5.根据权利要求1所述的广告艺术设计包装纸用涂层,其特征在于:所述广告艺术设计包装纸用涂层制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的氟橡胶、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯、荷荷巴油、花生油、葵花籽油、棉籽油、桐油、百菌清、脱乙酰甲壳质、双氧水、水杨酰苯胺、硫酸铜粉末、硫酸钙晶须、纳米活性碳酸钙、膨胀珍珠岩粉末、磷酸氢二钠、三氯化铁、纳米氧化锆粉末、钨酸铵予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度约5000~5400r/min,分散时间为30~60min左右;
(2)加入所述质量份数的磷酸三甲酯、聚丙烯腈纤维、纳米氧化锌、磷酸三(丁氧基乙基)酯、二异丙醇胺,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度为约4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min左右;
(3)加入所述质量份数的甘油硬脂酸酯、壬基酚、尼泊金乙酯、辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯、聚芳醚腈,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度为约4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min左右;混合均匀后制得本品。
