Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌铝塑板,所述抗菌铝塑板包括上、下两个表面,所述的上、下两个表面采用喷涂、滚涂和/或刷涂方式均匀涂抹有抗菌涂料。本发明抗菌铝塑板,加工方便,施工效率高,具有良好的抗菌性能和抗静电性能,涂层附着紧密,感官效果好,具有长久的耐候性能,使用寿命长。

一种抗菌铝塑板
技术领域
本发明涉及铝型材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌铝塑板。
背景技术
铝塑复合板(又称铝塑板)是以经过化学处理的涂装铝板为表层材料,用聚乙烯塑料为芯材,在专用抗菌铝塑板生产设备上加工而成的复合材料。它可以用于大楼外墙、帷幕墙板、旧楼改造翻新、室内墙壁及天花板装修、广告招牌、展示台架、净化防尘工程。铝塑板在国内已大量使用,属于一种新型建筑装饰材料。
铝塑板作为一种新型装饰材料以其经济性、可选色彩的多样性、便捷的施工方法、优良的加工性能、绝佳的防火性及高贵的品质,迅速受到人们的青睐。现有的建筑用铝塑板存在金属层和非金属层之间粘结不牢固,铝塑板强度、力学性能以及阻隔性能较差。
本发明提供了一种抗菌铝塑板,操作简单,抗菌性能好。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌铝塑板。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种抗菌铝塑板,包括上、下两个表面,所述的上、下两个表面采用喷涂、滚涂和/或刷涂方式均匀涂抹有抗菌涂料。
优选地,所述的抗菌涂料由下述重量份的原料制备而成:丙烯酸改性环氧酯树脂98-102份、氯醋树脂15-25份、环戊酮5-15、乙二醇乙醚5-15份、醋酸异丙酯5-15份、丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠1-3份、无机抗菌剂1-5份、抗静电剂0.5-1.5份。
优选地,所述的无机抗菌剂由磷酸锆、钛酸镁、铌酸镁混合而成,所述磷酸锆、钛酸镁、铌酸镁的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的抗静电剂由双十八烷基甲基叔胺、十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵混合而成,所述双十八烷基甲基叔胺、十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述丙烯酸改性环氧酯树脂的酸值为30-45mgKOH/g,固体含量为30-50wt%。
优选地,所述的抗菌涂料在上、下两个表面涂抹厚度为10-50μm。
优选地,所述的抗菌铝塑板包括中间层塑料芯板和覆盖所述中间层塑料芯板上下两表面的铝合金板。
优选地,所述的塑料芯板为PE材质、PP材质、PVC材质或ABS材质。
优选地,所述的铝合金板,可以制备或购买得到,如参照专利申请号:201310176055.3中实施例1的方法制备,也可以购自天津中天鹏博金属材料有限公司、东莞豪莱铝业有限公司等。
本发明还提供了上述抗菌铝塑板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在铝合金板的一面采用喷涂、滚涂和/或刷涂方式均匀涂抹有抗菌涂料;
(2)将中间层塑料芯板上、下两个表面通过粘接膜与铝合金板未涂抹抗菌涂料的一面复合。
本发明抗菌铝塑板,加工方便,施工效率高,具有良好的抗菌性能和抗静电性能,涂层附着紧密,感官效果好,具有长久的耐候性能,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例中各原料介绍:
丙烯酸改性环氧酯树脂,参照专利申请号:201010215288.6中实施例1的方法制备,酸值为39mgKOH/g,固体含量为45wt%。
氯醋树脂,采用日本信越型号为SOLBIN A的三元氯醋树脂。
环戊酮,CAS号:120-92-3。
乙二醇乙醚,CAS号:110-80-5。
醋酸异丙酯,CAS号:108-21-4。
丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠,CAS号:577-11-7。
磷酸锆,CAS号:13772-29-7,粒径20-40nm。
钛酸镁,CAS号:12032-35-8,粒径20-40nm。
铌酸镁,CAS号:12163-26-7,粒径20-40nm。
双十八烷基甲基叔胺,CAS号:4088-22-6。
十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵,CAS号:97508-23-1。
十二烷基三甲基溴化铵,CAS号:1119-94-4。
铝合金板,参照专利申请号:201310176055.3中实施例1的方法制备,厚度为0.5mm,长度为0.8米,宽度为0.4米。
塑料芯板,采用德州东利橡塑制品有限公司提供的厚度为3mm的PE(聚乙烯)塑料板,长度为0.8米,宽度为0.4米。
粘结膜,采用苏州贝斯珂胶粘科技有限公司提供的厚度为0.1mm的铝塑板专用泡棉双面胶带。
实施例1
抗菌涂料原料(重量份):丙烯酸改性环氧酯树脂100份、氯醋树脂20份、环戊酮10份、乙二醇乙醚8份、醋酸异丙酯9份、丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠2份、无机抗菌剂3份、抗静电剂0.9份。
所述的无机抗菌剂由磷酸锆、钛酸镁、铌酸镁按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的抗静电剂由双十八烷基甲基叔胺、十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
抗菌涂料制备:将环戊酮、乙二醇乙醚混合均匀后加入丙烯酸改性环氧酯树脂、氯醋树脂,以转速为700转/分搅拌40分钟,然后加入丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠以转速为700转/分搅拌5分钟,再加入无机抗菌剂、抗静电剂以转速为700转/分搅拌10分钟,最后加入醋酸异丙酯以转速为700转/分搅拌5分钟混合均匀即得。
抗菌铝塑板制备,包括以下步骤:
(1)在铝合金板的一面均匀喷涂抗菌涂料,喷淋压力为0.05Mpa,得到漆膜,漆膜厚度为15μm;将喷涂后的铝合金板在温度为200℃的烘箱内烘烤25min后,自然冷却;
(2)将中间层塑料芯板上、下两表面通过粘结膜与铝合金板未喷涂抗菌涂料的一面粘结。得到实施例1的抗菌铝塑板。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的无机抗菌剂由钛酸镁、铌酸镁按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例2的抗菌铝塑板。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的无机抗菌剂由磷酸锆、铌酸镁按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例3的抗菌铝塑板。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的无机抗菌剂由磷酸锆、钛酸镁按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例4的抗菌铝塑板。
实施例5
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的抗静电剂由十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例5的抗菌铝塑板。
实施例6
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的抗静电剂由双十八烷基甲基叔胺、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例6的抗菌铝塑板。
实施例7
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的抗静电剂由双十八烷基甲基叔胺、十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例7的抗菌铝塑板。
测试例1
对实施例1-7制备得到的抗菌涂料的抗菌性能进行测试,抗菌性能按GB/T21866-2008抗菌涂料抗菌性能测定方法和抗菌效果、HG/T 3980-2007抗菌涂料测定,检测项目为抗菌测试和防霉测试。
抗菌测试:大肠杆菌ATYCC 25922、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538。
具体测试结果见表1:

