在本文的下文中,“容器”理解为多种类型的容器或者蓄能器,例如,燃料容器、氢容器、GPL(“液化石油气”)容器、GNV(“车用天然气”)容器、或者由于使用加压液体或加压空气而能够存储能量的油气蓄能器。
现有技术中已知大量的将容器或蓄能器、或者一组容器或蓄能器固定在机动车辆的底座上的固定系统。作为示例,可列举出管式车架、带支架的环箍、或者使用包覆成型(surmoulage)技术的固定系统。
根据文件FR2972682,还已知一种用于机动车辆的液压机动化系统,所述液压机动化系统包括驱动液压泵来为压力蓄能器充能的发动机、以及至少一个驱动车辆动力轮的液压牵引发动机,所述液压机动化系统由与这些压力蓄能器联接的液压单元控制。该机动化系统包括子组件,所述子组件包括沿该车辆的轴线而纵向布置在车辆底板下面的高压蓄能器、以及刚性地固定在该高压蓄能器端部上并且相对于高压蓄能器被横向布置的低压蓄能器。这些压力蓄能器、液压单元HP和液压牵引发动机之间被直接联接以形成具有“T”形大体形状的刚性子组件。
根据文件WO2005/088137,还已知一种在液压流体系统中的液压服务模块,所述液压流体系统具有用于存储适当量液压流体的流体容器。该液压服务模块包括外罩,所述外罩限定了壳体中的被形成在该壳体中的空气腔,该空气腔与周围空气进行流体流通。该液压服务模块还包括至少一个被装配在壳体内部的流体压力蓄能器、以及设置用于使液压流体冷却的热交换器,所述交换器布置在空气腔的内部。
通常,已知的将容器或蓄能器悬挂或固定在机动车辆的底座上的悬挂或固定系统具有不同的缺点,所述不同的缺点中包括由所述悬挂或固定系统的未被优化的质量造成的缺点。对于油气蓄能器,考虑到声音要求和振动要求(对激励的不充分过滤来源于液压回路中的流量脉冲和压力脉冲),增加了由悬挂系统柔性过大造成的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种将一组容器弹性地悬挂在机动车辆的底座上的弹性悬挂装置,所述弹性悬挂装置能够克服现有技术中已知的悬挂装置的缺点,所述缺点中的一些缺点在上文中已经回顾,因此本发明的目的在于提供一种将一组容器弹性地悬挂在车辆的底座上的弹性悬挂装置,所述弹性悬挂装置具有被优化的质量、紧凑性和振动性能。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种将一组容器弹性地悬挂在机动车辆的底座上的弹性悬挂装置,这种弹性悬挂装置具有简单的设计、制造和装配,并且有效、坚固、可靠和经济。
为了达到这些目的,本发明旨在提供一种将一组容器弹性地悬挂在机动车辆的底座上的弹性悬挂装置,所述容器被装配成基本平行并且具有由两个成型端部件纵向端接的基本圆柱形的大体形状。该新的悬挂装置包括:一方面,两个法兰,所述两个法兰适配所述容器的所述成型端部件,并且所述两个法兰之间由围绕所述容器的连杆联接;另一方面,多个臂,所述多个臂使所述法兰与车辆车身上的多个弹性连接点联接。
根据本发明的优选实施方式,所述多个臂由四个臂构成,所述四个臂两两被嵌入在两个法兰的一个或另一个中,并且车辆车身上的所述多个弹性连接点由四个弹性连接点构成。
容器的成型端部件可为基本尖拱形的部件,法兰因此包括基本尖拱形的支承部分,所述容器的基本尖拱形的所述成型端部件被插入在所述支承部分中。
根据符合本发明的目的和范围的非限制性实施例,容器的数量为二。
优选地,臂被嵌入在法兰的基本尖拱形的支承部分中。
同样优选地,连杆的数量可为六并且是由圆柱形杆构成,所述圆柱形杆的端部上被加工有螺纹以能够使每个连杆刚性地联接两个法兰。
有利地,弹性体部分可被安置在法兰与容器之间,并且悬挂装置在车辆车身上的弹性连接点可为基本竖直定向的弹性体接头。
根据本发明的悬挂装置可由其中一种下述材料制成:钢、铝、复合材料、塑料材料。
本发明还旨在提供一种机动车辆,所述机动车辆包括被悬挂在底座上的一组容器,所述一组容器借助于符合上文以大段落描述的弹性悬挂装置而被悬挂。

具体实施方式
参考图1的图,示出了根据本发明的将一组两个容器弹性地悬挂在机动车辆的底座上的弹性悬挂装置。图2的图上示出的以附图标记50和60表示的该两个容器具有由基本尖拱形的成型端部件端接的基本圆柱形的大体形状,所述两个容器的各自两个成型端部件分别为50A、50B以及60A、60B。两个容器50和60各自的纵向轴线Y1和Y2基本平行。
根据本发明的悬挂装置包括:一方面,附图标记为10和11的两个法兰,所述两个法兰之间由用于围绕容器50和60的由附图标记30集体表示的六个连杆联接;另一方面,四个臂40A、40B、40C、40D,所述四个臂使法兰10和11与车辆车身的框架上的四个弹性连接点联接。
容器50和60的成型端部件50A、50B、60A、60B为基本尖拱形的部件,法兰10、11因此包括基本尖拱形或“蛋壳”形的支承部分,这些基本尖拱形的成型端部件被插入在所述支承部分中。因此,容器50由法兰10的支承部分10A和法兰11的支承部分11A支承,而容器60由法兰10的支承部分10B和法兰11的支承部分11B支承。
