Abstract

一种可除杂预处理的干燥机。它包括烘干塔,烘干塔从上向下依次为缓苏层、分流层、干燥层、循环层,循环层出料口高于提升机底部进料口且通过倾斜的滑道与之相连,提升机顶部出料口高于缓苏层进料口且也通过倾斜的滑道与之相连,干燥层分有多层,每层上设置有多个分流器,每层的分流器都设置在其上下相邻层分流器的中间,分流器的顶端呈八字形,两侧开有出风口,在缓苏层上方设置有旋风分离器。本发明利用谷物的自重下滑,去除上下搅龙和搅龙动力电机,大大节省制造成本,加工制造维护工艺简单,谷物伤害率大大降低,从而干燥更均匀,干燥效果更好,且不用在单独设置翻转层,减小干燥塔尺寸,节省空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及谷物干燥技术领域,具体涉及一种可除杂预处理的干燥机。
背景技术
谷物从收割到存储的过程是需要对谷物进行干燥处理,以便于谷物的后续加工或者长期储存,所以一般在进行谷物储存前都会使用谷物干燥机进行干燥。当前一般干燥机都采用搅龙进行输送,但是因上下搅龙输送过程中造成谷物伤害的占干燥机总伤害的40~50%,因上下搅龙工作时造成的机械故障占干燥机总故障的60%左右,因使用上下搅龙,必配动力机械电动机,既给干燥机本身增加了成本,更给客户增加一定的费用,总动力占干燥机总动力的25%。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可除杂预处理的干燥机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:一种可除杂预处理的干燥机,它包括烘干塔,所述烘干塔从上向下依次为缓苏层、分流层、干燥层、循环层,所述循环层与提升机底部连接,缓苏层与提升机顶部连接,所述循环层出料口高于提升机底部进料口且通过倾斜的滑道与之相连,所述提升机顶部出料口高于缓苏层进料口且也通过倾斜的滑道与之相连,所述干燥层分有多层,每层上设置有多个分流器,每层的分流器都设置在其上下相邻层分流器的中间,分流器的顶端呈八字形,两侧开有出风口,在缓苏层上方设置有旋风分离器。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明利用谷物的自重下滑,如此,去除了上下搅龙和搅龙动力电机,大大节省制造成本,而且加工制造维护工艺简单,谷物伤害率大大降低,谷物被翻转多次并被热风干燥,从而干燥更均匀,干燥效果更好,且不用在单独设置翻转层,减小干燥塔尺寸,节省空间。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本实施例的一种可除杂预处理的干燥机,它包括烘干塔1,所述烘干塔1从上向下依次为缓苏层2、分流层3、干燥层4、循环层5,所述循环层5与提升机6底部连接,缓苏层2与提升机6顶部连接,所述循环层5出料口高于提升机6底部进料口且通过倾斜的滑道与之相连,所述提升机6顶部出料口高于缓苏层2进料口且也通过倾斜的滑道与之相连,所述干燥层4分有多层,每层上设置有多个分流器7,每层的分流器7都设置在其上下相邻层分流器7的中间,分流器7的顶端呈八字形,两侧开有出风口8,在缓苏层上方设置有旋风分离器。
本发明工作时,是将谷物依次经过缓苏层、分流层、干燥层、循环层,谷物在循环层结束后通过出料口经倾斜滑道进入提升机底部进料口,然后被提升机提升至顶部,然后再经提升机顶部出料口,通过倾斜滑道滑入缓苏层,本发明利用谷物的自重下滑,如此,去除了上下搅龙和搅龙动力电机,大大节省制造成本,而且加工制造维护工艺简单,谷物伤害率大大降低。
谷物从干燥层上方流下,谷物经过分流器时,因分流器顶端呈呈八字形,所有谷物被分向两侧,谷物经过分流器两侧时,从出风口吹出的热风就会对谷物进行干燥,当谷物落至下一层时,因下一层的分流器分别设置在上一层分流器的中间,所以谷物在被分流的同时,分流方向与上一层的相反,如在上一层被分向左边,则经下一层分流后被分向右边,这就如同将谷物进行翻转,如此经过多层分流器进行分流后,谷物被翻转多次并被热风干燥,从而干燥更均匀,干燥效果更好,且不用在单独设置翻转层,减小干燥塔尺寸,节省空间。
在缓苏层上方设置旋风分离器。可对进行缓苏的谷物进行除杂预处理,使谷物更纯净。