比较实施例1与实施例2-4,在无机抗菌剂加入总量相同的情况下,实施例1(磷酸锆、钛酸镁、铌酸镁复配)抗菌涂料的抗菌性能明显优于实施例2-4(磷酸锆、钛酸镁、铌酸镁中任意二者复配)。比较实施例1与实施例5-7,在抗静电剂加入总量相同的情况下,实施例1(双十八烷基甲基叔胺、十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵复配)抗菌涂料的抗菌性能明显优于实施例5-7(双十八烷基甲基叔胺、十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵中任意二者复配)。
测试例2
将实施例1-7得到的铝型材表面的漆膜进行抗静电性能测试。漆膜的表面电阻用上海第六电表厂生产的ZC36型超高型电阻仪测定。具体结果见表2。

比较实施例1与实施例2-4,在无机抗菌剂加入总量相同的情况下,实施例1(磷酸锆、钛酸镁、铌酸镁复配)抗静电性能明显优于实施例2-4(磷酸锆、钛酸镁、铌酸镁中任意二者复配)。比较实施例1与实施例5-7,在抗静电剂加入总量相同的情况下,实施例1(双十八烷基甲基叔胺、十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵复配)抗静电性能明显优于实施例5-7(双十八烷基甲基叔胺、十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵中任意二者复配)。

Claims (4)

1.一种抗菌铝塑板,其特征在于:包括上、下两个表面,所述的上、下两个表面采用喷涂、滚涂和/或刷涂方式均匀涂抹有抗菌涂料;
所述的抗菌涂料由下述重量份的原料制备而成:丙烯酸改性环氧酯树脂98-102份、氯醋树脂15-25份、环戊酮5-15、乙二醇乙醚5-15份、醋酸异丙酯5-15份、丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠1-3份、无机抗菌剂1-5份、抗静电剂0.5-1.5份。
所述的无机抗菌剂由磷酸锆、钛酸镁、铌酸镁混合而成,所述磷酸锆、钛酸镁、铌酸镁的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
所述的抗静电剂由双十八烷基甲基叔胺、十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵混合而成,所述双十八烷基甲基叔胺、十八烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗菌铝塑板,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸改性环氧酯树脂的酸值为30-45mgKOH/g,固体含量为30-50wt%。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗菌铝塑板,其特征在于:所述的抗菌涂料在上、下两个表面涂抹厚度为10-50μm。
4.如权利要求1所述的抗菌铝塑板,其特征在于:所述的抗菌铝塑板包括中间层塑料芯板和覆盖所述中间层塑料芯板上下两表面的铝合金板。
