Abstract
本发明涉及建筑预制墙板领域,尤其是一种带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板。该混凝土墙板包括由钢筋网片和混凝土层组成的混凝土墙板主体,所述混凝土墙板主体上设有窗套,所述窗套的左窗套、右窗套、上窗套和下窗套均凸出所述混凝土墙板主体的外侧壁,并与设置在所述混凝土墙板主体的外侧壁的加强层侧边固接,(该窗套材质与加强层为相同材质,并在加工时与外侧壁的加强层一次压铸成型)所述加强层与所述混凝土墙板主体通过(板内预埋螺栓与钢筋网连接)固定。本发明一体化墙板外表面带有现成的窗套,美观、规整,不用后期二次施工或加装,大大降低现场用工和成本,并且简化施工工序、减少漏水等隐患,保证房屋质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑预制墙板领域,尤其一种带窗套的外表面具有较高强度的、防水、抗老化性能佳的加强层与墙板一体化的新型整体轻质复合预制混凝土墙板。
背景技术
目前,建筑传统用轻质预制墙板,主要有如下几类:
1.ALC板:是以粉煤灰、水泥、石灰等为主要材料经过高压蒸汽养护而成的多孔混凝土成型板(内含钢筋网片)。质量轻、保温、隔音性能好,主要用作非承重的围护墙板及屋面板;图2
2.ASA板:是采用粉煤灰为填充料、以水泥为胶凝剂、以耐碱玻纤网格布或钢筋网为增强材料制成的一种建筑板材。质量轻、保温、隔音、耐火性能好,可作为屋面板、非承重内外墙板等;
3.传统砌体或钢筋混凝土墙窗洞口四周均无窗套,如果需要,则人工粉刷或者定制成品窗套后装,用工多、成本高;
上述几种轻质预制墙板基本均只用于非承重内墙;外表面不带装饰面、表面强度不足、运输使用中容易破碎、表面需要批腻子做涂料、搭接处容易引起裂缝、安装时需要另用专用连接件将墙板与结构二次固定。以上几种结构窗洞口四周均无窗套,如果需要则需要人工粉刷或者另加工成品窗套二次安装,工序多、用工多、质量隐患多。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种解决目前墙面现场拼接固定、墙面二次装饰、窗洞口窗套后装、窗四周安装密闭施工复杂、易引起漏水、开裂等质量隐患问题的带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板。
本发明的技术内容如下:一种带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板,该混凝土墙板包括由钢筋网片和混凝土层组成的混凝土墙板主体,所述混凝土墙板主体上设有窗套,所述窗套的左窗套、右窗套、上窗套和下窗套均凸出所述混凝土墙板主体的外侧壁,并与设置在所述混凝土墙板主体的外侧壁的加强层侧边固接,所述加强层与所述混凝土墙板主体通过钢筋固定。
进一步,所述窗套的上窗套和下窗套的突出边沿端面上均有滴水线,所述下窗套的上表面为方便排水的斜面,其坡度为1%-2%,所述下窗套位于所述混凝土墙板主体端部靠内侧设有止水边,防止水往墙内倒流。
进一步,若干所述加强筋交叉设置呈菱形设置在所述加强层的内表面上,所述加强筋的截面呈梯形,其高度为2-2.5mm。
进一步,所述加强筋呈菱形设置在所述加强层上,所述加强筋的截面呈三角形。
进一步,所述窗套与所述加强层为一次成型的整体。
进一步,该混凝土墙板还包括装饰层,所述装饰层设置在所述加强层的外表面上。
进一步,所述装饰层为氟碳涂料或丙烯酸类油漆。
进一步,所述窗套与加强层采用SMC复合材料制成,所述SMC复合材料为不饱和树脂、玻璃纤维、填充料按照质量比为1:1:1混合组成。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板的制备工艺,该工艺的具体步骤如下:
步骤1:根据预先设定的窗套和墙板的规格制备窗套和加强层的成型模具;
步骤2:制备复合材料:
将不饱和树脂、玻璃纤维、填充料按照质量比为1:1:1混合均匀注入模具,在温度为130-150℃,1500吨的压力下一次模压成型;
步骤3:整板浇筑、养护与装饰
3.1将步骤2成型后的加强层和窗套放置在根据窗型规格尺寸设计设定好的钢制浇筑模具台上;
3.2按设计要求在放置钢筋网片、预埋通长件与预埋螺栓;
3.3浇筑轻质混凝土并养护成型后脱模;
3.4达到轻质混凝土强度后进行加强层表面清理和表面装饰层加工(氟碳涂料或丙烯酸类油漆等装饰做法),养护后即成成品备用。
本发明具有以下的有益效果:
1.相对于目前建筑传统用的ALC板、ASA板等墙板在用作外墙板窗洞口处理时,以及传统砌体或混凝土外墙窗洞口处理时,本发明一体化墙板外表面带有现成的窗套,美观、规整,不用后期二次施工或加装,大大降低现场用工和成本,并且简化施工工序、减少漏水等隐患,保证房屋质量;
2.本发明窗套与墙体表面为具有较高强度、防水、抗老化性能好的加强层,可通过纵横交错布置的加强筋与墙体一次成型,整体性好,在运输中不易造成损坏。同时外墙使用寿命大大延长,减少维修隐患和成本。
3.本发明通过墙板预留特殊处理的安装件,可与墙板内钢筋网连为一体,并可根据设计、板厚、使用部位等要求设置位置和数量,便于安装中与主体结构的安装,精度准确,质量保证,减少现场墙板上开孔或其他连接方法,提高施工效率、保证施工质量。
