本发明涉及毛条夹持设备领域，尤其是一种毛条夹具，它包括上夹板和下夹板，所述的上夹板包括长条形的上夹板本体，在上夹板本体的一端的下表面倾斜的设置有若干条凹槽，在凹槽内均镶嵌有橡胶材料，所述的下夹板包括下夹板本体，在下夹板本体的一端的上表面倾斜的设置有若干条凹槽，在凹槽内均镶嵌有橡胶材料，在下夹板本体上设置有轴孔一端的端部连接有力臂，在上夹板上的销孔与下夹板上的销孔之间设置有连接板和销。本发明所得到的毛条夹具，可有效的提高了对毛条的夹持力，且在当压力过大的情况下，也不会对毛条造成损伤；另外橡胶材料凸出与上夹板本体的下表面和下夹板本体的上表面，可实现橡胶材料与毛条接触，进一步保护毛条受损。

本发明涉及毛条夹持设备领域，尤其是一种毛条夹具。
背景技术
现有技术中，毛条的夹具有两个板状结构组成的夹子状结构，且两个板状结构的部件均为普通的钢板，在使用过程中对毛条的夹持力度较小，若为了增加夹持力而提高压力，则容易造成毛条受损等情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种结构简单，能有效提高对毛条的夹持力的毛条夹具。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的毛条夹具，它包括上夹板和下夹板，所述的上夹板包括长条形的上夹板本体，在上夹板本体的一端的下表面倾斜的设置有若干条凹槽，在凹槽内均镶嵌有橡胶材料，且橡胶材料凸出于上夹板本体的下表面；在上夹板本体的另一端设置有用于与下夹板连接的销孔，在上夹板本体的中间位置设置有用于与机架连接的轴孔；所述的下夹板包括下夹板本体，在下夹板本体的一端的上表面倾斜的设置有若干条凹槽，在凹槽内均镶嵌有橡胶材料，且橡胶材料凸出于下夹板本体的上表面；在下夹板本体的另一端设置有用于与机架连接的轴孔，在下夹板本体的中间位置设置有用于与上夹板连接的销孔；在下夹板本体上设置有轴孔一端的端部连接有力臂，力臂与下夹板本体之间存在夹角，在力臂上设置有通孔；在上夹板上的销孔与下夹板上的销孔之间设置有连接板和销。
本发明所得到的毛条夹具，利用倾斜的凹槽及凹槽内的橡胶材料的设计，可有效的提高了对毛条的夹持力，且在当压力过大的情况下，也不会对毛条造成损伤；另外橡胶材料凸出与上夹板本体的下表面和下夹板本体的上表面，可实现橡胶材料与毛条接触，进一步保护毛条受损。

如图1、图2、图3所示，本实施例描述的毛条夹具，它包括上夹板和下夹板，所述的上夹板包括长条形的上夹板本体1，在上夹板本体1的一端的下表面倾斜的设置有若干条凹槽，在凹槽内均镶嵌有橡胶材料3，且橡胶材料3凸出于上夹板本体1的下表面；在上夹板本体1的另一端设置有用于与下夹板连接的销孔5，在上夹板本体1的中间位置设置有用于与机架连接的轴孔4；所述的下夹板包括下夹板本体2，在下夹板本体2的一端的上表面倾斜的设置有若干条凹槽，在凹槽内均镶嵌有橡胶材料3，且橡胶材料3凸出于下夹板本体2的上表面；在下夹板本体2的另一端设置有用于与机架连接的轴孔4，在下夹板本体2的中间位置设置有用于与上夹板连接的销孔5；在下夹板本体2上设置有轴孔4一端的端部连接有力臂7，力臂7与下夹板本体2之间存在夹角，在力臂7上设置有通孔8；在上夹板上的销孔5与下夹板上的销孔5之间设置有连接板6和销。
