Abstract

本发明涉及毛条夹持设备领域，尤其是一种毛条夹具的上夹板，它包括长条形的上夹板本体，在上夹板的一端的下表面倾斜的设置有若干条凹槽，在凹槽内均镶嵌有橡胶材料，且橡胶材料凸出于上夹板本体的下表面；在上夹板本体的另一端设置有用于与下夹板连接的销孔，在上夹板本体的中间位置设置有用于与机架连接的轴孔。本发明所得到的毛条夹具的上夹板，利用倾斜的凹槽及凹槽内的橡胶材料的设计，可有效的提高了对毛条的夹持力，且在当压力过大的情况下，也不会对毛条造成损伤；另外橡胶材料凸出与上夹板本体的下表面，可实现橡胶材料与毛条接触，进一步保护毛条受损。

本发明涉及毛条夹持设备领域，尤其是一种毛条夹具的上夹板。
背景技术
现有技术中，毛条的夹具有两个板状结构组成的夹子状结构，且两个板状结构的部件均为普通的钢板，在使用过程中对毛条的夹持力度较小，若为了增加夹持力而提高压力，则容易造成毛条受损等情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种结构简单，能有效的提高对毛条夹持力的毛条夹具的上夹板。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的毛条夹具的上夹板，它包括长条形的上夹板本体，在上夹板的一端的下表面倾斜的设置有若干条凹槽，在凹槽内均镶嵌有橡胶材料，且橡胶材料凸出于上夹板本体的下表面；在上夹板本体的另一端设置有用于与下夹板连接的销孔，在上夹板本体的中间位置设置有用于与机架连接的轴孔。
所述的凹槽之间间隔相同。
所述的凹槽方向与凹槽两端所在的上夹板本体的两个侧壁之间的夹角为60°。
本发明所得到的毛条夹具的上夹板，利用倾斜的凹槽及凹槽内的橡胶材料的设计，可有效的提高了对毛条的夹持力，且在当压力过大的情况下，也不会对毛条造成损伤；另外橡胶材料凸出与上夹板本体的下表面，可实现橡胶材料与毛条接触，进一步保护毛条受损。

下面通过实施例结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1：
如图1、图2所示，本实施例描述的毛条夹具的上夹板，它包括长条形的上夹板本体1，在上夹板的一端的下表面倾斜的设置有五条凹槽2，在凹槽2内均镶嵌有橡胶材料3，且橡胶材料3凸出于上夹板本体1的下表面；在上夹板本体1的另一端设置有用于与下夹板连接的销孔4，在上夹板本体1的中间位置设置有用于与机架连接的轴孔5。所述的凹槽2之间间隔相同。
所述的凹槽2方向与凹槽2两端所在的上夹板本体1的两个侧壁之间的夹角为60°。

1.一种毛条夹具的上夹板，其特征是：它包括长条形的上夹板本体，在上夹板的一端的下表面倾斜的设置有若干条凹槽，在凹槽内均镶嵌有橡胶材料，且橡胶材料凸出于上夹板本体的下表面；在上夹板本体的另一端设置有用于与下夹板连接的销孔，在上夹板本体的中间位置设置有用于与机架连接的轴孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛条夹具的上夹板，其特征是：所述的凹槽之间间隔相同。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种毛条夹具的上夹板，其特征是：所述的凹槽方向与凹槽两端所在的上夹板本体的两个侧壁之间的夹角为60°。