如附图上所示,能够到达车辆车身上连接点的臂40A、40B、40C、40D被嵌入在法兰10、11的分别为10A、10B、11A、11B的基本尖拱形的支承部分中,以便给出在所有方向上较大的嵌入刚度。支承表面被弹性体薄层覆盖以便分散接触表面上的应力。
悬挂臂40A、40B、40C、40D可根据构成材料而被焊接在法兰10、11上或者与所述法兰一同通过模制成型而被制成。
连杆30由圆柱形杆构成,所述圆柱形杆的端部上被加工有螺纹以能够使每个连杆30刚性地联接两个法兰10和11。所述连杆30的纵向轴线与容器的纵向方向(即Y1和Y2)基本平行。
弹性体部分(未示出在图上)可有利地被安置在法兰10、11与容器50、60之间。
注意到容器的端部可为任意形状的,这是因为上文提到的被安置在法兰10、11与容器50、60之间的弹性体部分可吸纳非常不同的形状。
车辆车身上的悬挂装置的四个弹性连接点140A、140B、140C和140D位于臂40A、40B、40C和40D的端部,并且是基本竖直定向的弹性垫或弹性体接头。这些弹性体接头的位置和竖直定向由局部刚度约束和车辆综合约束(尤其是冲击试验、装配便利性或组装便利性)强制。这些约束要求分开被悬挂的容器的这些连接点。
上文描述的悬挂装置可由钢或由铝制成,或者由复合材料或由塑料材料制成。
注意到悬挂臂40A、40B、40C、40D沿车辆的方向“Z”具有足够的宽度,以便克服车架和容器的组件由于车辆车身上的弹性连接点相对远离容器而具有的弯曲问题。
还注意到连杆30因为所述连杆的端部被加工有螺纹而能够控制将容器50、60的支承部分拧紧在所述容器的端部上的拧紧力。
上文以实施例描述的悬挂装置的功能如下:
-定位两个容器50、60,
-使用被一体化的弹性体来安置尖拱形或“蛋壳”形的支承部分10A、10B、11A、11B,
-将容器组装配在车辆车身下面,
横向力通过将容器50、60的端部“完全插入”到尖拱形或蛋壳形的部分10A、10B、11A、11B位置处而被承受,并且所述容器自身参与到刚性。
当然,上文描述的悬挂装置以符合本发明目的和范围的非限制性实施例来给出。悬挂臂系统可根据车辆车身的框架上的新连接点或吊挂点来改造。同样地,在变型中,被加工有螺纹的连杆30可由线缆来代替。
上文以实施例描述的将一组容器弹性地悬挂在机动车辆的底座上的弹性悬挂装置具有多个优点,在所述优点中的优点如下:
-具有变得优化的质量,
-比现有技术中已知的容器悬挂装置相对更紧凑,以及
-具有更好的振动性能(高比刚度)。
Claims (10)
1.一种将一组容器(50,60)弹性地悬挂在机动车辆的底座上的弹性悬挂装置,所述容器(50,60)被装配成基本平行并且具有由两个成型端部件纵向端接的基本圆柱形的大体形状,其特征在于,所述悬挂装置包括:一方面,两个法兰(10,11),所述两个法兰适配所述容器(50,60)的所述成型端部件,并且所述两个法兰之间由围绕所述容器(50,60)的连杆(30)联接;另一方面,多个臂(40A,40B,40C,40D),所述多个臂使所述法兰(10,11)与车辆车身上的多个弹性连接点联接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的悬挂装置,其特征在于,所述多个臂由四个臂(40A,40B,40C,40D)构成,所述四个臂两两被嵌入在两个法兰(10,11)的一个或另一个中,并且车辆车身上的所述多个弹性连接点由四个弹性连接点构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的悬挂装置,其特征在于,容器(50,60)的所述成型端部件(50A,50B,60A,60B)为基本尖拱形的部件,法兰(10,11)因此包括基本尖拱形的支承部分(10A,10B,11A,11B),所述容器(50,60)的基本尖拱形的所述成型端部件(50A,50B;60A,60B)被插入在所述支承部分中。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的悬挂装置,其特征在于,容器(50,60)的数量为二。
5.根据权利要求3所述的悬挂装置,其特征在于,臂(40A,40B,40C,40D)被嵌入在法兰(10,11)的基本尖拱形的支承部分(10A,10B,11A,11B)中。
6.根据权利要求4所述的悬挂装置,其特征在于,连杆(30)的数量为六并且由圆柱形杆构成,所述圆柱形杆的端部上被加工有螺纹以能够使每个连杆(30)刚性地联接两个法兰(10,11)。
7.根据权利要求1、2、5和6中任一项所述的悬挂装置,其特征在于,弹性体部分被安置在法兰(10,11)与容器(50,60)之间。
8.根据权利要求1、2、5和6中任一项所述的悬挂装置,其特征在于,悬挂装置在车辆车身上的弹性连接点是基本竖直定向的弹性体接头(140A,140B,140C,140D)。
9.根据权利要求1、2、5和6中任一项所述的悬挂装置,其特征在于,所述悬挂装置由其中一种下述材料制成:钢、铝、复合材料、塑料材料。
10.一种机动车辆,所述机动车辆包括被悬挂在所述车辆的底座上的一组容器(50,60),其特征在于,所述一组容器(50,60)借助于符合上述权利要求中任一项所述的弹性悬挂装置而被悬挂。
