本发明公开了一种防锈原纸,包括皱纹牛皮纸以及涂布在皱纹牛皮上的涂布层,所述皱纹牛皮纸包括以下重量比:非硫酸盐针叶木浆、聚苯乙烯树脂、美国废纸、添加剂,所述涂布层包括以下重量比:辛酸二环己胺、乌洛托品、癸酸、三乙醇胺、2‑异丙基咪唑、去离子水;本产品具有成本低廉、生产工艺简单、防锈除锈效果好的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及生活用纸领域,具体涉及一种防锈原纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
在我们平时生活中,经常会使用到一些铁制用品,如最早的搪瓷水杯、铁制艺术品、铁制厨房用品等,都是用金属铁制成,特别是一些常用的用具,如铁锅铁碗或者是铁勺在外部放置一段时间均会被氧化生锈,造成无法使用,特别是跟我们食材烹饪相关的用具,和食物相关的需要格外注意,由于铁生锈后会氧化变成氧化铁,氧化铁过多的溶入食物中在人体内聚集,会严重破坏人体正常细胞,直接造成人体损伤,因此,需要把铁制品在不使用的情况下用套袋封存后存储,以防止暴露在外部生锈,而现有的方式大多数都是用可以密封的塑料袋或者套袋包装,但时间一长也会生锈,起不到很好的防锈效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种成本低廉、生产工艺简单、防锈除锈效果好的防锈原纸。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种防锈原纸,包括皱纹牛皮纸以及涂布在皱纹牛皮上的涂布层,所述皱纹牛皮纸包括以下重量比:
非硫酸盐针叶木浆43~58份
聚苯乙烯树脂15~28份
美国废纸25~36份
添加剂8~12份
所述涂布层包括以下重量比:
辛酸二环己胺5~13份
乌洛托品2~8份
癸酸5~11份
三乙醇胺6~12份
2-异丙基咪唑5~8份
去离子水56~78份
进一步的,所述防锈原纸纸张的抗拉性能≥9kn/m,水分3~7%,定量50~150g/㎡,耐破指数大于2kPa.g/㎡,表面吸水性20~28g/㎡。
进一步的,所述美国废纸为美国一等废瓦楞纸23份、二等废瓦楞纸58份和美国废报纸19份。
进一步的,所述添加剂包括施强剂、干强剂、施胶剂和改性淀粉。
一种防锈原纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先把聚苯乙烯树脂放入到碎解机内碎解,碎解完成后再把得到的浆料加入非硫酸盐针叶木浆到搅拌机搅拌,搅拌同时加入聚苯乙烯树脂和造纸添加剂,搅拌时间为1~2小时,然后再经过过滤、上网成型、压榨、干燥、压光、复卷、打包的过程制得防锈原纸,然后把辛酸二环己胺、乌洛托品、癸酸、三乙醇胺、2-异丙基咪唑混合放入到去离子水中,再把混合液涂布到防锈原纸上即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种防锈原纸极其制备方法,其主要原料采用非硫酸盐针叶木浆、聚苯乙烯树脂、美国废纸制成,非硫酸盐针叶木浆和聚苯乙烯树脂可以有效提高纸张的各种性能,而美国废纸替代国内的原木纸张,不仅可以降低成本,同时在纸张性能上没有下降有很多,而气相缓蚀剂采用辛酸二环己胺、乌洛托品、癸酸、三乙醇胺、2-异丙基咪唑并用去离子水混合涂布,可以有效的释放防锈因子,来保护铁制品不会生锈,其成本低廉,易于生产。

下面对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例一
一种防锈原纸包括皱纹牛皮纸以及涂布在皱纹牛皮上的涂布层,所述皱纹牛皮纸包括以下重量比:
非硫酸盐针叶木浆43份
聚苯乙烯树脂22份
美国废纸28份
添加剂11份
所述涂布层包括以下重量比:
辛酸二环己胺11份
乌洛托品5份
癸酸11份
三乙醇胺9份
2-异丙基咪唑8份
去离子水65份