4.本发明表面可直接带有装饰层,免除现场二次装饰施工,施工更快捷、墙面更美观、质量更稳定可靠。

下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
如图1-3所示,本发明一种带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板,该混凝土墙板包括由钢筋网片和混凝土层组成的混凝土墙板主体,所述混凝土墙板主体上设有窗套,所述窗套的左窗套、右窗套、上窗套和下窗套均凸出所述混凝土墙板主体的外侧壁,并与设置在所述混凝土墙板主体的外侧壁的加强层侧边固接,所述加强层与所述混凝土墙板主体通过钢筋固定,所述窗套的上窗套和下窗套的突出边沿端面上均有滴水线,所述下窗套的上表面为方便排水的斜面,其坡度为1%-2%,所述下窗套位于所述混凝土墙板主体端部靠墙板内侧设有止水边,所述加强层与所述凝土墙板主体的接触面的表面上设有加强筋,若干所述加强筋交叉设置呈菱形设置在所述加强层的内表面上,所述加强筋的截面呈梯形,其高度为2-2.5mm,所述窗套与所述加强层为一次成型的整体,该混凝土墙板还包括装饰层,所述装饰层设置在所述加强层的外表面上,所述装饰层为丙烯酸类油漆或氟碳涂料。
所述窗套与加强层采用不饱和树脂、玻璃纤维、填充料按照质量比1:1:1通过高温高压模压成型的复合材料。
上述带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板的制备工艺,该工艺的具体步骤如下:
步骤1:根据预先设定的窗套和墙板的规格制备窗套和加强层的成型模具;
步骤2:制备复合材料:
将不饱和树脂、玻璃纤维、填充料按照质量比1:1:1混合均匀注入模具,在温度为130-150℃,1500吨的压力下一次模压成型;
步骤3:整板浇筑、养护与装饰
3.1将步骤2成型后的加强层和窗套放置在根据窗型规格尺寸设计设定好的钢制浇筑模具台上;
3.2按设计要求在放置钢筋网片、预埋通长件与预埋螺栓;
3.3浇筑轻质混凝土并养护成型后脱模;
3.4达到轻质混凝土强度后进行加强层表面清理和表面装饰层加工(氟碳涂料或丙烯酸类油漆等装饰做法),养护后即成成品备用。
Claims (9)
1.一种带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板,该混凝土墙板包括由钢筋网片和混凝土层组成的混凝土墙板主体,其特征在于,所述混凝土墙板主体上设有窗套,所述窗套的左窗套、右窗套、上窗套和下窗套均凸出所述混凝土墙板主体的外侧壁,并与设置在所述混凝土墙板主体的外侧壁的加强层侧边固接,所述加强层通过预埋螺栓与所述混凝土墙板主体的钢筋网片固接。
2.根据权利要求1所述带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板,其特征在于,所述窗套的上窗套和下窗套的突出边沿端面上均有滴水线,所述下窗套的上表面为方便排水的斜面,所述斜面的坡度为r, r的取值范围1%-2%,所述下窗套位于所述混凝土墙板主体端部靠内侧设有止水边。
3.根据权利要求1所述带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板,其特征在于,所述加强层与所述凝土墙板主体的接触面的表面上设有加强筋。
4.根据权利要求3所述带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板,其特征在于,若干所述加强筋交叉设置呈菱形设置在所述加强层的内表面上,所述加强筋的截面呈梯形,其高度为2-2.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板,其特征在于,所述窗套与所述加强层为一次整体成型。
6.根据权利要求1所述带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板,其特征在于,该混凝土墙板还包括装饰层,所述装饰层设置在所述加强层的外表面上。
7.根据权利要求6所述带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板,其特征在于,所述装饰层为氟碳涂料或丙烯酸类油漆。
8.根据权利要求1所述带窗套的整体轻质预制混凝土墙板,其特征在于,所述窗套与加强层采用SMC复合材料制成,所述SMC复合材料为不饱和树脂、玻璃纤维和填充料按照质量比为1:1:1混合组成。
9.一种制备如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的混凝土墙板方法,其特征在于,
步骤1:根据预先设定的窗套和墙板的规格制备窗套和加强层的成型模具;
步骤2:制备复合材料:
将不饱和树脂、玻璃纤维、填充料按照质量比为1:1:1混合均匀注入模具,在温度为130-150℃,1500吨的压力下一次模压成型;
步骤3:整板浇筑、养护与装饰
3.1将步骤2成型后的加强层和窗套放置在根据窗型规格尺寸设计设定好的钢制浇筑模具台上;
3.2按设计要求在放置钢筋网片、预埋通长件与预埋螺栓;
3.3浇筑轻质混凝土并养护成型后脱模;
