Abstract
本发明公开了一种电缆固定夹具，包括外壳体和底座，外壳体通过两根支撑腿固定安装在底座上，外壳体内部设有上夹具和下夹具，上夹具和下夹具均为半圆筒状，上夹具和外壳体上部通过弹簧Ⅰ连接，下夹具和外壳体下部通过弹簧Ⅱ连接。本发明的电缆固定夹具结构简单，电缆安装方便，能够有效夹持固定电缆，电缆不容易松动、脱落，且能够夹持不同横截面大小的电缆，实用性好。

本发明涉及电缆附件应用技术领域，具体来说涉及一种电缆固定夹具 。
背景技术
电力电缆铺设过程中，为了保证电力电缆的使用稳定性，需要使用夹具将电缆固定，但是现有固定夹具结构复杂、操作繁琐，且只能适用一种横截面大小的电缆，使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的缺点，提供一种电缆固定夹具 。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：一种电缆固定夹具，包括外壳体和底座，外壳体通过两根支撑腿固定安装在底座上，外壳体内部设有上夹具和下夹具，上夹具和下夹具均为半圆筒状，上夹具和外壳体上部通过弹簧Ⅰ连接，下夹具和外壳体下部通过弹簧Ⅱ连接。
所述外壳体为圆筒状。
所述上夹具和下夹具内壁上均设有保护层。
所述保护层为高性能橡胶垫。
本发明的电缆固定夹具结构简单，电缆安装方便，能够有效夹持固定电缆，电缆不容易松动、脱落，且能够夹持不同横截面大小的电缆，实用性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1和图2所示的电缆固定夹具，包括外壳体1和底座4，外壳体1通过两根支撑腿5固定安装在底座4上，外壳体1为圆筒状，外壳体1内部设有上夹具2和下夹具3，上夹具2和下夹具3均为半圆筒状，上夹具2和下夹具3内壁上均设有保护层7，保护层7为高性能橡胶垫，能够保护电缆外表面，防止电缆外表面磨损或刮伤，上夹具2和外壳体1上部通过弹簧Ⅰ8连接，下夹具3和外壳体1下部通过弹簧Ⅱ6连接，通过上夹具2和下夹具3闭合来夹持电缆，通过弹簧能够改变上夹具2和下夹具3的闭合大小，从而能够夹持不同横截面大小的电缆。

1.一种电缆固定夹具，其特征在于：包括外壳体和底座，外壳体通过两根支撑腿固定安装在底座上，外壳体内部设有上夹具和下夹具，上夹具和下夹具均为半圆筒状，上夹具和外壳体上部通过弹簧Ⅰ连接，下夹具和外壳体下部通过弹簧Ⅱ连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆固定夹具，其特征在于：所述外壳体为圆筒状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电缆固定夹具，其特征在于：所述上夹具和下夹具内壁上均设有保护层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电缆固定夹具，其特征在于：所述保护层为高性能橡胶垫。