本实施例防锈原纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先把聚苯乙烯树脂放入到碎解机内碎解,碎解完成后再把得到的浆料加入非硫酸盐针叶木浆到搅拌机搅拌,搅拌同时加入聚苯乙烯树脂和造纸添加剂,搅拌时间为1.7小时,然后再经过过滤、上网成型、压榨、干燥、压光、复卷、打包的过程制得防锈原纸,然后把辛酸二环己胺、乌洛托品、癸酸、三乙醇胺、2-异丙基咪唑混合放入到去离子水中,再把混合液涂布到防锈原纸上即可。
实施例二
一种防锈原纸包括皱纹牛皮纸以及涂布在皱纹牛皮上的涂布层,所述皱纹牛皮纸包括以下重量比:
非硫酸盐针叶木浆56份
聚苯乙烯树脂20份
美国废纸26份
添加剂9份
所述涂布层包括以下重量比:
辛酸二环己胺8份
乌洛托品5份
癸酸9份
三乙醇胺7份
2-异丙基咪唑8份
去离子水65份
本实施例防锈原纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先把聚苯乙烯树脂放入到碎解机内碎解,碎解完成后再把得到的浆料加入非硫酸盐针叶木浆到搅拌机搅拌,搅拌同时加入聚苯乙烯树脂和造纸添加剂,搅拌时间为1.6小时,然后再经过过滤、上网成型、压榨、干燥、压光、复卷、打包的过程制得防锈原纸,然后把辛酸二环己胺、乌洛托品、癸酸、三乙醇胺、2-异丙基咪唑混合放入到去离子水中,再把混合液涂布到防锈原纸上即可。
实施例三
一种防锈原纸包括皱纹牛皮纸以及涂布在皱纹牛皮上的涂布层,所述皱纹牛皮纸包括以下重量比:
非硫酸盐针叶木浆45份
聚苯乙烯树脂22份
美国废纸26份
添加剂11份
所述涂布层包括以下重量比:
辛酸二环己胺6份
乌洛托品3份
癸酸9份
三乙醇胺8份
2-异丙基咪唑6份
去离子水58份
本实施例防锈原纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先把聚苯乙烯树脂放入到碎解机内碎解,碎解完成后再把得到的浆料加入非硫酸盐针叶木浆到搅拌机搅拌,搅拌同时加入聚苯乙烯树脂和造纸添加剂,搅拌时间为1.8小时,然后再经过过滤、上网成型、压榨、干燥、压光、复卷、打包的过程制得防锈原纸,然后把辛酸二环己胺、乌洛托品、癸酸、三乙醇胺、2-异丙基咪唑混合放入到去离子水中,再把混合液涂布到防锈原纸上即可。

非硫酸盐针叶木浆 43~58份
聚苯乙烯树脂 15~28份
美国废纸 25~36份
添加剂 8~12份
所述涂布层包括以下重量比:
辛酸二环己胺 5~13份
乌洛托品 2~8份
癸酸 5~11份
三乙醇胺 6~12份
2-异丙基咪唑 5~8份
去离子水 56~78份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防锈原纸,其特征在于:所述防锈原纸纸张的抗拉性能≥9kn/m,水分3~7%,定量50~150g/㎡,耐破指数大于2kPa.g/㎡,表面吸水性20~28g/㎡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防锈原纸,其特征在于:所述美国废纸为美国一等废瓦楞纸23份、二等废瓦楞纸58份和美国废报纸19份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防锈原纸,其特征在于:所述添加剂包括施强剂、干强剂、施胶剂和改性淀粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防锈原纸的制备方法,其特征在于:首先把聚苯乙烯树脂放入到碎解机内碎解,碎解完成后再把得到的浆料加入非硫酸盐针叶木浆到搅拌机搅拌,搅拌同时加入聚苯乙烯树脂和造纸添加剂,搅拌时间 为1~2小时,然后再经过过滤、上网成型、压榨、干燥、压光、复卷、打包的过程制得防锈原纸,然后把辛酸二环己胺、乌洛托品、癸酸、三乙醇胺、2-异丙基咪唑混合放入到去离子水中,再把混合液涂布到防锈原纸上即可。
