技术领域
本发明涉及谷物干燥技术领域,具体涉及一种新型冷热双风道干燥机。
背景技术
谷物从收割到存储的过程是需要对谷物进行干燥处理,以便于谷物的后续加工或者长期储存,所以一般在进行谷物储存前都会使用谷物干燥机进行干燥。针对玉米的烘干的玉米烘干机,多为高温烘干且从干燥层排下后玉米的温度较高,因玉米温度较高,所以既不利于再循环也不利于入仓,而一般循环式干燥机,则温度跟不上,因玉米颗粒较大,芯部加热不够。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种新型冷热双风道干燥机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:一种新型冷热双风道干燥机,它包括烘干塔,所述烘干塔包括干燥层,所述干燥层分为上方高温干燥段、下方低温干燥段,高温干燥段热风采用压入式且干燥结构为混流式,低温干燥段的冷、热风采用抽出式且干燥层为横流式。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:谷物经过高温干燥段,热风采用压入式且干燥结构为混流式,使得烘干充分且均匀,低温干燥段,冷、热风采用抽出式且干燥结构为横流式,使得物料出机温度可控,且充分实现除尘、清杂、除湿。

如图1所示,本实施例的一种新型冷热双风道干燥机,它包括烘干塔,所述烘干塔包括干燥层,所述干燥层分为上方高温干燥段、下方低温干燥段,高温干燥段热风采用压入式且干燥结构为混流式,低温干燥段的冷、热风采用抽出式且干燥层为横流式。
本发明工作时,谷物经过高温干燥段,热风采用压入式且干燥结构为混流式,使得烘干充分且均匀,低温干燥段,冷、热风采用抽出式且干燥结构为横流式,使得物料出机温度可控,且充分实现除尘、清杂、除湿。
