
其中,
所述谷物选自大米、小米、玉米、黑米、高粱、薏仁中的一种或几种;
所述谷物发酵产物通过下述步骤的方法制备:
(1)培养基加热灭菌,养基为谷物颗粒,
(2)接入活化好的发酵菌种,接种量为0.1%~20%体积,
(3)发酵,温度为25℃~45℃,其中发酵时间为24-48小时,
(4)调节pH,范围为4.0~7.0,
(5)灭菌,灭菌温度为65℃~120℃,灭菌时间为15min~60min。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于组合物是洁面霜、洁面乳、洁面啫喱、洁面穆斯、沐浴液、沐浴乳、洗手液。
3.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述人参花发酵产物通过包括下述步骤的方法制备:
(1)培养基加热灭菌,培养基基质为人参花粉末,人参花含量为1%~10重量%,
(2)接入活化好的发酵菌种,接种量为0.1%~20体积%,
(3)发酵,温度为25℃~45℃,
(4)过滤,离心处理,得上清液,
(5)调节pH,范围为4.0~7.0。

5.如权利要求1所述的组合物,所述的培养基中,进一步添加营养物质,所述营养物质选自葡萄糖、乳糖、蔗糖和/或麦芽糖。
6.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其为乳剂,含有:油性物质1%~20重量%,发酵产物10%~80重量%,乳化剂1%~10重量%,粘度调节剂0.01%~5重量%,纯水10%~80重量%。
7.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其为啫喱,其含有:发酵产物10%~80重量%,凝胶剂0.01%~1重量%,纯水10%~80重量%。
